Larger amount of national and provincial forest eco-compensation funds in China have been distributed to farmers annually,which aims to encourage farmers input more labor and fund in daily forestry *** selected 503 household from 50 villages of 10 counties in jiangxi province in the *** labor and cash input responded negatively towards forest eco-compensation fund in forestry *** eco-compensation subsidy(FECS)granted to the household in the rural mountain area didn't stimulate the household labor and cash input in forestry *** implies that it is not a wise way to distribute FECS equally to the rural household,so as to promote the forestry ecological *** current forest eco-compensation policy(FECP)need modifying urgently.

System Schema Analysis of County Economy Talents Shortages Based on the Perspective of Returning-home Entrepreneurship

According to the discussion of domestic scholars on county talents,we know that the researches concerning county human resources mainly focus on discussing the problems such as the total amount,distribution,quality and introduction of county talents though the analysis of coordination between talents and county economic development,and the research of relationship between industry adjustment and talents ***,there have no relevant documents about the analysis and discussion of county talents problems based on system schema *** view of this reality,on the basis of the introduction of the system schema theory propounded by management guru Peter Senge,we conduct the feedback schema analysis of the restricted factors of talents shortages during county economic development;establish the growth limits schema of county talents system;analyze the functioning mechanism of the total amount,distribution,quality and introduction of county talents on the development of county economy;discuss the relationship between the individual quality,social relation and emotional need of returning-home start-up,and talents resource shortage;propose the countermeasures and suggestions to mitigate the shortage of county talents,in order to optimize the allocation of county human resources,and promote the county's economic development.

Paths and strategies of resource-exhausted city transformation: A case study in coal city Pingxiang of jiangxi province

Appearance and exhaustion of the resource city is an inevitable objective phenomenon in the process of industrialization. Transformation of the resource city became the focus of attention with highlighting problems and contradictions in the city. The paper places emphasis on path selection and transformation strategies of resource-exhausted city transformation taking the coal city Pingxiang as an example. From the perspective of profi le and effectiveness of transformation in Pingxiang city, the paper analyzes the main problems in the city transformation, points out its main path direction from economic transformation, social transformation and ecological transformation, and fi nally presents transition strategy and policy recommendations to the city.

Functions, Problems and Countermeasures of China’s Rural Ecosystems

At present,the whole country is fully implementing rural revitalization strategy and actively promoting rural ecosystems development in *** the perspective of ecology and agroecology,the main functions of rural ecosystem in China,the current outstanding problems,and the corresponding countermeasures and measures are discussed in the paper,in order to provide references for promoting the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural ***’s rural ecosystem has multi-functions such as carrying population,improving environment,providing products,increasing income,expanding employment and tourism,inheriting culture,popularizing science and technology,educating people,training talents,and providing places for the aged urban ***,there are still many problems and challenges in rural ecosystem in China,such as ecological destruction,waste of resources,environmental pollution,natural disasters,economic poverty,backward science and education,laggard culture and medical care,lack of public services,bad social morality,loss of villagers and disappearance of *** order to promote implementation of rural revitalization strategy and to promote sustainable development of rural ecosystems in China,the following measures should be taken based on the principles of integrating “tri-benefits”(economic,ecological and social benefits),gradual progress,comprehensive governance,adaptation to local conditions and long-term efforts and ***,the following measures are suggested:① enhancing awareness;② planning well;③ improving environment;④ optimizing ecological structure;⑤ improving ecological functions;⑥ improving ecological conditions;⑦ strengthening public services;⑧ improving laws and regulations;⑨ improving great investment;⑩ accelerating personnel training.
