Flexible Three-Dimensional Graphene Hydrogels with Superior Conductivity and Excellent Electrochemical Performance for Supercapacitor Electrodes

Three-dimensional porous graphene hydrogels have been prepared by a green and facile but very efficient ap- proach using glucose as an assistant. Based on a one-step hydrothermal reaction with optimal experimental condi- tions such as the reaction time and temperature, the graphene hydrogels exhibit a superior electrical conductivity （95.3 S/m） and can be used as supercapacitor electrode without any binder or conducting additives but showing a high specific capacitance of 384.6 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g. The results show that addition of glucose can not only greatly decrease the reaction temperature but also shorten the reaction time. The superior performance of the three-dimensional porous graphene hydrogels as electrode for supercapacitor suggests its promising potentials in the field of energy storage devices.

Fiber Bragg grating(FBG)array,consisting of a number of sensing units in a single optical fiber,can be practically applied in quasi-distributed sensing *** signal crosstalk occurring between large-serial of identical FBGs,however,has limited the further increase in the number of sensing units,thus restricting applications only for short-distance sensing *** reduce the signal crosstalk,we design two novel types of 10-kilometer-long FBG arrays with 10000 equally spaced gratings,written on-line using a customized grating inscription system,which is affiliated to a drawing *** factors causing signal crosstalk,such as spectral shadowing and multiple reflections,are firstly investigated in *** with the theoretical findings,experimental results are proving that ultra-weak(the reflectivity of—40 dB)and multi-wavelength gratings of a number more than 10000 can be readily identified,with satisfied low *** maximum attenuation of grating signal and minimum signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in a single-wavelength array are 10.69 dB and 5.62 dB,*** a comparison,by increasing the number of central wavelengths to three,the attenuation can be effectively reduced to 5.54dB and the minimum SNR has been improved to 8.14 *** current study significantly enhances the multiplexing capacity of FBG arrays and demonstrates promising potentials for establishing large-capacity quasi-distributed sensing networks.

Traditional multicolor fluorescent hydrogels are generated through the assembly of discrete fluorescent hydrogels,which is not a complete integration much distinct from living *** the basis of aggregation-induced emission(AIE),a special solvent polar-responsive AIE molecule possessing a twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT)effect was *** incorporating it into the gel network,an AIE gel that displays continuous gradient fluorescence was ***,hydrogel A containing the solvent polar-responsive AIE-gen was prepared to show orange *** soaking in the organic solvents,the fluorescence color transition of hydrogel A ranging from orange to green occurred when being immersed in high-polarity organic solvents ascribed to the embedded AIE-gen owning TICT ***,hydrogel A was successively lifted up from organic *** to the different immersion time of each section for the hydrogel,the polarity difference ***,the produced gel B showed continuous gradient fluorescence ranging from orange to green under the irradiation of UV light.
