Vibrio parahaemolyticus,a gram-negative halophilic bacterium that naturally inhabits coastal waters,causes gastroenteritis,skin infections,and septicemia in human beings[1].This bacterium produces multiple virulence factors,including thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH),TDH-related hemolysin(TRH),type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3SS1),T3SS2,type Ⅵ secretion system 1(T6SS1),and T6SS2[1].Furthermore,Ⅴ.parahaemolyticus forms biofilms on the surface,which help it in adapting to unfavorable conditions[2].Mature biofilm formation requires special structures,including lateral and polar flagella,exopolysaccharide(EPS),and type Ⅳ pili[2].

Harnessing optical supermode interaction to construct artificial photonic molecules has uncovered a series of fundamental optical phenomena analogous to atomic ***,the distinct energy levels and interactions in such two-level systems were provided by coupled *** reconfigurability is limited,as they often require delicate external field stimuli or mechanically altering the geometric *** highly specific approaches also limit potential ***,we propose a versatile on-chip photonic molecule in a multimode microring,utilizing a flexible regulation methodology to dynamically control the existence and interaction strength of spatial *** transition between single/multi-mode states enables the“switched-off/on”functionality of the photonic molecule,supporting wider generalized applications *** particular,“switched-on”state shows flexible and multidimensional mode splitting control in aspects of both coupling strength and phase difference,equivalent to the *** *** effect.“Switched-off”state allows for perfect low-loss single-mode transition(Qi~10 million)under an ultra-compact bend size(FSR~115 GHz)in a foundry-based silicon *** breaks the stereotyped image of the FSR-Q factor trade-off,enabling ultra-wideband and high-resolution millimeter-wave photonic *** demonstration provides a flexible and portable solution for the integrated photonic molecule system,extending its research scope from fundamental physics to real-world applications such as nonlinear optical signal processing and sixth-generation wireless communication.

Self-injection locking has emerged as a crucial technique for coherent optical sources,spanning from narrow linewidth lasers to the generation of localized *** technique involves key components,namely a laser diode and a high-quality cavity that induces narrow-band reflection back into the laser ***,in prior studies,the reflection mainly relied on the random intracavity Rayleigh backscattering,rendering it unpredictable and unsuitable for large-scale production and wide-band *** this work,we present a simple approach to achieve reliable intracavity reflection for self-injection locking to address this challenge by introducing a Sagnac loop into the *** method guarantees robust reflection for every resonance within a wide operational band without compromising the quality factor or adding complexity to the fabrication *** a proof of concept,we showcase the robust generation of narrow linewidth lasers and localized microcombs locked to different resonances within a normal-dispersion ***,the existence and generation of localized patterns in a normal-dispersion cavity with broadband forward–backward field coupling is first proved,as far as we know,both in simulation and in *** research offers a transformative approach to self-injection locking and holds great potential for large-scale production.

Denervation-induced skeletal muscle atrophy can potentially cause the decline in the quality of life of patients and an increased risk of *** pathophysiological mechanisms with dynamic alterations have been documented in skeletal muscle atrophy resulting from innervation ***,an in-depth comprehension of the key mechanisms and molecules governing skeletal muscle atrophy at varying stages,along with targeted treatment and protection,becomes essential for effective atrophy *** preliminary research categorizes the skeletal muscle atrophy process into four stages using microarray *** review extensively discusses the pathways and molecules potentially implicated in regulating the four stages of denervation and muscle ***,drugs targeting the reactivare oxygen species stage and the inflammation stage assume critical *** intervention during the initial atrophy stages can expedite protection against skeletal muscle ***,pharmaceutical intervention in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway associated with atrophy and autophagy lysosomes can effectively slow down skeletal muscle *** molecules within this stage encompass MuRF1,MAFbx,LC3II,p62/SQSTM1,*** review also compiles a profile of drugs with protective effects against skeletal muscle atrophy at distinct postdenervation stages,thereby augmenting the evidence base for denervation-induced skeletal muscle atrophy treatment.

The technique of electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) represents a development trend of clean energy generation and conversion,while the electrode catalysts are bound to be the core unit in the electrochemical HER ***,we demonstrate a bottom-up approach to the construction of three-dimensional (3D) interconnected ternary nanoarchitecture originated from Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene,graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets and graphene (MX/CN/RGO) through a convenient co-assembly *** virtue of the 3D porous frameworks with ultrathin walls,large specific surface areas,optimized electronic structures,high electric conductivity,the resulting MX/CN/RGO nanoarchitecture expresses an exceptional HER performance with a low onset potential of only 38 m V,a small Tafel slop of 76 m V dec^(-1) as well as long lifespan,all of which are more competitive than those of the bare Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),g-C_(3)N_(4),graphene as well as binary MX/RGO and CN/RGO *** simulations further verify that the ternary MX/CN/RGO nanoarchitecture with ameliorative band structure is able to facilitate the electron transport and meanwhile offer multistage catalytically active sites,thereby guaranteeing rapid HER kinetics during the electrocatalytic process.

Integrated microwave photonic filters(IMPFs)are capable of offering unparalleled performances in terms of superb spectral fineness,broadband,and more importantly,the reconfigurability,which encounter the trend of the next-generation wireless ***,to achieve high reconfigurability,previous works should adopt complicated system structures and modulation formats,which put great pressure on power consumption and controlment,and,therefore,impede the massive deployment of ***,we propose a streamlined architecture for a wideband and highly reconfigurable IMPF on the silicon photonics *** various practical filter responses,to avoid complex auxiliary devices and bias drift problems,a phase-modulated flexible sideband cancellation method is employed based on the intensity-consistent single-stage-adjustable cascadedmicroring(ICSSA-CM).The IMPF exhibits an operation band extending to millimeter-wave(≥30 GHz),and other extraordinary performances including high spectral resolution of 220 MHz and large rejection ratio of 60 d B are ***,Gb/s-level RF wireless communications are demonstrated for the first time towards real-world *** proposed IMPF provides broadband flexible spectrum control capabilities,showing great potential in the next-generation wireless communication.
