目的探讨急性脑梗死患者脑侧支循环形成的影响因素.方法分析352例住院治疗行头颈部256层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)检查的急性脑梗死患者的临床资料.依据头颈部CTA影像结果观察到的侧支循环形成情况,分为有侧支循环组和无侧支循环组,对两组患者的临床资料进行比较,采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析方法分析急性脑梗死患者侧支循环形成的影响因素.结果(1)352例急性脑梗死中,有侧支循环者197例(56.0%),无侧支循环者155例(44.0%).(2)单因素分析结果显示,年龄(t=-2.860,P=0.004)、高血压合并糖尿病(χ2=10.709,P=0.001)、既往短暂性脑缺血发作史(χ2=4.626,P=0.034)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(t=-2.176,P=0.030)、高同型半胱氨酸(t=2.885,P=0.004)、脑血管狭窄程度(Z=-5.936,P=0.000)、后循环病变(χ2=8.548,P=0.004)为侧支循环形成的影响因素.(3)多因素 Logistic 回归分析结果显示,高龄(OR=1.031,95%CI 为1.008~1.054,P=0.007)、高血压合并糖尿病(OR=2.009,95%CI为1.159~3.482,P=0.013)、高同型半胱氨酸(OR=1.023,95%CI为1.005~1.041,P=0.014)、后循环病变(OR=1.727,95%CI 为1.063~2.804,P=0.027)是急性脑梗死患者无侧支循环形成的相对独立危险因素.脑血管狭窄程度(OR=0.507,95%CI为0.389~0.661,P=0.000)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(OR=0.723,95%CI为0.532~0.982,P=0.038)为保护性因素.结论高龄、高血压合并糖尿病、高同型半胱氨酸和后循环病变是急性脑梗死患者侧支循环形成的危险因素,脑血管血管狭窄程度和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇可促进侧支循环的形成.

Research Progress on Material Basis,Pharmacological Effect and Clinical Application of Danggui Shaoyao Powder

The photodegradation behaviors of poly（butylene succinate）（PBS） and TiO2/PBS nanocomposite were monitored over a period of six months. Material properties and aging mechanisms were studied and explored by various characterizations including 1HNMR, FTIR, XRD, mass spectrum, and TGA. The TiO2/PBS nanocomposite was found to be more thermally stable and mechanically robust than the PBS. During aging, crystal formation and the final crystal structure changed notably. Based on the characterization results, it is proposed that the polymer chains have cleaved at the ester linkage by the dissociation of O–H groups and the conversion of C=O to C–O bonds. It was also believed that polymer chain transfer took place, which resulted in the formation of C=C bonds and O–H groups, and the polyester changed to enol or polyether.

Polymorphic Analysis of TLR4 Gene in Hainan Local Pig Breeds Based on Sequencing Technology

[Objective]The paper was to understand the polymorphism of TLR4 gene in Hainan local pig breeds.[Method]The TLR4 genome sequence of Wuzhishan pigs,Lingao pigs,and Tunchang pigs was cloned and sequenced by *** sequence was analyzed using DNAStar and BioEdit software,and the structure of TLR4 protein was analyzed using SMART,SOPMA,and SWISS-MODEL online *** secondary structure and tertiary structure of TLR4 protein were predicted as well.[Result]The total length of TLR4 gene in three Hainan local pig breeds were all 10435 bp which included a 2526 bp CDS(coding 841 amino acid).Intra-specific comparison showed that there was one nucleotide site with polymorphism in Wuzhishan pigs;there were six nucleotide sites with polymorphism in Tunchang pigs,two of which were located in the coding area;there were three nucleotide sites with polymorphisms in Lingao pigs,one of which was located in the coding *** interspecific comparisons of TLR4 gene sequences from three Hainan local pig breeds were performed,there were 27 nucleotide sites with polymorphism,two of which were missense mutations,resulting in amino acid *** homology of TLR4 gene sequence from three pig breeds was 99.8%-99.9%,indicating that the TLR4 gene sequence was highly *** predicted protein structure indicated that the G→T mutation at 7209 site and G→A mutation at 7781 site in TLR4 gene of Hainan local pig breeds caused changes in the secondary and tertiary structure of TLR4 protein.[Conclusion]TLR4 gene in Hainan local pig breeds has *** structural changes caused by polymorphism may change the function of TLR4 gene.

[Objective]The paper was to understand the polymorphism of TLR2 gene in native Hainan pig breeds.[Method]TLR2 gene were cloned from blood samples of Wuzhishan pigs,Lingao pigs and Tunchang pigs by PCR and sequenced.[Result]The DNA sequence of TLR2 gene in native Hainan pig breeds was 2649 bp and its CDS was 2358 *** intra-specific alignment of TLR2 gene sequences of the three pigs showed that there were seven nucleotide polymorphisms in Wuzhishan pigs(two of which located in the coding region),five nucleotide polymorphisms in Tunchang pigs(all of which were outside the coding region)and four nucleotide polymorphisms in Lingao pigs(one of which was located in the coding region).The results of inter-specific comparison showed that there were 12 nucleotide polymorphisms in three pig breeds,three of polymorphisms were missense mutations,resulting in changes in amino *** results of homologous analysis showed that the TLR2 gene sequences of the three pig breeds were highly conservative,with the homology ranging from 99.6% to 99.9%.Prediction and analysis of protein structure showed that AG mutation at 876 and 1454 sites of TLR2 gene in native Hainan pigs caused changes in secondary and tertiary structure of the protein,suggesting there might be possible changes in the function of TLR2.[Conclusion]The study provided reference for further research on the relationship between polymorphism of TLR2 gene and epidemic susceptibility of pigs.

Development and Utilization of Rural Idle Homesteads in the Context of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Leisure Agriculture

The existence of a large number of idle homesteads in rural areas not only causes waste of land resources,but also injures farmers' property rights and hinders the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. The emergence and vigorous development of rural leisure agriculture provides a new way of utilization and method for the development and utilization of rural homesteads. From the perspective of leisure agriculture,this paper analyzed the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the overall development model of rural idle homestead,farmstay model and characteristic industry development model,and discussed the actual case to enrich the research on the development and utilization of idle homestead. It pointed out that there are problems such as insufficient tourism resources and single management content,lack of legal basis for revitalizing the homestead,lagging reform of rural land property rights system,and difficulty in expanding the space for leisure tourism development in the process of developing rural idle homestead. It is recommended to provide reference for the effective improvement of the efficiency of idle homestead utilization,increase farmers' income,and promote the rural revitalization strategy.
