Node and Edge Joint Embedding for Heterogeneous Information Network

Due to the heterogeneity of nodes and edges, heterogeneous network embedding is a very challenging task to embed highly coupled networks into a set of low-dimensional vectors. Existing models either only learn embedding vectors for nodes or only for edges. These two methods of embedding learning are rarely performed in the same model, and they both overlook the internal correlation between nodes and edges. To solve these problems, a node and edge joint embedding model is proposed for Heterogeneous Information Networks (HINs), called NEJE. The NEJE model can better capture the latent structural and semantic information from an HIN through two joint learning strategies: type-level joint learning and element-level joint learning. Firstly, node-type-aware structure learning and edge-type-aware semantic learning are sequentially performed on the original network and its line graph to get the initial embedding of nodes and the embedding of edges. Then, to optimize performance, type-level joint learning is performed through the alternating training of node embedding on the original network and edge embedding on the line graph. Finally, a new homogeneous network is constructed from the original heterogeneous network, and the graph attention model is further used on the new network to perform element-level joint learning. Experiments on three tasks and five public datasets show that our NEJE model performance improves by about 2.83% over other models, and even improves by 6.42% on average for the node clustering task on Digital Bibliography & Library project (DBLP) dataset.

Metarelation2vec:A Metapath-Free Scalable Representation Learning Model for Heterogeneous Networks

Metapaths with specific complex semantics are critical to learning diverse semantic and structural information of heterogeneous networks(HNs)for most of the existing representation learning ***,any metapaths consisting of multiple,simple metarelations must be driven by domain *** sensitive,expensive,and limited metapaths severely reduce the flexibility and scalability of the existing models.A metapath-free,scalable representation learning model,called Metarelation2vec,is proposed for HNs with biased joint learning of all metarelations in a bid to address this ***,a metarelation-aware,biased walk strategy is first designed to obtain better training samples by using autogenerating cooperation probabilities for all metarelations rather than using expert-given ***,grouped nodes by the type,a common and shallow skip-gram model is used to separately learn structural proximity for each node ***,grouped links by the type,a novel and shallow model is used to separately learn the semantic proximity for each link ***,supervised by the cooperation probabilities of all meta-words,the biased training samples are thrown into the shallow models to jointly learn the structural and semantic information in the HNs,ensuring the accuracy and scalability of the *** experimental results on three tasks and four open datasets demonstrate the advantages of our proposed model.

Mica-stabilized polyethylene glycol composite phase change materials for thermal energy storage

Mica was used as a supporting matrix for composite phase change materials(PCMs)in this work because of its distinctive morphology and *** PCMs were prepared using the vacuum impregnation method,in which mica served as the supporting material and polyethylene glycol(PEG)served as the *** transform infrared and X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed that the addition of PEG had no effect on the crystal structure of ***,no chemical reaction occurred between PEG and mica during the vacuum impregnation process,and no new substance was *** maximum load of mica-stabilized PEG was 46.24%,the phase change temperature of M_(400)/PEG was 46.03℃,and the latent heat values of melting and cooling were 77.75 and 77.73 J·g^(−1),*** thermal conductivity of M_(400)/PEG was 2.4 times that of pure *** thermal infrared images indicated that the thermal response of M_(400)/PEG improved relative to that of pure *** leakage test confirmed that mica could stabilize PEG and that M_(400)/PEG had great form-stabilized *** results demonstrate that M_(400)/PEG has potential in the field of building energy conservation.

In recent years,the number of patients with orthopedic diseases such as cervical spondylosis has increased,resulting in an increase in the demand for orthopedic ***,thermal necrosis and bone cracks caused by surgery severely restrict the development and progression of orthopedic *** the material of cutting tool processing bone in bone surgery of drilling high temperature lead to cell death,easy to produce the problem such as crack cause secondary damage effects to restore,in this paper,a bionic drill was designed based on the micro-structure of the dung beetle's head and *** microstructure configuration parameters were optimized by numerical analysis,and making use of the optical fiber laser marking machine preparation of bionic bit;through drilling test,the mathematical model of drilling temperature and crack generation based on micro-structure characteristic parameters was established by infrared thermal imaging technology and acoustic emission signal technology,and the cooling mechanism and crack suppression strategy were *** experimental results show that when the speed is 60 m/min,the cooling effects of the bionic bit T1 and T2 are 15.31%and 19.78%,respectively,and both kinds of bits show obvious crack suppression *** research in this paper provides a new idea for precision and efficient machining of bone materials,and the research results will help to improve the design and manufacturing technology and theoretical research level in the field of bone drilling tools.

Poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)is a thermoplastic material with complete degradability,high biocompatibility and excellent mechanical *** can replace petroleum-based polymers are currently being used in the fields of packaging,agriculture,textiles,medical and so ***,PLLA’s extremely flammability greatly limits its wider *** bio-based flame retardant L-APP/PLLA composites was prepared by melt blending of the L-APP and *** morphology,impact properties,thermal properties and flame retardant properties of composites were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),impact tester,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),limiting oxygen indexer(LOI)and horizontalvertical burning *** results showed that the degree of crystallization(X_(c))and LOI of L-APP/PLLA composites increased as increasing of L-APP ***’s more,the impact strength first increased and then decreased,the glass transition temperature(T_(g))and melting temperature(T_(m))do not changed *** impact strength of composites was 9.1 kJ/m^(2) at a 5 wt%loading for L-APP,which was the highest *** the content of L-APP was 20%,the LOI was 30.8%,the Xc was 42.3%and the UL-94 level was *** research can promote the value-added utilization of lignin and the application of PLLA in the fields of flame retardant materials.

Novel dynamic test system for simulating high-speed train moving on bridge under earthquake excitation

china’s high-speed railways are always facing the potential damage risk induced by strong *** the route design concept of“using bridge instead of embankment”has also greatly increased the probability of high speed trains moving on bridges when a strong earthquake *** the past decades,a bunch of theoretical and numerical studies have been conducted in the seismic dynamic field of high-speed ***,the effective dynamic test system for verifying the given method and theoretical results is still ***,a novel dynamic test system(DTS)consisting of a shaking table array and a train-pass-bridge reduced-scale model is proposed in this *** some crucial technical problems discussion,the effectiveness of similar design scheme and the feasibility of reduced-scale DTS are elaborated,and then the detailed DTS structures are given and displayed as *** this basis,the demonstration tests are conducted and compared with the numerical *** results show that the proposed DTS is accurate and ***,the DTS can provide a new physical simulation approach to study the high-speed train’s running safety on bridges under earthquakes and can also provide a reference for the construction of related systems.

Restrained distortional buckling is an important buckling mode of steel-concrete composite box beams(SCCBB)under the hogging *** and lateral deformation restraints of the bottom plate by the webs are essential factors affecting SCCBB distortional *** on the stationary potential energy principle,the analytical expressions for the rotational restraint stiffness(RRS)of the web upper edge as well as the RRS and the lateral restraint stiffness(LRS)of the bottom plate were ***,the SCCBB critical moment formula under the hogging moment was *** twenty specimens,the theoretical calculation method is compared with the finite-element *** indicate that the theoretical calculation method can effectively and accurately reflect the restraint effect of the studs,top steel flange,and other factors on the bottom *** the RRS and the LRS have a nonlinear coupling relationship with the external loads and the RRS of the web’s upper *** the hogging moment,the RRS of the web upper edge has a certain influence on the SCCBB distortional buckling critical *** increasing RRS of the web upper edge,the SCCBB critical moment increases at first and then tends to be stable.
