Recent studies have suggested that abnormal acidification of lysosomes induces autophagic accumulation of amyloid-βin neurons,which is a key step in senile plaque ***,resto ring normal lysosomal function and rebalancing lysosomal acidification in neurons in the brain may be a new treatment strategy for Alzheimer's *** acetylation/deacetylation plays a central role in lysosomal ***,we show that inhibiting the classic microtubule deacetylase histone deacetylase 6 with an histone deacetylase 6 shRNA or thehistone deacetylase 6 inhibitor valproic acid promoted lysosomal reacidification by modulating V-ATPase assembly in Alzheimer's *** rthermore,we found that treatment with valproic acid markedly enhanced *** clearance of amyloid-βaggregates,and ameliorated cognitive deficits in a mouse model of Alzheimer's *** findings demonstrate a previously unknown neuroprotective mechanism in Alzheimer's disease,in which histone deacetylase 6 inhibition by valproic acid increases V-ATPase assembly and lysosomal acidification.

This study uses event-triggered(ET) and reinforcement learning methods to investigate the optimal consensus control problem for cooperative-competitive multiagent systems. It proposes a novel distributed ET control strategy, which relies on a prioritized experience replay(PER) policy. This strategy not only conserves communication resources but also ensures acceptable system performance. To implement the proposed method, actor-critic(AC) dual-structured neural networks(NNs) are used to approximate the value function and control policy. In the AC NNs, the weight estimates for the NNs are updated at the moment of event triggering, resulting in a nonperiodic weight adjustment pattern. This approach decreases the computational cost in comparison with the traditional ET mechanism. The PER-based ET mechanism makes full use of valid historical data and effectively establishes a balance between system performance and communication resource ***, it does not require the following two conditions in most existing studies:(1) requirement of the system dynamics model to be known, and(2) persistent excitation. In addition, Zeno behavior is excluded from this study. Finally, a simulation is conducted to confirm the validity of the suggested approach.

One-stream heat exchangers and one-stream heat exchanger networks are widely used in engineering. In this paper, the heat transfer performance evaluation of one-stream heat exchangers and one-stream heat exchanger networks is analyzed with the concepts of entropy generation rate, entropy generation number, revised entropy generation number, entropy resistance, entransy dissipation rate, entransy dissipation number and generalized thermal resistance. For the analyzed one-stream heat exchangers, our numerical results show that the extremum value of the entransy dissipation rate and the minimum values of the entropy resistance and the generalized thermal resistance always lead to the largest heat transfer rate or the lowest temperature of the cooled object,while the minimum values of the other parameters do not always. For the analyzed one-stream heat exchanger networks, the minimizations of entransy dissipation rate, entransy dissipation number and generalized thermal resistance always correspond to the lowest average temperature of the cooled objects, while the minimizations of the other parameters do not. Therefore, only the extremum entransy dissipation principle and the minimum generalized thermal resistance principle are always applicable for the heat transfer performance evaluation of the systems in this paper, while the applicability of the other parameters is conditional.

In this paper, the endoreversible Otto cycle is analyzed with the entropy generation minimization and the entransy theory. The output power and the heat-work conversion efficiency are taken as the optimization objectives, and the relationships of the output power, the heat-work conversion efficiency, the entropy generation rate, the entropy generation numbers, the entransy loss rate, the entransy loss coefficient, the entransy dissipation rate and the entransy variation rate associated with work are discussed. The applicability of the entropy generation minimization and the entransy theory to the analyses is also analyzed. It is found that smaller entropy generation rate does not always lead to larger output power, while smaller entropy generation numbers do not always lead to larger heat-work conversion efficiency, either. In our calculations, both larger entransy loss rate and larger entransy variation rate associated with work correspond to larger output power, while larger entransy loss coefficient results in larger heat-work conversion efficiency. It is also found that the concept of entransy dissipation is not always suitable for the analyses because it was developed for heat transfer.

Recently,evidence has suggested that chronic endometritis(CE)is a crucial factor associated with infertility and failure of assisted reproductive techniques,prompting concern in the reproductive *** have shown that persistent infiltered immune cells stimulation result in the disturbance of endometrial immune microenvironment could lead to the infertility of CE patients *** treatments are limited because they lack immune regulation,so it is urgent to develop a novel approach to treat CE and promote embryo implantation in patients with ***,we prepared recombinant humanized type III collagen(rhCol III)with high cell adhesion activity to regulate macrophages and repair the *** this study,M1 macrophages and M1 macrophages cultured medium and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)co-stimulated inflammatory endometrium stromal cells(ESCs)were established in vitro to mimic CE *** III promoted M1 macrophages toward M2 phenotype,improved cell migration,viability and collagen components of inflammatory ***,the inflammatory response of inflammatory ESCs was downregulated after rhCol III ***,LPS was used for CE rat model and a 28-day observation was performed;inflammatory cells’infiltration,endometrium repair,extracellular matrix(ECM)remodeling and pregnancy outcomes were promoted after rhCol III endometrial *** conclusion,rhCol III promoted(i)macrophage polarization toward M2 macrophages,(ii)pro-inflammatory cytokine production and anti-inflammatory cytokine reduction,(iii)ECM remodeling and(iv)fertility ***,rhCol III enhanced cell biological functions by interacting with discoidin domain receptors,regulated cell metabolism and reduced the inflammatory response through the inhibition of the NF-κB/YAP signaling ***,the results illustrated the potential therapeutic prospects of rhCol III for CE treatment.

The paper deals with a boundary feedback stabilization problem of a hybrid system with disturbances, which is clamped at one end and linked to a rigid body at the other end. The active disturbance rejection control approach is adopted in investigation. State observers are first designed to estimate disturbances, and then boundary feedback controllers are proposed to cancel the ***, under different assumptions of time varying high gain functions, the asymptotical stability and the exponential stability of the closed-loop system are proved by the Lyapunov function ***, numerical simulations are presented to validate the theoretical conclusions.

A 3D homochiral coordination polymer [Mn（edca）]n（1） was synthesized from a flexible coupled cinnamic acid ligand, 2,2？-（ethane-1,2-diylbis（oxy）） dicinnamic acid（H_2 edca） and MnCl_2×4 H_2 O under solvothermal conditions. The complex crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P2_12_12_1 with a = 5.5785（8）, b = 13.0393（18）, c = 23.133（3） A, V = 1682.7（4） A^3, M_r = 407.27, D_c = 1.608 Mg/cm^3, F（000） = 836, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0240 and wR = 0.0590 for 2983 observed reflections（I 〉 2σ（I））. In 1, the edca2＋ anions alternately bridge the Mn（Ⅱ） cations to form one-dimensional（1 D） infinite helical chains of [Mn（edca）]n, which are further connected by the ligands generating a three-dimensional（3D） homochiral network. The photoluminescence of 1 was also investigated in solid state at ambient temperature.

With the explosion of online communication and publication, texts become obtainable via forums, chat messages, blogs, book reviews and movie reviews. Usually, these texts are much short and noisy without sufficient statistical signals and enough information for a good semantic analysis. Traditional natural language processing methods such as Bow-of-Word (BOW) based probabilistic latent semantic models fail to achieve high performance due to the short text environment. Recent researches have focused on the correlations between words, i.e., term dependencies, which could be helpful for mining latent semantics hidden in short texts and help people to understand them. Long short-term memory (LSTM) network can capture term dependencies and is able to remember the information for long periods of time. LSTM has been widely used and has obtained promising results in variants of problems of understanding latent semantics of texts. At the same time, by analyzing the texts, we find that a number of keywords contribute greatly to the semantics of the texts. In this paper, we establish a keyword vocabulary and propose an LSTM-based model that is sensitive to the words in the vocabulary; hence, the keywords leverage the semantics of the full document. The proposed model is evaluated in a short-text sentiment analysis task on two datasets: IMDB and SemEval-2016, respectively. Experimental results demonstrate that our model outperforms the baseline LSTM by 1%similar to 2% in terms of accuracy and is effective with significant performance enhancement over several non-recurrent neural network latent semantic models (especially in dealing with short texts). We also incorporate the idea into a variant of LSTM named the gated recurrent unit (GRU) model and achieve good performance, which proves that our method is general enough to improve different deep learning models.
