Glass Transition Behavior of Spin-coated Thin Films of a Hydrophilic Polymer on Supported Substrates

Using ellipsometry, it is found the glass transition temperature of the spin-coated polyacrylamide （PAL） thin films on the supported silicon （Si） substrates with an oxide layer decreases with decreasing the film thickness. But Tgs of the as- prepared thin films are much higher than that of the bulk sample. Such observations can be attributed to the combined result of the ＂surface effect＂ and increased hydrogen bonding interaction between PAL chains due to spin coating/thin film confinement.

Based on the weakest bound electron potential model theory, the Rydberg energy levels and quantum defects of the nP^2P^o1/2 （n=7-50） and np^2P^o3/2 （n=7-50） spectrum series for the francium atom are calculated. The calculated results are in excellent agreement with the 48 measured levels, and 40 energy levels for highly excited states are predicted.

Under the assumption that the claim size is subexponentially distributed and the insurance surplus is totally invested in risky asset, a simple asymptotic relation of tail probability of discounted aggregate claims for renewal risk model within finite horizon is obtained. The result extends the corresponding conclusions of related references.

The optimization method by adjusting load and distances between two adjacent coils( or resonators) is presented on basis of wireless power transfer( WPT) system with relay resonators. 2-port network and impedance matching theory are applied to analyzing power flow of incidence and reflection in WPT system,then setting up power flow model. The maximum power transmission efficiency can be obtained when the load and distance between secondary resonator and output coil meets impedance matching at 2-port network's output port. The simulation and experimental results shown the impedance matching method can effectively improve and maintain transmission efficiency by adjusting load and distances between coils or relay resonators.

A purely inorganic tri-vanadium-capped Keggin phosphomolybdate[Na_(3)PMo_(12)V_(3)O_(43)]·4H_(2)O(compound 1)has been synthesized by hydrothermal means and characterized via powder X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrum,thermogravimetric analysis,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,ultraviolet–visible absorption spectroscopy,ultraviolet–visible diffuse reflection spectra as well as electrochemical cyclic voltammetry *** structure analysis displays that compound 1 is a symmetric tri-vanadium-capped cluster through six half occupancy{VO_(5)}*** 1 remains a purely inorganic Keggin phosphomolybdate,which presents electrocatalytic properties for the oxidization of ascorbic acid and reduction of H_(2)O_(2).At the same time,it possesses high-efficiency degradation capability for typical methylene blue,Rhodamine B and methyl orange dyes under ultraviolet light.

Geochronological Records of Oil-Gas Accumulations in the Permian Reservoirs of the Northeastern Ordos Basin

＜正＞New typical cross-flow Rotating Packed Bed （RPB） called multi-pulverizing RPB was manufactured. There is enough void in multi-pulverizing RPB. where liquid easily flows and is repeatedly pulverized by light packing, which decreases the material consumed, lightens the weight, and compacts the structure. Mass and heat transfer property in the new type PRB were studied by two experimental models. In the mass transfer model, the axial fan pumping gas press is only 100 Pa, mass transfer coefficient and volumetric mass transfer coefficient are similar to countercurrent RPB, which lire an order quantity lager than that in the conventional packed tower. In the heat transfer experiment, the axial fan pumping gas press is only 120 Pa;volumetric heat transfer coefficient is from 75 kW · K-4 · m-4 to 100 kW · K-4 · m-4. A new way is put forward to enhance mass or heat transfer, which especially suits the treatment of large gas flow and lower gas pressure drop.

Geochronology of oil-gas accumulation （OGA） is a challenging subject of petroleum geology in multi-cycle superimposed *** K-Ar dating of authigenic illite （AI） and fluid inclusion （FI） analysis combined with apatite fission track （AFT） thermal modeling,a case study of constraining the OGA times of the Permian reservoirs in northeast Ordos basin （NOB） has been conducted in this *** dating of the Permian oil-gas-bearing sandstone core-samples shows a wide time domain of 178-108 *** distribution of the AI ages presents 2-stage primary OGA processes in the Permian reservoirs,which developed in the time domains of 175-155 Ma and 145-115 Ma with 2-peak ages of 165 Ma and 130 Ma,*** FI temperature peaks of the samples and their projected ages on the AFT thermal path not only present two groups with a low and a high peak temperatures in ranges of 90-78℃ and 125-118℃,respectively corresponding to 2-stage primary OGA processes of 162-153 Ma and 140-128 Ma in the Permian reservoirs,but also appear a medium temperature group with the peak of 98℃ in agreement with a secondary OGA process of c.～30 Ma in the Upper Permian *** integrated analysis of the AI and FI ages and the tectono-thermal evolution reveals that the Permian reservoirs in the NOB experienced at least 2-stage primary OGA processes of 165-153 Ma and 140-128 Ma in agreement with the subsidence thermal process of the Mid-Early Jurassic and the tectono-thermal event of the Early ***,the Upper Permian reservoirs further experienced at least 1-stage secondary OGA process of c.～30 Ma in coincidence with a critical tectonic conversion between the slow and the rapid uplift processes from the Late Cretaceous to Neogene.
