Microbial population and enzyme activities are the significant indicators of soil *** microbial dynamics characterize microbial population and enzyme *** present study explores the development of efficient predictive modeling systems for the estimation of specific soil microbial dynamics,like rock phosphate solubilization,bacterial population,and ACC-deaminase *** specifically,optimized subtractive clustering(SC)and Wang and Mendel's(WM)fuzzy inference systems(FIS)have been implemented with the objective to achieve the best estimation accuracy of microbial *** measurements were performed using controlled pot experiment using minimal salt media with rock phosphate as sole carbon source inoculated with phosphate solubilizing microorganism in order to estimate rock phosphate solubilization potential of selected *** experimental parameters,including temperature,pH,and incubation period have been used as inputs SC-FIS and *** better performance of the SC-FIS has been observed as compared to the WM-FIS in the estimation of phosphate solubilization and bacterial population with the maximum value of the coefficient of determination(0.9988)2 R=in the estimation of previous microbial dynamics.

Insomnia,whether situational or chronic,affects over a third of the general population in today’s ***,given the lack of non-contact and non-inductive quantitative evaluation approaches,most insomniacs are often unrecognized and *** Polysomnographic(PSG)is considered as one of the assessment methods,it is poorly tolerated and *** this paper,with the recent development of Internet-of-Things devices and edge computing techniques,we propose a detrended fractal dimension(DFD)feature for the analysis of heart-rate signals,which can be easily acquired by many wearables,of good sleepers and *** feature was derived by calculating the fractal dimension(FD)of detrended *** the trend component removal,we improved the null space pursuit algorithm and proposed an adaptive trend extraction *** experimental results demonstrated the efficacy of the proposed DFD index through numerical statistics and significance testing for healthy and insomnia groups,which renders it a potential biomarker for insomnia assessment and management.

The stabilization of the formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI_(3))structure is pivotal for the development of efficient photovoltaic *** two-dimensional(2D)layers to passivate the threedimensional(3D)perovskite is essential for maintaining the a-phase of FAPbI_(3) and enhancing the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the role of bulky ligands in the phase management of 2D perovskites,crucial for the stabilization of FAPbI_(3),has not yet been *** this study,we synthesized nanoscale 2D perovskite capping crusts with=1 and 2 Ruddlesden-Popper(RP)perovskite layers,respectively,which form a type-Ⅱ 2D/3D *** heterostructure stabilizes the a-phase of FAPbI_(3),and facilitates ultrafast carrier extraction from the 3D perovskite network to transport contact *** introduced tri-fluorinated ligands to mitigate defects caused by the halide vacancies and uncoordinated Pb^(2+)ions,thereby reducing nonradiative carrier recombination and extending carrier *** films produced were incorporated into PSCs that not only achieved a PCE of 25.39%but also maintained 95%of their initial efficiency after 2000 h of continuous light exposure without *** findings underscore the effectiveness of a phase-pure 2D/3D heterostructure-terminated film in inhibiting phase transitions passivating the iodide anion vacancy defects,facilitating the charge carrier extraction,and boosting the performance of optoelectronic devices.

We design two novel waveguides in membrane-stack photonic crystals and obtain their dispersion characteristics by the three-dimensional （3D） plane wave-expansion method. The 3D photon control phenomena are demonstrated, in which light is incident on the crystal and is bent both horizontally and vertically. Then light is split into two and is finally emitted from the other side of the crystal. A 319 splitter is realized. We also present a nanocavity to trap photons. With waveguides of different directions has been demonstrated. and nanocavities, the arbitrary 3D photon manipulation

For linear mechanical systems,the transfer matrix method is one of the most efficient modeling and analysis ***,in contrast to classical mod-eling strategies,the final eigenvalue problem is based on a matrix which is a highly nonlinear function of the ***,classical strategies for sensitivity analysis of eigenvalues *** parameters cannot be *** paper develops two specific strategies for this situation,a direct differentiation strategy and an adjoint variable method,where especially the latter is easy to use and applicable to arbitrarily complex chain or branched multibody *** the system analysis itself,it is able to break down the sensitivity analysis of the overall system to analytically determinable derivatives of element transfer matrices and recursive formula which can be applied along the transfer path of the topology *** examples of different complexity validate the proposed approach by comparing results to analytical calculations and numerical *** obtained procedure may support gradient‐based optimization and robust design by delivering exact sensitivities.

This paper studies the bending of simple-supported rectangular plate on point supports, line supports and elastic foundation. On the basis of three-dimensional elasticity theory, the exact expressions of the displacement functions, which satisfy the governing differential equations and the simply supported boundary conditions at four edges of the plate, are analytically derived. The reaction forces of the in- termediate supports are regarded as the unknown external forces acting on the lower surface of the plate. The unknown coefficients are then determined by the boundary conditions on the upper and lower surfaces of the plate. Comparing the numerical results obtained from the proposed method to those obtained from Kirchhoff plate theory, Mindlin plate theory and those obtained from the commer- cial finite element software ANSYS, the high accuracy of the present method has been demonstrated.

The configurations of molecular clusters have significant impacts on their growth into fine particles in *** this paper,we explore the topology space of the structure of H2SO4·NH3 dimer with a novel sampling technique of meta-dynamics(MTD)method and ab initio molecular dynamics *** simulations are carried out at the temperatures of both 50 K and 242 K,which represent the typical high and low latitudes of *** results show that,compared with only traditional MD simulations,the structure samplings are significantly accelerated with MTD ***,more isomers of the dimer are discovered within the same simulation time *** addition,the results show that MTD is more efficient for circumstances with high temperature.
