Characterization and Phylogenetic Implications of the Complete Mitogenomes of Two Species in the Genus Zhangixalus(Anura:Rhacophoridae)

Mitochondrial genomes(mitogenomes)in frogs are essential for reconstructing the phylogenetic relationships and shedding light on the molecular evolution in these ***,there are only seven complete Rhacophoridae genomes that have been reported to *** this paper,two complete mitogenomes of the Chinese whipping frog(Zhangixalus chenfui)and Emei tree frog(***)were described,each of which was 20520 and 19782 bp in size,and had A+T contents of 64.26%and 63.83%.The two mitogenomes each included two non-coding control region(D-loop,CR),two ribosomal RNA genes(rRNAs),13 protein-coding genes(PCGs),and 22 transfer RNA genes(tRNAs),and it was found that the mitogenome of *** also includes three tandem tRNAMet gene sequences.A typical clover-leaf structure was found for all tRNAs except for tRNASer1(AGN),which showed a reduced DHU *** putative D-loop region contains multiple types of tandem repeats *** of these two mitogenomes showed similar pattern of gene rearrangement(tRNA-Ser-ND6-tRNA-Glu-CytbCR1-ND5-CR2-tRNA-Thr-tRNA-Leu-tRNA-Pro).Additionally,three consecutive tRNAMet genes were found for the first time in ***,a species in the Rhacophoridae *** all phylogenetic analyses,which were based on 13 protein-coding genes from 91 Ranoidea mitogenomes,the same phylogenetic trees were observed using either maximum likelihood or Bayesian *** results suggest that the phylogenetic hypotheses for the Ranoidea(including Rhacophoridae,Mantellidae,Ranidae and Dicroglossidae)derived from these mitogenomic data could provide substantiation for the relationships of(Dicroglossidae(Ranidae,(Mantellidae,Rhacophoridae))),and support the presence of a monophyletic group in four ***,*** and *** were found to cluster on the same branch,indicating that they were more closely related as a *** group may in turn form sister groups with *** and ***,*** is located on the ba

Fatigue life research and experimental verification of superalloy thin-walled structures subjected to thermal-acoustic loads

Rapid alternating stress is formed in structure subjected to harsh thermal-acoustic loads,which will affect fatigue performance and reduce fatigue life ***,fatigue experiment of superalloy thin-walled structure was carried out to obtain fatigue damage location and failure time of the experiment specimen,and S-iN curves of superalloy thin-walled structure at 723 K were ***,dynamic response simulation of superalloy thin-walled structure under the same load as experiment was implemented,and fatigue life was estimated based on the fatigue life prediction model which mainly included:improved rain-flow counting method,Morrow average stress model and Miner linear cumulative damage ***,comparisons between simulation solutions and experimental results achieved a consistency,which verified the validity of the Fatigue Life Prediction Model(FLPM).Moreover,taking a rectangle plate as the analysis object,the distributions of Fain-low circulation blocks and damage levels of the structure were discussed ***,current research indicates that in pre-buckling the structure is in softened area and fatigue life decreases with the increase of temperature;in post-buckling the structure is in hardened area and fatigue life increases with the increase of temperature within a certain range.

Extraction Difficulty of Lithium Ions from Various Crystal Planes of Lithium Titanate

To study the extraction difficulty of lithium ions from various crystal planes of Li2 TiO3, according to the first principle, four representative crystal surfaces of Li2TiO3（precursor）,（-133）,（-206）,（002） and（-131）, were selected to establish a model and to calculate the surface energy, bond length and population using Materials Studio 5.5（MS 5.5）. The results demonstrate that there is no direct relationship between the surface energy and the order of disappearance of the four diffraction peaks when lithium titanate is treated with hydrochloric acid, instead, the difficulty of Li~＋ extraction from various crystal faces corresponds to the Li-O bond strength. Lithium ion is easy to remove from（-133） and（-206） due to the relatively weak Li-O bond strength. In contrast, Li＋ extraction requires a longer time for（002） and（-131）.

Novel colorimetric,photothermal and up-conversion fluorescence triple-signal sensor for rosmarinic acid detection

Rosmarinic acid(RA)is promising as a natural and nontoxic food ***,many analysis methods for RA generally depend on large instruments and single signals for quantitative detection.A new upconversion fluorescence,colorimetric and photothermal multi-modal sensing strategy is developed for the quantification of RA.β-cyclodextrin(CD)modified citric acid(Cit)wrapped NaYF_(4):Yb/Er-Cit-CD(Y:Yb/Er-Cit-CD)up-conversion nanocomposite has been synthesized,which emits green fluorescence at 550nm under 980nm near-infrared(NIR)*** the presence of oxidized 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(oxTMB),the green fluorescence is significantly quenched attributed to the fluorescence inner filter effect(IFE)between oxTMB and Y:Yb/*** RA is intervened,blue oxTMB is reduced to colorless 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)inducing the recovery of up-conversion *** the same time,colorimetric and photothermal signals readout can be easily achieved thanks to the color indication and photothermal effect of the *** constructed Y:Yb/Er-Cit-CD/oxTMB sensor displays high sensitivity,visibility and simplicity for RA,and the limits of detection(LOD)for fluorescence,colorimetric and photothermal were 0.004μmol/L,0.036μmol/L and 0.043μmol/L,*** sensing system is successfully performed for the detection of RA in food samples.

A Weak Galerkin Mixed Finite Element Method for AcousticWave Equation

Synthesis of ruthenium/reduced graphene oxide composites and application for the selective hydrogenation of halonitroaromatics

Reduced graphene oxide （RGO） supported ruthenium （Ru） catalyst was prepared by an impregnation method using RuCI3 as a precursor and RGO as a support. The catalyst Ru/RGO was used for the selective hydrogenation ofp-chloronitrobenzene （p-CNB） to p-chloroaniline （p-CAN）, showing a selectivity of 96% at complete conversion of p-CNB at 60 ℃ and 3.0 MPa H2. The Ru/RGO catalyst was extremely active for the hydrogenation of a series of nitroarenes, which can be attributed to the small sized and the fine dispersity of the Ru nanoparticles on the RGO sheets characterized by TEM. Moreover, the catalyst also can be recycled five times without the loss of activity.

The Origin of Paleokarst in the Huanglong Formation of the Eastern sichuan Basin:Evidence from δ^(13)C, δ^(18)O and ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr

Karst rocks from the Huanglong Formation exposed at the margin of the Eastern sichuan Basin can be divided into four types：slightly corroded, moderately corroded porous, intensely corroded brecciated and intensely corroded and replaced secondary calcic karstic rocks. The carbon, oxygen and strontium isotope compositions of the various karst rocks are analyzed systematically and compared to rocks without karst corrosion. The results indicate that（1） the Huanglong Formation in the eastern sichuan Basin was a restricted bay supplied and controlled by freshwater in which mudmicrite and mud-dolomicrite exhibit low δ13C and δ18O values and high 87Sr/86 Sr ratios;（2） all types of karstic rocks in the paleokarst reservoirs of the Huanglong Formation in the research area are affected by atmospheric freshwater with the δ13C and δ18O values and 87Sr/86 Sr ratios in the original formation approaching those of atmospheric freshwater, which reflects ancient hydrological conditions, fluid properties, isotopic source and the fractionation effect;（3） the intensely corroded and replaced secondary limestone is affected by a variety of diagenetic fluids, often reflected by δ13C and δ18O values, while the 87Sr/86 Sr ratios exhibit the strong degree of the corrosion;（4） after comparing the 87Sr/86 Sr ratios of each type of karst rock, the diagenetic fluids are determined to be mainly atmospheric freshwater, and depending on the strength of corrosion, and the low 87Sr/86 Sr ratio fluids in the layer will participate in the karst process. The carbon, oxygen, and strontium isotopes of different karstic reservoirs can provide meaningful geochemical information for forecasting and evaluating the development and distribution rules of the Huanglong Formation at the margin of the eastern sichuan Basin in time and space.

Theoretical Study on the Charge Transport Properties of Coronene and Its Derivatives

Molecular structures, reorganization energies and charge transport matrix elements of coronene and its fluoro-, hydroxyl- and sulfhydryl-substituted derivatives have been studied at the B3LYP/6-31G＊＊ level. Based on the semi-classical model of electron transfer, charge transport rate constants of the title molecules have been calculated. The results indicate that the coronene molecule is helpful to the transport of negative charge, and the transport rate of positive charge is between those of hexaazatriphenylene and triphenylene.
