蓝光卤素钙钛矿发光二极管(LED)由于其高色纯度和全色钙钛矿LED发展需求目前受到越来越多的关注.通过钝化卤素钙钛矿中的缺陷来提高LED性能是主要研究方向,然而,用于有效钝化混合卤素蓝光钙钛矿并获得性能优异、光谱稳定的纯蓝光LED方法还很有限.本文开发了一种使用含有膦氧基团的双层有机分子对混合卤素蓝光钙钛矿量子点进行固相修饰,不仅有效提高了量子点薄膜的发光性能,而且有效改善了LED的电荷平衡,显著提高了器件性能,获得了最大外量子效率为4.87%的纯蓝光LED (469 nm).作者发现双层膦氧分子与量子点之间可以发生强相互作用,从而有效钝化量子点,并有助于获得大面积单层钙钛矿量子点薄膜.其中,发光面积为64 mm2,波长为469 nm的LED最大外量子效率为3.91%.本文所述策略有助于推动性能优异的大面积钙钛矿量子点光电器件开发.

Construction of Frame-Structured Flexible MXene Film Electrode to Achieve High Areal Capacitance Micro-Supercapacitor

Two-dimensional MXene-based film materials as flexible electrodes have been widely studied in wearable microsupercapacitors(MSCs).However,the existence of strong van derWaals interactions leads to serious self-stacking ofMXene layers,resulting in poor ionic dynamics and loss of active sites,which causes MXene film electrodes to exhibit low capacitance and poor rate performance in practical *** solve this,a frame-structured hybrid film(labeled as CN-MX hybrid film)is constructed by introducing intercalating agents(nanometer g-C_(3)N_(4))into MXene *** this unique hybrid film,the g-C_(3)N_(4)nanoparticles rationally occupy the interspace between MXene layers so as to alleviate layer stacking,thus effectively expanding the electrochemically active surface and promoting proton *** pseudocapacitance inducted by g-C_(3)N_(4)surface groups,consequently,the CN-MX hybrid film electrode achieves an enhanced capacitive *** the three-electrode system,this frame-structured film electrode exhibits an ultra-high areal capacitance of 1932.8 mF cm^(−2).The assembled symmetry flexible MSC device based on CN-MX hybrid film can achieve an energy density of 2.28μWh cm^(−2)at 0.075 mW cm^(−2),as well as a superior cyclic stability with 90.4%retention after 700 cycles in alternating 90o bending and releasing states,revealing its potential in practical applications.

AIM To study the effect of hydrogen sulfide （H2S） onsevere acute pancreatitis （SAP） in a rat ***： Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats were administeredan intraperitoneal injection of saline containing20% L-Arg （250 mg/100 g） hourly for over 2 h to induceSAP. The rats were treated with DL-propargylglycine（PAG, 50 mg/kg） or different dosages of NaHS （5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg or 100 mg/kg）. PAG or NaHSwas administered 1 h before induction of *** were sacrificed 24 h after the last L-Arg *** and pancreas tissues were ***： The H2S and cystathionine-γ-lyase mRNAlevels in SAP rats were signi？cantly lower than thosein the control group, and treatment with PAG furtherreduced the H2S level. Nevertheless, H2S was significantlyincreased after NaHS administration compared with theSAP group, and the degree of upregulation was associatedwith the NaHS dosage. NaHS reduced the levels of plasmaamylase, interleukin-6 and myeloperoxidase in pancreatictissue. NaHS suppressed the degradation of IκBα and theactivity of nuclear factor-κB, as well as the phosphorylationof PI3K/***： H2S plays an anti-inflammatory role inSAP in vivo .

Summary Regular use of aspirin after diagnosis was associated with longer survival among patients with mutated-PIK3CA colorectal cancer,but not among patients with PIK3CA wild-type *** this study,we showed that combination treatment with clinically achievable concentrations of aspirin and ABT-737 could induce a synergistic growth arrest and apoptosis in several human PIK3CA wild-type cancer *** addition,we found that the combination of aspirin and ABT-737 resulted in a blockade of the PI3K signaling ***,our data showed increased autophagy correlated with the resistance to aspirin or ABT-737 as single-agents,the enhanced autophagy induced by aspirin plus ABT-737 switched from a cytoprotective signal to a death-promoting *** hope that this synergy may contribute to failure of aspirin cancer therapy and ultimately lead to efficacious regimens for cancer therapy.

Mineral Chemistry Indicates the Petrogenesis of Rhyolite From The Southwestern Okinawa Trough

To reveal the petrogenesis of rhyolite from the southwestern Okinawa Trough, the mineral chemistry of plagioclase, orthopyroxene, amphibole, quartz and Fe-Ti oxide phenocrysts were analyzed using an electron microprobe, and in suit Sr and Ba contents of plagioclase analysed by LA-ICPMS were chosen for fingerprinting plagioclases of different provenances. Results indicate an overall homogeneous composition for each of the mineral phases except for plagioclase phenocrysts which have a wide range of composition（An=3988）. Plagioclase crystals characterized by An contents of >70 are not in equilibrium with their whole-rock compositions, and coarse-sieved plagioclase phenocryst interiors record high An contents（>70） and Sr/Ba ratios（>7）, which are similar to the those of plagioclase crystals in basalt. Therefore, these crystals must have been introduced to the rhyolitic magma from a more mafic source. Equilibrium temperatures estimated using orthopyroxene-liquid, iron–titanium oxide, titanium-in-quartz and amphibole geothermometers show consistent values ranging from 792 to 869℃. The equilibrium pressure calculated using amphibole compositions is close to 121 MPa which corresponds to an approximate depth of 4 km. The fO2 conditions estimated from Fe-Ti oxides and amphiboles plot slightly above the NNO buffer, which indicates that the rock formed under more oxidized conditions. Our results suggests that petrogenesis of the rhyolite due to basaltic magma ascend with the high An and Sr/Ba plaigoclases from deep magma chamber into the shallow chamber where the fractional crystallization and crustal assimilation happened. It also indicates that a two-layer magma chamber structure may occur under the southwestern Okinawa Trough.

Origin of the Volcanic Rocks Erupted in the Eastern Manus Basin: Basaltic Andesite-Andesite-Dacite Associations

There has been much recent interest in the origin of intermediate lava and several hypotheses are: 1) direct melting of the mantle under water-saturated conditions, 2) partial melting of altered crust, 3) fractional crystallization of parent magma, and 4) magma mixing of mafic magmas with dacitic/rhyolitic magmas. Volcanic rocks series ranging from basaltic andesite to dacite（SiO2 ranges from 53.8 to 63.0 wt.%） from the eastern Manus Basin were detected for major and trace element compositions to understand their origin. Low H2O contents, positive correlations of La-SiO2 and Yb-SiO2, oxygen isotope data and the indistinct change of trace element concentrations in oscillatory zoning of plagioclase phenocrysts rule out the models in which silicic lava results from direct melting of hydrous mantle, partial melting of altered oceanic crust or gabbros, and magma mixing, respectively. Besides, the geochemical data of whole rock and melt inclusions indicate that fractional crystallization plays a dominant role in generating the intermediate lava with subduction features.

B7 homolog 3(B7-H3) has attracted much attention in glioblastoma(GBM) radioimmunotherapy(RIT)due to its abnormally high expression on tumor *** this study,we report that two specific humanized anti-human B7-H3 antibodies(hu4G4 and hu4H12) derived from mouse anti-human B7-H3 antibodies that were generated by computer-aided design and exclusively recognize membrane expression of B7-H3 by human glioma cells,Hu4G4 and hu4H12 were radiolabeled with89Zr for RIT antibody ***-positron emission tomography(PET) imaging,biodistribution and pharmacokinetic(PK) analyses of89Zr-labeled antibodies were performed in U87-xenografted models.125I labelling of the antibodies for single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) imaging was also used to investigate the biological behavior of the antibodies in *** rthermore,the pharmacodynamic(PD) of the131Ilabeled antibodies were evaluated in U87-xenografted mice and GL261 Red-FLuc-B7-H3 in situ glioma tumor ***-PET imaging and biodistribution analysis with a gamma counter showed that89Zr-deferoxamine(DFO)-hu4G4 had higher tumor targeting performance with lower liver uptake than89Zr-DFO-(hu4H12, immunoglobulin G(IgG)).The biodistribution results of125I-SPECT imaging were similar to those of89Zr-PET imaging,though the biodistribution in long bone joints and the thyroid *** PD analysis results indicated that131I-hu4G4 had an excellent therapeutic effect and high safety with no apparent ***,131I-hu4G4 improved the tumor vasculature in tissues with higher expression of collagen type Ⅳ and platelet-derived growth factor receptor β(PDGFR-β) compared with control treatment,as determined by immunofluorescence(IF),which contributed to inhibiting tumor *** together,our data indicate that hu4G4 exhibits good tumor targeting and specificity,achieves low nonspecific concentrations in normal tissues,and has acceptable PK characteristics.131I-hu4G4 also exerts effective antitumor effects
