In the face of the effective popularity of the Internet of Things(IoT),but the frequent occurrence of cybersecurity incidents,various cybersecurity protection means have been proposed and *** them,Intrusion Detection system(IDs)has been proven to be stable and ***,traditional intrusion detection methods have shortcomings such as lowdetection accuracy and inability to effectively identifymalicious *** address the above problems,this paper fully considers the superiority of deep learning models in processing highdimensional data,and reasonable data type conversion methods can extract deep features and detect classification using advanced computer vision techniques to improve classification *** TransformField(MTF)method is used to convert 1Dnetwork traffic data into 2D images,and then the converted 2D images are filtered by UnsharpMasking to enhance the image details by sharpening;to further improve the accuracy of data classification and detection,unlike using the existing high-performance baseline image classification models,a soft-voting integrated model,which integrates three deep learning models,MobileNet,VGGNet and ResNet,to finally obtain an effective IoT intrusion detection architecture:the MUs *** types of experiments are conducted on the publicly available intrusion detection dataset CICIDs2018 and the IoT network traffic dataset N_BaIoT,and the results demonstrate that the accuracy of attack traffic detection is greatly improved,which is not only applicable to the IoT intrusion detection environment,but also to different types of attacks and different network environments,which confirms the effectiveness of the work done.

Bibliometric analysis of top 100 cited articles in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease research

AIM To identify and assess the research situation of top 100 cited articles in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFl D).METHODs The global scientific research articles in the science Citation Index-Expanded relevant to NAFl D were retrieved and listed according to their citation times from the most to the least. The 100 most frequently cited original articles were selected to systematically evaluate their bibliometric parameters including times cited, publication year, journals, subject categories, and the highly related concepts of NAFl D, which reflected the history and current situation, publication distribution of leading countries and institutes as well as the research hotspots of NAFl *** Top 100 cited articles in NAFl D were published from 1965 to 2015 with a citation ranging of 227 to 2151 times since publication, in which the United states was the most predominant country and Mayo Clin was the most productive institution. The majority of the top 100 cited articles were concentrated in s CI subject category of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Hepatology and Gastroenterology is the top journal that published over half 100 top-cited articles. The significant peak of top cited articles present in the first half of the 2000 s while the highest mean number of citation presents in first half of the 1980 s. In addition, concepts related to pathology characteristics, epidemiology and medicalization, metabolic syndrome and its combination of symptoms including insulin resistance, biomarkersof lipid metabolism and obesity are listed as the highly related *** The 100 top-cited articles marked with the leading countries, institutions, journals, hotspots and development trend in NAFl D field that could provide the foundation for further investigations.

Roles of BN52021 in platelet-activating factor pathway in inflammatory Ms1 cells

AIM: To determine the effects of BN52021 on platelet-activating factor receptor (PAFR) signaling molecules under lipopolysaccharide (LPs)-induced inflammatory conditions in Ms1 cells. METHODs: Ms1 cells (a mouse pancreatic islet endothelial cell line) were grown in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 2 mmol/L glutamine and 100 μg/mL penicillin/streptomycin in 5% CO 2 at 37 ℃. After growth to confluency in media, the cells were processed for subsequent studies. The Ms1 cells received 0, 0.1, 1 and 10 μg/mL LPs in this experiment. The viability/prolifera-tion of the cells induced by LPs was observed using a 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide colorimetric assay. Apoptosis and necrosis of the cells under the inflammatory condition described previously were observed using Hoechst 33342-propidium iodide staining. Adenylate cyclase (AC), phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2 ), phospholipase Cβ (PLCβ), protein tyrosine kinase (PTK), G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRK) and p38-mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) mRNA in the PAFR signaling pathway were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction. The protein expression level of phosphorylated AC (p-AC), phosphorylated PLA 2 (p-PLA 2 ), phosphorylated PTK (p-PTK), phosphorylated p38 MAPK (p-p38 MAPK), PLCβ and GRK was measured using Western blotting analysis. REsULTs: The activity of Ms1 cells incubated with dif- ferent concentrations of LPs for 6 h decreased significantly in the 1 μg/mL LPs group (0.49 ± 0.10 vs 0.67 ± 0.13, P s group (0.44 ± 0.10 vs 0.67 ± 0.13, P s extended to 12 h (0.33 ± 0.05, 0.32 ± 0.03 and 0.25 ± 0.03 vs 0.69 ± 0.01) and 24 h (0.31 ± 0.01, 0.29 ± 0.03 and 0.25 ± 0.01 vs 0.63 ± 0.01), Ms1 cell activity decreased in all LPs concentration groups compared with the blank control (P significantly improved the cell activity when its c

Objective:Pseudolaric acid B(PB)is a newly identified diterpenoid isolated from Tujinpi(Cortex Pseudolaricis).In the present study,we aimed to explore the anti-inflammatory effects of PB on atopic dermatitis(AD),as well as the molecular mechanisms underlying its ***:BALB/c mice treated with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene were orally administered with PB(10 mg?kg-1?d-1).After evaluating the AD score,serum levels of IgE and the mRNA expression of NLRP3 inflammasome and IL-1βwere measured by ELIsA and qRT-PCR ***:The results showed that PB treatment significantly ameliorated the development of AD-like clinical symptoms and effectively suppressed the infiltration of inflammatory ***,PB inhibited the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome and IL-1βin skin lesions,and downregulated serum IgE ***:The anti-inflammatory properties of PB were demonstrated using the 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced mouse model of AD-like skin *** study highlighted the potential use of PB as a novel therapeutic agent for the treatment of inflammation-associated skin diseases.

Rumor spreading Model with Trust Mechanism in Complex social Networks

In this paper, to study rumor spreading, we propose a novel susceptible-infected-removed （sIR） model by introducing the trust mechanism. We derive mean-field equations that describe the dynamics of the sIR model on homogeneous networks and inhomogeneous networks. Then a steady-state analysis is conducted to investigate the critical threshold and the finaJ size of the rumor spreading. We show that the introduction of trust mechanism reduces the final rumor size and the velocity of rumor spreading, but increases the critical thresholds on both networks. Moreover, the trust mechanism not only greatly reduces the maximum rumor influence, but also postpones the rumor terminal time, which provides us with more time to take measures to control the rumor spreading. The theoretical results are confirmed by sufficient numerical simulations.

We present a novel in vitro model in which to investigate the efficacy of experimental drugs for the promotion of axon regeneration in the central nervous system. We co-cultured rat hippocampal neurons and cerebral cortical oligodendrocytes, and tested the co-culture system using a Nogo-66 receptor antagonist peptide（NEP1–40）, which promotes axonal growth. Primary cultured oligodendrocytes suppressed axonal growth in the rat hippocampus, but NEP1–40 stimulated axonal growth in the co-culture system. Our results confirm the validity of the neuron-oligodendrocyte co-culture system as an assay for the evaluation of drugs for axon regeneration in the central nervous system.

Virus spreading in wireless sensor networks with a medium access control mechanism

In this paper, an extended version of standard susceptible-infected （sI） model is proposed to consider the influence of a medium access control mechanism on virus spreading in wireless sensor networks. Theoretical analysis shows that the medium access control mechanism obviously reduces the density of infected nodes in the networks, which has been ignored in previous studies. It is also found that by increasing the network node density or node communication radius greatly increases the number of infected nodes. The theoretical results are confirmed by numerical simulations.

sensitivity analysis is used to check and analyze the factors that have a greater impact on the stability of the landslide, and determine the most sensitive factors that affect the stability of the landslide. At present, the sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting the stability of loess landslides in high intensity seismic regions has not been reported. In this paper, taking a loess landslide in Wenchuan earthquake area as an example, the sensitivity of its stability factors is analyzed by using the improved grey correlation method, which provides the basis for the treatment and design of loess landslide.

In this paper, the fuzziness of the failure events and the parameters of the random variables is considered. In the reliability analysis of the loess landslide stability, the combination of the randomness and fuzziness is proposed, and the fuzzy random reliability calculation method of the loess landslide stability under the earthquake action is proposed. The established model is applied to the seismic stability analysis of a loess landslide, and the evaluation results show that the loess landslide is in an under stable state under the seismic action.

In real life, people usually have a herd mentality. This paper studies the influence of herd mentality mechanism on the dynamical behaviors of rumor spreading, and proposes a novel susceptible-infected-removed（sIR） model. Based on the mean-field theory, both the critical threshold of the homogeneous networks and the final rumor size are investigated. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that the existence of herd mentality mechanism obviously reduces the network critical threshold, but increases the final rumor size. It is also found that when considering the impact of herd mentality mechanism, the propagation velocity of a rumor on the networks increases significantly, which relatively shortens the time that the rumor spreading research a steady state. In addition, we show that the network parameters can still have a greater influence on the propagation characteristics of a rumor.
