Mesoporous metals with large surface area,high pore volume,and uniform pore structure hold excellent advantages for various ***,the state-of-the-art synthesis methods are still limited to wet chemistry,which requires excessive solvents and a time-consuming drying ***,we report a facile and general mechanochemical coordination self-assembly strategy to prepare mesoporous metals(e.g.,Rh,Ru,Ir,Pt,Pd,Ag,Co,and Ni)with remarkable porous properties by using metal chlorides and cationic polymer *** with the wet chemistry process,this method proceeds without solvents and does not need complicated experimental conditions and long synthetic periods,which not only greatly reduces the consumption of cost and energy and environmental pollution,but also improves the synthesis efficiency and yield of target *** believe the developed approach will provide a general pathway for the scalable preparation of advanced porous materials.

The development of high-performance,reproducible carbon（C）-based supercapacitors remains a significant challenge because of limited specific ***,we present a novel strategy for fabricating LaCoOx and cobalt（Co）-doped nanoporous C（LaCoOx/Co@ZNC） through the carbonization of Co/Zn-zeolitic imidazolate framework（ZIF） crystals derived from a PVP-Co/Zn/La *** unique ZIF structure effectively disrupted the graphitic C framework,preserved the Co active sites,and enhanced the electrical *** synergistic interaction between pyridinic nitrogen and Co ions further promoted redox *** addition,the formation of a hierarchical pore structure through zinc sublimation facilitated electrolyte *** resulting LaCoOx/Co@ZNC exhibited exceptional electrochemical performance,delivering a remarkable specific capacitance of 2,789 F/g at 1 A/g and outstanding cycling stability with 92% capacitance retention after3,750 *** findings provide the basis for a promising approach to advancing C-based energy storage technologies.

As embodied intelligence(EI), large language models(LLMs), and cloud computing continue to advance, Industry5.0 facilitates the development of industrial artificial intelligence(Ind AI) through cyber-physical-social systems(CPSSs) with a human-centric focus. These technologies are organized by the system-wide approach of Industry 5.0, in order to empower the manufacturing industry to achieve broader societal goals of job creation, economic growth, and green production. This survey first provides a general framework of smart manufacturing in the context of Industry 5.0. Wherein, the embodied agents, like robots, sensors, and actuators, are the carriers for Ind AI, facilitating the development of the self-learning intelligence in individual entities, the collaborative intelligence in production lines and factories(smart systems), and the swarm intelligence within industrial clusters(systems of smart systems). Through the framework of CPSSs, the key technologies and their possible applications for supporting the single-agent, multi-agent and swarm-agent embodied Ind AI have been reviewed, such as the embodied perception, interaction, scheduling, multi-mode large language models, and collaborative training. Finally, to stimulate future research in this area, the open challenges and opportunities of applying Industry 5.0 to smart manufacturing are identified and discussed. The perspective of Industry 5.0-driven manufacturing industry aims to enhance operational productivity and efficiency by seamlessly integrating the virtual and physical worlds in a human-centered manner, thereby fostering an intelligent, sustainable, and resilient industrial landscape.

Transonic flow over a thin airfoil at low Reynolds number was studied numerically by directly solving two-dimensional full Navier-Stokes equations through 5th order weighted essentially non-oscillatory(WENO) scheme without using any turbulence model.A series of distinguished unsteady phenomena for a thin 2-D transonic airfoil flow were *** to continuous adverse pressure gradient in the subsonic flow downstream of the sonic line,the unsteady separated boundary layer with main vortex and secondary vortex was developed at the rear of the *** the trailing edge,the vortex-shedding was characterized by periodical connection of the main vortex and secondary vortex on the other side of the *** unsteady separation and vortex-shedding occurred with the same *** the airfoil surface,the average pulse pressure related to the unsteady supersonic region was obviously smaller than that related to the vortex-shedding at the trailing *** the attack angle increasing from 0°to 2°,the frequency of vortex-shedding decreases about 4.2%.At last,the turbulence intensity and many second-order statistics in the wake region were investigated.

Two strategies extended the single-cascade methods from a compressible three-dimensional inverse method for radial and mixed flow turbomachines to two three-dimensional multi-cascade co-design methods for single-stage centrifugal *** two three-dimensional methods and a typical quasi-threedimensional streamline curvature through-flow inverse method were employed to design the same subsonic high-speed single-stage centrifugal *** compressor performances were simulated by a commercial Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equations *** studies show that two three-dimensional codesign methods are reasonable and *** was found that : firstly the blade camber angle designed by the three-dimensional methods was larger than that designed by the quasi-three-dimensional method;and secondly with regard to two three-dimensional methods with different boundary conditions,the co-design result differences between the diffusers were small,but those between the deswirlers were relatively large.

Corrosion kinetic parameters play an important role in researchers' ability to understand and predict corrosion behavior. The corrosion kinetic parameters of structural steel Q345B specimens immersed in 3.5wt% NaCl solution for 1–2 h were determined using linear polarization resistance(LPR), Tafel-curve multiparameter fitting, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), and electrochemical frequency modulation(EFM) methods. The advantages and disadvantages of each method were investigated and discussed through comparative investigation. Meanwhile, the average corrosion rate was examined using traditional coupon tests. The results showed that the corrosion current density values estimated by EFM at a base frequency of 0.001 Hz and those obtained by Tafel-curve four-parameter fitting(TC4) are similar and consistent with the results of coupon tests. Because of their slight perturbation of the corrosion system, EIS and EFM/TC4 in collaborative application are the recommended techniques for determining the kinetics and the corresponding parameters for the homogeneous corrosion of the naked metal. In our study of the electrochemical kinetics, we obtained much more abundant and accurate electrochemical kinetic parameters through the combined use of different electrochemical methods.

A multi-layer damper with waved plates under one-axial load is considered. A method of theoretical calculation of its energy dissipation coefficient is proposed. An experimental research of own frequencies and vibration transfer ratios for different parameters of damper structure, harmonic vibration load and random load is performed. Results of this research are approximated by functions; it is possible to use these functions for the calculation of the damper too.

Uncertainty exists in many aspects of building simulation.A deterministic hygrothermal analysis may not sufficiently give a reliable guidance if a number of input variables are subject to *** this paper,a probabilistic-based method was developed to evaluate the hygrothermal performance of building *** approach accounts for the uncertainties from model inputs and propagates them to the outputs through the simulation model,thus it provides a likelihood of performance *** hypercube sampling technique,incorporated with correlation structure among the inputs,was applied to generate the random samples that follows the intrinsic *** performance of an internally insulated masonry wall was evaluated by applying the proposed approach against different *** performance,condensation and mould growth potential of the renovated wall can overall satisfy the requirements stipulated in multifold *** most influential inputs were identified by the standardized regression sensitivity analysis and partial correlation *** methods deliver the same key parameters for the single and time-dependent output variables in the case *** probabilistic method can provide a comprehensive risk analysis and support the decision-maker and engineer in the design and optimization of building components.

A switched reluctance machine （SRM） drive is a time-varying, strongly nonlinear system. High performance control can no longer be achieved by using linear techniques. This paper describes the back-propagation （BP） neural network-based proportional-integral-derivative （PID） speed control of the SRM. It＇s the interest of this paper to explore the utilization of the prior empirical knowledge as guidance in the initializing and training of the neural networks. The purpose is to make the networks less sensitive on the initial weights. Two modified algorithms are presented and simulation experiments show some interesting findings about their control effects and their corresponding sensitivity on the initial weights of the networks.
