The suspension state of crystals in the crystallizer is one of the important indicators for evaluating the adaptability of the *** study adopted the Euler-Eulerian two-fluid model to simulate and analyze the fluid motion of solid-liquid two-phase flow in the industrial-grade DTB crystallization kettle,as well as the phase suspension distribution of crystal *** main influencing factors investigated are:the heat transfer effect,the height of the bottom of the crystallizer,the number and position of the stirring paddle,crystal size and crystal volume *** on the research of Euler-Eulerian method to simulate fluids,the Euler-Lagrangian method was further used to simulate the motion state of particle phases with different particle sizes in the *** was found that the designed DTB crystallizer has good recycle mixing *** particles can be mixed evenly during the operation,which can fully realize the solid-liquid mixing and suspension effect of the drug under study.

Tumor drug resistance and systemic side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs are the main reasons for the failure of cancer *** recent years,it was found that some natural active ingredients can reverse MDR and regulate body immunity to enhance the efficacy and reduce toxicity of chemotherapeutic *** this paper,a new nanosuspensions,HCPT and QUR hybrid nanosuspensions(HQ-NPs),was prepared by the microprecipitation-high pressure homogenization method to reverse tumor drug resistance,reduce toxicity,and increase therapeutic *** in vitro investigation results showed that HQ-NPs had a unique shape(particle size was about 216.3±5.9 nm),changed crystalline,and different dissolution rates compared with HCPT-NPs and QUR-NPs,which is attributed to the strong intermolecular forces between HCPT and QUR as indicated by the results of the molecule *** was verified that the HQ-NPs could double the retention of HCPT in cells and enhance the cytotoxicity to A549/PTX cells in vitro tests compared with *** also found that HQ-NPs can significantly enhance the accumulation of HCPT in tumor sites,improve the antitumor activity of HCPT,and protect the immune organs and other normal tissues(P<0.01),compared with ***,hybrid nanosuspensions can offer promising potential as the drug delivery system for HCPT and QUR to increase the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the toxicity of HCPT.

There are a large number of historic buildings which were mainly made of blue-brick masonry in today’s ***,for the natural and man-made reasons,these historic buildings have been damaged in different *** order to protect historic buildings more scientifically and learn about the preservation state of existing historic buildings,it is necessary to ascertain the material properties of blue brick in historic *** article takes the blue bricks of historical buildings in kaifeng area of the Central Plains as an example to *** the analysis of physical properties,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy of blue brick specimens,the physical properties such as the apparent density,moisture content,porosity,and material structure composition are *** results show that the apparent density of blue brick is 1.64 g/cm^(3),the moisture content is 10.23%,the 24 h atmospheric water absorption is 17.86%,and the porosity is 20.99%.The smaller the apparent density is,the larger the porosity is,and the water absorption performance is *** the microscopic point of view,bonding ability between blue brick mineral particles is relatively *** pores between skeletons are large and the pore structure is *** the perspective of material phase,the elements of blue brick are mainly O,Si,Al,Fe,and the composition of blue brick is mainly composed of quartz and *** softening coefficient of blue brick is 0.80,and the deformation and stability of the structure should be paid special attention in the rainy season or wet *** the frost test,there are salt substances in the internal pores of the brick,and the surface of the blue brick is eroded and *** this paper,the experimental process and analysis methods for testing the material properties of blue brick can provide reference for the research on the material properties of the same kind of blue-brick masonry in
