To study the damage mechanism of multi‐anchor piles in tunnel crossing landslide area under earthquake,the damping performance of multi‐anchor piles was *** energy dissipation springs were used as the optimization device of the anchor head to carry out the shaking table comparison test on the reinforced *** Hilbert spectrum and Hilbert marginal spectrum were proposed to analyze the seismic damage mechanism of the multi‐anchor piles,and the peak Fourier spectrum amplitude(PFSA)was used to verify the effectiveness of the *** results show that the seismic energy is concentrated in the high‐frequency component(30-40Hz)of the Hilbert spectrum and the low‐frequency component(12-30 Hz)of the marginal *** indicates that they can be combined with the distribution law of the PFSA to identify the overall and local dynamic responses of the multi‐anchored piles,*** stretchable deformation of the energy‐dissipation springs improves the coordination of the multi‐anchor piles,resulting in better pile *** damage mechanism of the multi‐anchor piles is elucidated based on the energy method:local damage at the top and middle areas of the multi‐anchor piles is mainly caused by the low‐frequency component(12-30 Hz)of the marginal spectrum under the action of 0.15g and 0.20g seismic *** the seismic intensity increases to 0.30g,the dynamic response of the slope is further amplified by the high‐frequency component(30-40 Hz)of the Hilbert energy spectrum,which leads to the overall damage of the multi‐anchor piles.

due to the complexity of underground engineering geology,the tunnel boring machine(TBM)usually shows poor adaptability to the surrounding rock mass,leading to machine jamming and geological *** the TBM project of Lanzhou Water Source Construction,this study proposed a neural network called PCA-GrU,which combines principal component analysis(PCA)with gated recurrent unit(GrU)to improve the accuracy of predicting rock mass classification in TBM *** input variables from the PCA dimension reduction of nine parameters in the sample data set were utilized for establishing the PCA-GrU ***,in order to speed up the response time of surrounding rock mass classification predictions,the PCA-GrU model was ***,the prediction results obtained by the PCA-GrU model were compared with those of four other models and further examined using random sampling *** indicated by the results,the PCA-GrU model can predict the rock mass classification in TBM tunneling rapidly,requiring about 20 s to *** performs better than the previous four models in predicting the rock mass classification,with accuracy A,macro precision MP,and macro recall Mr being 0.9667,0.963,and 0.9763,*** Class II,III,and IV rock mass prediction,the PCA-GrU model demonstrates better precision P and recall r owing to the dimension reduction *** random sampling analysis indicates that the PCA-GrU model shows stronger generalization,making it more appropriate in situations where the distribution of various rock mass classes and lithologies change in percentage.

For better understanding the variation of helicity and its governing mechanisms,based on the primary momentum equation under the local Cartesian coordinate,a set of horizontal and vertical helicity equations are derived in this *** this basis,a storm-relative helicity budget equation is derived,the main factors that govern the variation of helicity are discussed,and the key mechanisms underlying the helicity variation are illustrated by using schematic *** scale analysis and real case diagnosis are used to compare the relative importance of di erent factors on the variation of *** a meso-α system,it is found that:(i)horizontal helicity is much larger than vertical helicity,and they show signi cantly di erent variation mechanisms;(ii)for the vertical helicity,the vertical perturbation pressure gradient force,buoyancy,the diver-gence-related e ect,and the conversion between vertical and horizontal helicity govern its variation(whereas,the conversion is negligible for the evolution of horizontal helicity);and(iii)baroclinity is crucial for the variation of horizontal helicity,but it is only of secondary importance for the vertical helicity variation.

Background:Accumulating reports have suggested that α-synuclein is involved in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease(Ad).As the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)α-synuclein has been suggested as a potential biomarker of Ad,this study was set out to test whether CSF α-synuclein is associated with other Ad biomarkers and could predict neurodegeneration and clinical progression in non-demented ***:The associations between CSF a-synuclein and other Ad biomarkers were investigated at baseline in non-demented Chinese *** predictive values of CSF a-synuclein for longitudinal neuroimaging change and the conversion risk of non-demented elders were assessed using linear mixed effects models and multivariate Cox proportional hazard models,respectively,in the Alzheimer's disease Neuroimaging Initiative(AdNI)***:The CSF α-synuclein levels correlated with Ad-specific biomarkers,CSF total tau and phosphorylated tau levels,in 651 Chinese Han participants(training set).These positive correlations were replicated in the AdNI database(validation set).Using a longitudinal cohort from AdNI,the CSF α-synuclein concentrations were found to increase with disease *** CSF α-synuclein had high diagnostic accuracy for Ad based on the"ATN"(amyloid,tau,neurodegeneration)system(A+T+versus A-T-control)(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve,0.84).Moreover,CSF α-synuclein predicted longitudinal hippocampus atrophy and conversion from MCI to Ad ***:CSF α-synuclein is associated with CSF tau levels and could predict neurodegeneration and clinical progression in non-demented *** finding indicates that CSF α-synuclein is a potentially useful early biomarker for Ad.
