Dual modulation of homogeneous nanomaterialization and electrochemical activation enhancing zinc ion storage

Vanadium-based electrode materials are widely investigated,but the low specific capacity and slow electrochemical kinetics in aqueous zinc-ion batteries still limit their commercial ***,the VS2/Ca V4O9material with the morphology of nanoflower was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal *** to the blocky structure of pure VS2material,the VS2/Ca V4O9material is composed of thinner homogeneous *** open structures could provide abundant electrochemical active sites and ion transport channels,and then promote the electrochemical reaction *** addition,they can also buffer the bulk strain during the reaction *** improve the utilization of vanadium elements,an in-situ electrochemical activation strategy is used to explore the storage performance of the VS2/Ca V4O9material,the different activation voltage range of 0.4–1.6 and 0.4–1.4 V are selected,*** with the longer activation plateau of activated-VS2,the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode could quickly reach the activation state in the range of 1.4–1.6 V and cause the release of additional Zn storage sites *** VS2/Ca V4O9cathode delivers a higher power density of 37,000 W kg-1and a significant energy density of 423 Wh *** the high current density of 15 A g-1,the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode still has a discharge capacity of 183.9m Ah g-1after 5,000 cycles,and the capacity decay rate per cycle is only 0.0042%.Continuous cyclic voltammetry （CV） curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） measurements,density functional theory （DFT） calculation and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique （GITT） measurements demonstrate that the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode has a faster ion diffusion/charge transfer ***,the assembled flexible device has an excellent mechanical stability.

Bilevel Optimal Scheduling of Island Integrated Energy System Considering Multifactor Pricing

In this paper,a bilevel optimization model of an integrated energy operator(IEO)–load aggregator(LA)is constructed to address the coordinate optimization challenge of multiple stakeholder island integrated energy system(IIES).The upper level represents the integrated energy operator,and the lower level is the electricity-heatgas load *** to the benefit conflict between the upper and lower levels of the IIES,a dynamic pricing mechanism for coordinating the interests of the upper and lower levels is proposed,combined with factors such as the carbon emissions of the IIES,as well as the lower load interruption *** price of selling energy can be dynamically adjusted to the lower LA in the mechanism,according to the information on carbon emissions and load interruption *** benefits and win-win situations are achieved between the upper and lower ***,CPLEX is used to iteratively solve the bilevel optimization *** optimal solution is selected according to the joint optimal discrimination *** results indicate that the sourceload coordinate operation can reduce the upper and lower operation *** the proposed pricingmechanism,the carbon emissions and load interruption power of IEO-LA are reduced by 9.78%and 70.19%,respectively,and the capture power of the carbon capture equipment is improved by 36.24%.The validity of the proposed model and method is verified.

High-precision tip positioning composite feedforward control of linear colocated motion systems with Bi-Loop iterative feedforward tuning

To enhance the tip positioning accuracy and robustness against disturbances of linear colocated motion systems, a novel composite feedforward (COMFF) control with Bi-Loop iterative feedforward tuning (IFFT) is proposed. The tip positioning error consists of the coupled tip residual vibration and linear motor tracking error. Given the influence of nonlinear friction and load flexibility, the topology of COMFF is designed as decoupled structures so that COMFF can suppress the tip residual vibration and compensate for the linear motor tracking error compatibly. Furthermore, Bi-Loop IFFT is built to improve the robustness of COMFF in high-precision motor tracking performance. In the state space of the linear motor tracking error based on the projection theorem, two loops are performed in parallel along the iteration direction. One is the P-type iteration loop that drives linear motor tracking errors to converge to the zero state. The other is the observation loop constructed by the recursive least square with forgetting factors to accelerate the P-type iteration loop. Driven by the P-type iteration loop with the aid of the observation loop, the proposed COMFF is integrated with fast convergence and high robustness when confronted with model disturbances. The effectiveness of the proposed COMFF combined with Bi-Loop IFFT is validated by experiments.

Metal-organic frameworks （MOFs）,that have emerged as promising electrocatalysts in oxygen evolution reaction （OER）,usually undergo structural reconstruction to form metal hydroxides as active ***,it remains a great challenge to design and synthesize ideal MOF-based pre-catalysts for properly cognizing and utilizing the reconstruction process toward efficient OER ***,the well-defined MOF-808 is post-modified by 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid （HPAA） to form a micro-adsorber that enables to capture of metal ions ***3+and Ni2+ions are synergistically anchored into the microadsorber,developing a Fe/Ni-containing pre-catalyst that can be dynamically electrooxidized to be an active and stable dual-site electrocatalyst denoted by R-MOF-HPAA@FeNi with abundant metal *** a result,R-MOF-HPAA@FeNi exhibits an excellent OER performance with a low overpotential of 272 mV and Tafel slope of 35.9 m V dec-1,as well as long-term stability over 300 h at 10 m A *** and theoretical calculations suggest the resulting catalyst mainly follows a lattice oxygen mechanism （LOM） of dual-metal-site mechanism （DMSM）.Owing to the chelating role of HPAA,the post-synthesized MOF-HPAA behaves as a trap to uniformly and firmly adhere Fe3+and Ni2+ions,leading to a functionalized MOF-based pre-catalyst which can be structurally evolved into atomic level-distributed OER electrocatalysts.

A stochastic epidemic model with two age groups is established in this study,in which the susceptible(S),the exposed(E),the infected(I),the hospitalized(H)and the recovered(R)are involved within the total population,the aging rates between two age groups are set to be *** existence-and-uniqueness of global positive solution is firstly ***,by constructing several appropriate Lyapunov functions and using the high-dimensional Itô’s formula,the sufficient conditions for the stochastic extinction and stochastic persistence of the exposed individuals and the infected individuals are *** stochastic extinction indicator and the stochastic persistence indicator are less-valued expressions compared with the basic reproduction ***,the main results of this study are modified into multi-age ***,by using the surveillance data for Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Fuzhou COVID-19 epidemic is chosen to carry out the numerical simulations,which show that the age group of the population plays the vital role when studying infectious diseases.

Structural Aspects of Multistep Phosphorelay- Mediated Signaling in Plants

The multistep phosphorelay （MSP） is a central signaling pathway in plants integrating a wide spectrum of hormonal and environmental inputs and controlling numerous developmental adaptations. For the thor- ough comprehension of the molecular mechanisms underlying the MSP-mediated signal recognition and transduction, the detailed structural characterization of individual members of the pathway is critical. In this review we describe and discuss the recently known crystal and nuclear magnetic resonance structures of proteins acting in MSP signaling in higher plants, focusing particularly on cytokinin and ethylene signaling in Arabidopsis thaliana. We discuss the range of functional aspects of available structural infor- mation including determination of ligand specificity, activation of the receptor via its autophosphorylaUon, and downstream signal transduction through the phosphorelay. We compare the plant structures with their bacterial counterparts and show that although the overall similarity is high, the differences in structural de- tails are frequent and functionally important. Finally, we discuss emerging knowledge on molecular recog- nition mechanisms in the MSP, and mention the latest findings regarding structural determinants of signaling specificity in the Arabidopsis MSP that could serve as a general model of this pathway in all higher plants.

Luminescence and magnetic properties of bifunctional nanoparticles composited by nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots and gadolinium

In this paper,nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots(N-GQDs)were combined with gadolinium ions(Gd^(3+))by a surface modification to obtain magneto-optical dual-functional N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)*** morphology of obtained composite was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** and magnetic properties were measured by a fluorescence spectrophotometer and a vibrating sample magnetometer,*** indicate that well-dispersed spherical N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)nanoparticles have an average diameter of 7 nm.N-doping significantly increases the luminesce nce of particles with an optimal luminescence intensity at 20℃and pH=9.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate that the N-doping introduces pyrrolic N as an electron donor,enhancing fluorescence by increasing the surface electron cloud density of *** addition,density functional theory calculation results reveal that N-doping reduces the band gap of NGQDs/Gd^(3+),enabling electronic transitions to higher energy levels and generating more activation sites,thereby enhancing *** to N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)prepared at 20℃,the saturated magnetization of particles prepared at 40℃is 0.85 emu/g,indicating a better magnetic *** above results suggest that bifunctional nanomaterials N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)with excellent optical properties and magnetism can be better used for fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging.

Rapid hologram generation through backward ray tracing and adaptive-resolution wavefront recording plane

An advanced method for rapidly computing holograms of large three-dimensional(3D)objects combines backward ray tracing with adaptive resolution wavefront recording plane(WRP)and adaptive angular spectrum *** the initial phase,a WRP with adjustable resolution and sampling interval based on the object’s size is defined to capture detailed information from large 3D *** second phase employs an adaptive angular spectrum method(ASM)to efficiently compute the propagation from the large-sized WRP to the small-sized computer-generated hologram(CGH).The computation process is accelerated using CUDA and *** experiments confirm that the algorithm can generate high-quality holograms with shadow and occlusion effects at a resolution of 1024×1024 in 29 ms.

NHC-mediated photocatalytic para-selective C–H acylation of aryl alcohols: regioselectivity control via remote radical spiro cyclization

Friedel-Crafts reaction and transition-metal catalysis represent primary methodologies for arene acylation; however, suffer from certain limitations, such as electronic effect-dependent reactivity, regioselectivity issues, the necessity of directing group, and relatively exceptionally limited exploration in meta-and para-acylations. N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC) catalysis has recently emerged as a promising alternative strategy for arene acylation, offering distinct regioselectivity profiles that are challenging to achieve through known methods. Herein, an NHC-mediated photo-catalytic para-selective C–H acylation of aryl alcohols is disclosed. The reaction employs a remote radical-induced temporary spiro cyclization strategy, proceeding via tandem radical dearomatization, radical acylation, rearomatization processes. Combined experimental and computational mechanistic studies support the proposed reaction pathway and observe an exclusive para-selectivity regardless of the nature of the substituents on the substrates. Despite the less satisfactory yields, the current method exhibits non-electronic nature-based reactivity and regioselectivity, enabling quick access to acylated arenes that are difficult or impossible for reported methods.

Innovative preparation of Co@Cu Fe_(2)O_(4) composite via ball-milling assisted chemical precipitation and annealing for glorious electromagnetic wave absorption

To deal with the growing electromagnetic hazards,herein a Co@CuFe_(2)O_(4)absorbing agent with excellent impedance matching at thin thickness was obtained via an innovative route of ball-milling assisted chemical precipitation and *** as-prepared composite possesses excellent interface polarization ability due to sufficient contact between CuFe_(2)O_(4)NPs and flat Co,and this compressed Co lamella can also provide sufficient eddy current ***,the dipole polarization,electron hopping/conduction,and structural scattering also contribute to the broadband microwave absorption of the ***,the minimum microwave reflection loss achieves-35.56 d B at12.93 GHz for 1.8 mm thickness,and the broadest efficient absorption bandwidth can reach 6.74 GHz for a thinner thickness of 1.72 *** preparation method reported here can be referenced as a new-type route to manufacture electromagnetic absorbers with outstanding performance.
