High rate and ultralong life flexible all-solid-state zinc ion battery based on electron density modulated NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanosheets

The development of zinc ion batteries (ZIBs) with large capacity,high rate,and durable cathode material is a crucial and urgent task.Ni Co_(2)O_(4)(NCO) has received ever-growing interest as a potential cathode material for ZIBs,owing to the high theoretical capacity,rich source,cost-effective,and versatile redox nature.However,due to the slow dynamics of the NCO electrodes,its practical application in highperformance systems is severely limited.Herein,we report an electron density modulated NCO nanosheets (N-NCO NSs) with high-kinetics Zn^(2+)-storage capability as an additive-free cathode for flexible all-solid-state (ASS) ZIBs.By virtue of the enhanced electronic conductivity,improved reaction kinetics,and increased active sites,the optimized N-NCO NSs electrode delivers a high capacity of 357.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 1.0 A g^(-1)and a superior rate capacity of 201.4 m Ah g^(-1)at 20 A g^(-1).More importantly,a flexible ASS ZIBs device is manufactured using a solid polymer electrolyte of a poly (vinylidene fluoride hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP) film.The flexible ASS ZIBs device shows superb durability with 80.2%capacity retention after 20,000 cycles and works well in the range of-20–70℃.Furthermore,the flexible ASS ZIBs achieves an impressive energy density as high as 578.1 W h kg^(-1)with a peak power density of 33.6 k W kg^(-1),substantially outperforming those latest ZIBs.This work could provide valuable insights for constructing high-kinetics and high-capability cathodes with long-term stability for flexible ASS ZIBs.

A new coordination polymer, [（C（18）H（16）N4O（18）Y2）（H2O）]n, has been hydrothermally synthesized by reacting yttrium（Ⅲ） nitrate with 5-aminonicotinic acid and ammonium oxalate at a molar ratio of 1：1：1, and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data： monoclinic system, space group C2/c, a = 13.4507（10）, b = 11.5829（9）, c = 16.3448（9）？, a= 89.983（6）, β = 109.056（6）, g = 90.047（6）°, Z = 4, V = 2406.92（14）？~3, F（000） = 1536, Dc = 2.13079 g/cm^3, R = 0.0284（1695） and w R = 0.0787（2014）. In the asymmetric unit of the compound, each Y（Ⅲ） ion is bonded to eight oxygen atoms from 5-aminonicotinic acid and oxalate groups and terminal-coordinated water molecule, resembling a highly distorted tricapped trigonal geometry. Adjacent three yttrium atoms are bridged by three identically independent oxalate groups in a side-by-side manner to form brickwall-like 2D sheets, and these sheets are further linked through π-π stacking interactions to generate a 3D supramolecular network. The photoluminescent property of the complex was investigated and the iodine capture studies show that the porous frameworks have reversible absorption ability for iodine molecule.

The propagation dynamics of a chirped Airy vortex（CAiV） beam with x-polarization in uniaxial crystals orthogonal to the optical axis is studied analytically and numerically. The effect of the ratio of extraordinary and ordinary refractive indices, the chirp parameter, as well as the propagation distance is analyzed, which shows that the focused position of the CAi V beams can be controlled through changing the ratio of the extraordinary and ordinary refractive indices. In addition,with the propagation distance increasing, the asymmetry of the intensity and the angular momentum of the CAi V beam during propagation becomes much more visible. The variation of the chirp parameters can change the attenuation velocity of the vortex as well.

We present an investigation on the propagation properties of the chirped Airy vortex（CAi V） beams through slabs of left-handed materials（LHMs） and right-handed materials（RHMs）. We discuss the influence of chirped parameter C on the propagation of the CAi V beams through LHM and RHM slabs. Our simulation results show that a maximum accelerated velocity appears during the propagation process. The intensity concentration of the CAi V beams increases with the absolute value of the chirped parameter. The peak intensity of the CAi V beams changes abruptly, and the chirped parameter plays an active role on the difference of the maximum and the minimum. In the energy flow, we find that the effects of the chirped parameter on the strength of the vortex are different at different propagation distances.

[Objectives]To clone and analyze the TpiA gene of Vibrio alginolyticus HY9901.[Methods]According to the TpiA gene sequence of V.alginolyticus,a pair of specific primers was designed,and its full length was amplified by PCR.[Results]The full length of TpiA gene is 771 bp,encoding 256 amino acid residues in total,and the NCBI accession number is OM906798.According to the deduced amino acid sequence,its molecular weight was predicted to be about 26.97548 kDa,and its isoelectric point was 4.78.The amino acid sequence of the N-terminal signal peptide structure was predicted,and it was found that there was no obvious signal peptide cleavage site,no signal peptide,and no transmembrane region;the amino acid sequence contained 3 N-glycosylation sites,4 protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,2 casein kinase II phosphorylation sites,6 N-myristoylation sites,7 microbody C-terminal target signal site,and 1 triose phosphate isomerase active site.The prediction results of protein subcellular localization showed that TpiA may be located in mitochondria or cytoplasm,with probability of 39.1%and 34.8%,respectively.The amino acid sequence of the TpiA gene of V.alginolyticus shared 98.83%-99.61%homology with other Vibrio species,and it was clustered into the same subfamily with Vibrio parahaemolyticus and had a close relationship.In the secondary structure prediction,the proportions ofα-helix,random coil and extended chain were 44.53%,41.41%and 14.06%,respectively,and the similarity of its tertiary structure model to template 1aw1.1.A was 85.16%.[Conclusions]This study is intended to provide a basis for further research on the role of TpiA gene in the type III secretion system and related research on antibiotic resistance.

The overall electrochemical performances of Ni-Zn batteries are still far from satisfactory, specifically for rate performance and cycling stability Herein, we demonstrated a high-performance flexible Ni//Zn battery with outstanding durability and high power density based on selfsupported NiCo_2 O_4 nanosheets as cathode and Zn nanosheets as anode. This Ni//Zn battery is able to deliver a remarkable capacity of183.1 mAh g^(-1) and a good cycling performance(82.7% capacity retention after 3500 cycles). More importantly, this battery achieves an admirable power density of 49.0 kW kg^(-1) and energy density of 303.8 Wh kg^(-1), substantially higher than most recently reported batteries. With such excellent electrochemical performance, this battery will have great potential as an ultrafast power source in practical application.
