反式3-苯基-2-丙烯酸(C_9H_8O_2)是中药肉桂和苏合香中的一种主要活性有机酸,由反式3-苯基-2-丙烯醛氧化而得,通过X-单晶衍射分析结构特征。该晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P2_1/n, a=5.55916(10), b=17.4870(3), c=7.70677(13)?,V=744.89(2)?~3, Z=4, Dc=1.321 g/cm^3, M_r=148.15, F(000)=312,μ=0.764 mm^(–1)。对2661个观察到的独立的衍射点(R_(int)=0.0137)进行计算,得到R=0.0395, w R=0.1123。一个不对称单元中存在两个C_9H_8O_2分子,羰基中的氧原子与羟基中的氢原子之间形成分子间氢键,通过氢键和范德华力作用形成了3维层状结构。

在13,15,17,19,23,26,28℃七个温度梯度及相对湿度70%±10%的条件下饲养绣线菊蚜（Aphis citricola Van der Goot）,测定了其若虫各发育阶段的发育起点温度、有效积温及其种群生殖力参数。结果表明,在13～28℃温度范围内,蚜虫各发育阶段发育历期随温度的升高而缩短。绣线菊蚜在17℃时净增殖率最高,达到8.23。19℃的内禀增长率（0.09）最大,种群加倍时间（8.09 d）最短,绣线菊蚜的最适生长温度在19℃附近。高温和低温均不利于绣线菊蚜的生长发育,28℃时其各项繁殖力参数急剧下降。而在13℃下其若虫未能正常进入成虫发育阶段。

埃博拉病毒(Ebola virus,EBOV)是一种能导致人类及脊椎动物出血热的致死性病毒,对公共卫生具有较严重的危害。EBOV的NP蛋白在病毒复制中具有重要作用,也是诊断该病重要的靶蛋白。文中原核表达重组扎伊尔型EBOV的NP蛋白,重组蛋白免疫bal/c小鼠,制备了一株小鼠抗EBOV-NP的单克隆抗体。利用Western blotting方法,该抗体能特异识别真核表达和原核表达的重组EBOV-NP,并能同莱斯顿型(RestonEbola virus,REBOV)、科特迪瓦型(Cote-d’Ivoire Ebola virus,CIEBOV)和本迪布焦型(Bundibugyo Ebola virus,BEBOV)埃博拉病毒产生交叉反应,而不与苏丹型(the Sudan Ebola virus,SEBOV)和马堡型(the Marburgvirus,MARV)埃博拉病毒产生反应。利用突变PCR和Western blotting方法,定位了该抗体识别的抗原决定簇序列,该序列(PPLESD)位于EBOV-NP蛋白的C端583-588aa。生物信息学研究表明,该序列在已经公布的ZEBOV、CIEBOV、BEBOV共16个型和REBOV的4个型中高度保守。研究结果为建立以上各型埃博拉病毒的检测方法提供了工具,也为研究埃博拉病毒复制及致病机理提供了基础。

茶叶中的化学成分是构成其风味特征的物质基础。本研究建立了基于气相色谱-质谱联用和液相色谱-质谱联用的非靶向代谢组学方法。完成预处理及分析条件优化后,使用标准样品考察方法的线性、回收率及重复性,结果表明方法整体稳定且结果可靠。将该方法用于绿茶、乌龙茶和红茶中化学成分的分析。通过超声辅助溶剂提取及气相色谱-质谱联用分析共获得1812个特征峰,而使用加热溶剂提取及液相色谱-质谱联用分析可获得2608个特征峰。结合保留规律及质谱数据库,共定性173种化合物(109种随后经标准样品验证),其中只有9种化合物在上述两类分析中被同时检出,表明方法互补性良好。3类茶叶数据的偏最小二乘判别分析结果表明,三者间存在显著差异。结合模型的变量重要因子(VIP)与非参数检验共筛选出90种化合物,其中包含儿茶素、氨基酸、糖、有机酸和黄酮苷类等众多与茶叶滋味密切相关的化学成分。

FoF1-ATPase is an active rotary motor,and generates three-ATP for each *** saturated substrate concentration,the motor can achieve about 103 r.p.m,which means one motor can generate about 105 ATP molecules during 30 ***,we constituted a novel nanodevice with a molecular rotary motor and a“battery”,FoF1-ATPase and chromatophore,and presented a novel method of sandwich type rotary biosensor based on εsubunit with one target-to-one motor,in which one target corresponds 105 ATP molecules as detection signals during 30 *** target such as NT-proBNP detection demonstrated that this novel nanodevice has potential to be developed into an ultrasensitive biosensor to detect low expressed targets.

Field-collected Culicoides oxystoma adults were exposed to different concentrations of commercial insecticides including chlorpyrifos, DDVP, deltamethyrin, beta-cypermethrin and beta--cypermethrin · emamectin benzoate via filter paper method, to determine toxicity of different insecticides on C. oxystoma. Results showed that toxicities varied significantly among insecticides. Biting midges were the most susceptible to deltamethyrin （0. 060 mg/L）, followed by chlorpyrifos （0. 588 mg/L）, beta-cypermethrin （ 1. 741 rag/L）, beta-cypermethrin · emamectin benzoate （99.670 mg/L）, and DDVP （600. 496 mg/L）. After exposed to insecticides for 1 h, tested midges were transferred to recovery chamber and observed for another 24 h ; increased mortality within this period was different under different concentrations of each insecticide. Relative toxicity index of dehamethrin was maximal when used as the standard reagent.

Morphological criteria have been used to critically assess the taxonomic status of Zhudugu, an edible fungus cultivated in china. Data demonstrated that the characteristics of Zhudugu matched those of Panus giganteus (Berk.) Corner, and were clearly different from those of Clitocybe maxima (Gaertn. et G. Mey.: Fr.) Quél. Therefore, it is proposed that C. maxima, presently the widely misused scientific name for Zhudugu in china, should be replaced with P. giganteus.
