This paper introduces a new three dimensional autonomous system with five equilibrium points. It demonstrates complex chaotic behaviours within a wide range of parameters, which are described by phase portraits, Lyapunov exponents, frequency spectrum, etc. Analysis of the bifurcation and Poincar@ map is used to reveal mechanisms of generating these complicated phenomena. The corresponding electronic circuits are designed, exhibiting experimental chaotic attractors in accord with numerical simulations. Since frequency spectrum analysis shows a broad frequency bandwidth, this system has perspective of potential applications in such engineering fields as secure communication.

It is difficult to determine the photosynthetic parameters of non-fiat leaves/green stems using photosynthetic instruments, due to the unusual morphology of both organs, especially for Suaeda salsa and Salicornia bigelovii as two seawater-tolerant vegetables. To solve the problem, we developed a simple, practical, and effective method to measure and calculate the photosynthetic parameters （such as PN, gs, E） based on unit fresh mass, instead of leaf area. The light/COftemperature response curves of the plants can also be measured by this method. This new method is more effective, stable, and reliable than conventional methods for plants with non-flat leaves. In addition, the relative notes on measurements and calculation of photosynthetic parameters were discussed in this paper. This method solves technical difficulties in photosynthetic parameter determination of the two seawater-tolerant vegetables and similar plants.

New cycloaddition has been established for the synthesis of indoline-spiro benzofurodiazepine derivatives. Those reactions were conducted by reacting readily available and inexpensive starting materials, such as ben- zene- 1,2-diamines, tetronic acid and indoline-2,3-diones, in aqueous solution under microwave irradiation. When mono-substituted benzene-l,2-diamines as an amine component was employed, the reaction regioselectively re- sulted in the poly-functionalized indoline-spiro benzofurodiazepine with good yields. The present green synthesis shows attractive characteristics such as the use of water as reaction media, concise one-pot conditions, short reaction periods, easy work-up/purification and reduced waste production without the use of any strong acids or metal promoters.

The new autonomous system with only three equilibrium points is introduced. This system does not belong to the generalized Lorenz systems. The novel attractors are observed over a large range of parameters, which have rarely been reported in previous work. As an important component in chaotic signal generators, a physical circuit has been designed. The experimental results are in agreement with numerical simulations. More significantly, spectral analysis shows that the system has an extremely broad frequency spectral bandwidth in 0-131.6 Hz, without investigating any possible electronic techniques, which is more desirable for secure communications.

This paper focused on the pollution characteristics, sources and lung cancer risk of atmospheric polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） in a new urban district of Nanjing, China. Gaseous and aerosol PM2.5 （particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter smaller than 2.S μm） samples were collected in spring of 2015. Sixteen PAHs were extracted and analyzed after sampling. Firstly, arithmetic mean concentrations of PAHs and BaPeq （benzo[a]pyrene equivalent） were calculated. The mean concentrations of PAHs were 29.26 ± 14.13,18.14 ± 5.37 and 48.47 ± 16.03 ng/m3 in gas phase, particle phase and both phases, respectively. The mean concentrations of BaPeq were 0.87 ± 0.51, 2.71 ± 2.17 and 4.06 ± 2.31 ng/m3 in gas phase, particle phase and both phases, respectively. Secondly, diagnostic ratios and principal component analysis were adopted to identify the sources of PAHs and the outcomes were the same： traffic exhaust was the predominant source followed by fuel combustion and industrial process. Finally, incremental lung cancer risk （ILCR） induced by whole year inhalation exposure to PAHs for population groups of different age and gender were estimated based on a Monte Carlo simulation. ILCR values caused by particle phase PAHs were greater than those caused by gas phase PAHs. ILCR values for adults were greater than those for other age groups. ILCR values caused by total （gas ＋ particle） PAHs for diverse groups were all greater than the significant level （10-6）, indicating high potential lung cancer risk. Sensitivity analysis results showed that cancer slope factor for BaP inhalation exposure and BaPeq concentration had greater impact than body weight and inhalation rate on the ILCR.

The development of rural area in suburban(RAS)is comprehensively influenced by the mixed processes of non-farming,local urbanization and rural industrialization and has distinctive multifunctional features on the socioeconomic and resource *** reconstruction in the RAS is mainly manifested by changes in the quantity and structure of the construction land use(CLU).We took Tongshan District of jiangsu Province as the study *** the logic of identifying,clustering,and diagnosing,we assessed the functional features of CLU and analyzed the differentiation of the scale and structure of CLU in RAS,with the aim of identifying the types and characteristics of multifunctional development in these *** study found that:1)typical RAS were experiencing multifunctional space reconstruction,and their multifunctional value was emerging and *** CLU was rapidly expanding,and the types of CLU were evolving from single to multiple uses;2)based on the dominant function of diverse rural CLU,we classified RAS into five types,dominated by the following functions,respectively:commercial services,industrial production,residential living,basic support and public service;3)according to the dominant function and spatial pattern,the development types of RAS were classified into agricultural service,comprehensive services,and integrated industries service,showing a circular spatial pattern from the suburbs to distant *** results can provide policy implication by creating new development impetus from rural multifunction perspective to promote the RAS revitalization.

A scheme for character restoration of Jiagu rubbings based on Poisson distribution and fractal geometry is proposed in this paper. The distribution characteristics of the connected regions on Jiagu rubbings is analyzed, and all the connected regions are recognized according to differences between these and their mathematical expectations. Regions are recognized as noise regions and filled if the differences are negative, while stroke regions are reserved. The attributes of the character image edges on Jiagu rubbings are also analyzed. The fractal dimensions of the character edge of Jiagu rubbings are calculated by means of statistics. The feature points are obtained using the cosine of the angle between the two vectors of the point and the consecutive two points. Different compression transformations with weighted coordinates are performed on different strokes and segments of the characters so as to smoothen the character edge of Jiagu rubbings images. Experimental results show that our scheme could successfully clear noise regions and polish the character edge of Jiagu rubbings.
