Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMds)are a promising class of layered materials in the post-graphene era,with extensive research attention due to their diverse alternative elements and fascinating semiconductor *** MX2 layers with different metal and/or chalcogen elements have similar structural parameters but varied optoelectronic properties,providing opportunities for atomically substitutional engineering via partial alteration of metal or/and chalcogenide atoms to produce ternary or quaternary *** resulting multinary TMd layers still maintain structural integrity and homogeneity while achieving tunable(opto)electronic properties across a full range of composition with arbitrary ratios of introduced metal or chalcogen to original counterparts(0–100%).Atomic substitution in TMd layers offers new adjustable degrees of freedom for tailoring crystal phase,band alignment/structure,carrier density,and surface reactive activity,enabling novel and promising *** review comprehensively elaborates on atomically substitutional engineering in TMd layers,including theoretical foundations,synthetic strategies,tailored properties,and superior *** emerging type of ternary TMds,Janus TMds,is presented specifically to highlight their typical compounds,fabrication methods,and potential ***,opportunities and challenges for further development of multinary TMds are envisioned to expedite the evolution of this pivotal field.

Objective:To summarize the medication rules of Chinese herbs to treat heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFPEF)based on data mining and to provide references for clinical ***:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database(Wanfang),VIP database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature(CBM),PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library databases were searched from inception to October 2021 to identify relevant literature on treating HFPEF with Chinese *** Excel 2019 was used to set up a database,and then,association rule analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were performed by using apriori algorithm and hclust function respectively in r-Studio(Version 4.0.3).results:A total of 182 qualified papers were included,involving a total of 92 prescriptions,130 Chinese herbs,and 872 individual herbs prescribed,with an average of 9.5 herbs per *** six most frequently prescribed herbs were Astragali radix(Huangqi),Salviae Miltiorrhizae radix Et rhizoma(danshen),Poria(Fuling),Glycyrrhizae radix Et rhizoma(Gancao),Cinnamomi ramulus(Guizhi),and Ginseng radix Et rhizoma(renshen).There were 35 herbs used more than 5 times,involving 11 efficacy *** top three categories were deficiency-tonifying herbs,blood-activating and stasis-removing herbs,and dampnessdraining diuretic *** most commonly used herbs were mainly warm and *** primary meridian tropisms were Lung Meridian,Heart Meridian and Spleen *** rule analysis yielded 26 association rules,such as Astragali radix(Huangqi)&Salviae Miltiorrhizae radix Et rhizoma(danshen),Poria(Fuling),Cinnamomi ramulus(Guizhi)&Atractylodis Macrocephalae rhizoma(Baizhu).Hierarchical cluster analysis yielded four herb classes,and their functions were mainly qi-replenishing and yang-warming,bloodactivating and ***:HFPEF is the syndrome of root vacuity and tip repletion,and its core pathogenesis is"deficiency","stasis",and"wafer",w

A theoretical model of quasi-three-level laser system is developed, in which both the thermally induced depolarization loss and the effect of energy-transfer upconversion are taken into account. Based on the theoretical investigation of the influences of output transmission and incident pump power on thermally induced depolarization loss, the output performance of 946 nm linearly polarized Nd：YAG laser is experimentally studied. By optimizing the transmission of output coupler, a 946 nm linearly polarized continuous-wave single-transverse-mode laser with an output power of 4.2 W and an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 16.8% is obtained, and the measured beam quality factors are M2 = 1.13 and My2 = 1.21. The theoretical prediction is in good agreement with the experimental result.

The evaporator is the main part of a quick-freeze equipment. There are many factors influencing the heat transfer coefficient of an evaporator. The most important factors among them are the fin shape, tube diameter, distance of fin space, frost, and velocity of air flow etc. They mainly influence the thermal efficiency of an evaporator, and therefore its thermal efficiency has direct relationship with the whole efficiency of the quick freeze plant. Evaporators with different structural types have different heat transfer efficiency, in order to obtain high efficiency structure of evaporator, 8 evaporator models with different fin shape, tube diameter and tube arrangement are analyzed and compared. The calculation results show that the integral waved fins, equilateral-triangle arranged small diameter tubes and varying fin-spacing has the highest heat transfer coefficient. The experimental result also shows that the evaporator with this type of structure has better thermal efficiency. The experimental result is in good agreement with the calculation result, it can instruct engineering design for usual designer. A real quick-freeze equipment is designed and put into production. The result shows that, compared with traditional domestic quick-freeze equipments, this equipment decreases by 40% in size and by 20% in energy consumption.

Using first-principles calculations in combination with Wagner–Schottky and kinetic Monte Carlo methods, the diffusion behaviors of solutes via various vacancy-mediated diffusion mechanisms in L12 γ-Ni3Al were investigated. The formation energies of the point defects and the migration energies for solutes were calculated. Adding alloying elements can decrease the defect-formation energies of NiAl, increase the defect-formation energies of AlNi, and have little effect on the formation energy of VNi. The migration energies of solutes are related with the site preference and the diffusion mechanism. The diffusion coefficients of Ni, Al, and solutes were calculated, and the concentration of antisite defects plays a crucial role in the elemental diffusion.

Using first-principles density functional calculations, lattice stability of γ-Ni under [001], [110], and [111] uniaxial tensions and the effect of alloying elements Co and re on the uniaxial tensile behavior of γ-Ni were studied in this *** elastic constants and phonon spectra calculations, we examined the mechanical stability and phonon stability of Ni during the uniaxial tensions along the three characteristic directions. The results show that the mechanical stability and phonon stability of a lattice occurs before the maximum stress–strain point under the [001] and [111] tension, *** effects of Co and re on the ideal tensile strength of γ-Ni show a significant directivity： Co and re have little effect on the stresses in [001] and [111] directions, but increases the ideal strength of the system in the weakest uniaxial tensile direction. Moreover, the strengthening effect of re is significantly better than that of Co. By further analyzing electronic structure, it is found that the effect of alloying elements on the uniaxial tensile behavior of γ-Ni comes from their interactions with host atoms.

The rapid in situ inhibition of bacterial contamination and subsequent infection without inducing drug resistance is highly vital for the successful implantation and long-term service of titanium(Ti)-based orthopedic ***,the instability and potential cytotoxicity of current coatings have deterred their clinical *** this study,anodic oxidized titania nanotubes(TNT)were modified with antibacterial polyhexamethylene guanidine(PG)with the assistance of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic ***,the prepared TNT-PG coating exhibited superior in vitro antibacterial activity than flat Ti-PG coating and effectively killed typical pathogens such as Escherichia coli and superbug methicillinresistant Staphylococcus aureus with above 4-log reduction(>99.99%killed)in only 5 ***-PG coating also exerted excellent hemocompatibility with red blood cells and nontoxicity toward mouse pre-osteoblasts(MC3 T3-E1)in 1 week of *** addition,the efficient in vivo anti-infective property of this coating was observed in a rat subcutaneous infection *** importantly,TNT-PG coating improved the expression of alkaline phosphatase and enhanced the extracellular matrix mineralization of pre-osteoblasts,denoting its osteoinductive *** versatile TNT-PG coating with excellent antibacterial activity and biocompatibility could be a promising candidate for advanced orthopedic implant applications.

This paper presents a high-speed high-resolution pipelined AdC with low power and small area. The proposed AdC is designed based on the analysis of the stage scaling theory and the residual amplifiers are shared by two cascading MdACs to reduce power consumption. Shared op-amps with two split input paths are presented in this paper to eliminate the nonlinearity effects such as memory effect and crosstalk. dynamic pre-amplified comparators are employed to decrease the static power consumption and suppress the kick-back in the comparators. This AdC is implemented in SMIC 0.18/zm CMOS process with an area of 3.1 mm2. With a sampling rate of 100 MS/s, spurious-free dynamic range （SFdr） and signal-to-noise plus distortion ratio （SNdr） of the AdC are 82.7 dB and 69.1 dB, respectively. For signals up to 100 MHz, the SFdr and SNdr achieve 81.4 dB and 65.8 dB. The power consumption is 121 mW with a 1.8 V supply voltage.

The effect of tea plantation age on soil water-stable aggregates and aggregate-associated carbohydrate in southwestern China

Soil carbohydrates constitute an important component of soil organic matter(SOM),and substantially contribute to the stabilization of soil ***,we aimed to investigate the distribution of water-stable aggregates and carbohydrates within water-stable aggregates of soil in tea plantations located in Zhongfeng Township of Mingshan County,Sichuan,which is in southwest *** were collected from tea plantations of different ages(18,25,33,and 55 years old)and an area of abandoned land was used as a control(CK).We also examined correlations between soil carbohydrates fractions and aggregate *** results showed that the mean weight diameter(MWd)of soil aggregates in the tea plan-tations was significantly higher than that the ***,the soil aggregate stability was significantly enhanced in tea plantations,with the 25-year-old plantation showing the most pronounced *** in the plantations were also characterized by higher concentrated acid-extracted carbohy-drate content,and carbohydrate content in both surface and sub-surface layers were higher in the 25-year-old *** also detected a significant positive correlation between the carbohydrate con-tent of soil and MWd after tea plantation(Pdilute-acid extracted carbohydrate and the aggregate stability showed the highest correlation,indicating this car-bohydrate fraction could be used as an index to reflect changes in soil quality during tea plantation *** should develop a potential fertilisation programme to maintain SOM-Carbohydrates within aggregates and the appropriate pH for preventing soil structure degradation after 25 years of tea planting.
