In centralized cellular network architecture,the concept of virtualized Base Station(VBS) becomes attracting since it enables all base stations(BSs) to share computing resources in a dynamic manner. This can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of computing resources. In this paper,we study the computing resource allocation strategy for one VBS by considering the non-negligible effect of delay introduced by switches. Specifically,we formulate the VBS's sum computing rate maximization as a set optimization problem. To address this problem,we firstly propose a computing resource schedule algorithm,namely,weight before one-step-greedy(WBOSG),which has linear computation complexity and considerable performance. Then,OSG retreat(OSG-R) algorithm is developed to further improve the system performance at the expense of computational complexity. Simulation results under practical setting are provided to validate the proposed two algorithms.

Head smut of maize （Zea mays L.）, which was caused by Sporisorium reiliana, occurred in most of the maize growing areas of the world. The purpose of this study was to develop SCAR markers for map-based cloning of resistance genes and MAS. Two sets of BC3 progenies, one （BC3Q） derived from the cross Qi319 （resistance）×Huangzao 4 （susceptible）, the other （BC3M） from Mol7 （resistance）× Huangzao 4 （susceptible）, were generated. Huangzao 4 was the recurrent parent in both progenies. A combination of BSA （bulked segregant analysis） with AFLP （amplified fragment length polymorphism） method was applied to map the genes involving the resistance to S. reiliana, and corresponding resistant and susceptible bulks and their parental lines were used for screening polymorphic AFLP primer pairs. One fragment of PI3M61-152 was converted into SCAR （sequence charactered amplified fragment） marker S130. The marker was mapped at chromosome bin 2.09, the interval of a major QTL region previously reported to contribute to S. reiliana resistance. Furthermore, S130 was highly and facilitate map-based cloni associated with resistance to S. reiliana, and could be useful for marker-assisted selection ng of resistance genes.

以同一场景多光谱和全色图像为研究对象,提出了一种基于两通道不可分à trous-Curvelet变换的遥感图像融合算法。算法首先结合à trous小波变换和Curvelet变换的优点,构造出两通道不可分à trous-Curvelet变换方法,并将其与IHS变换相结合对图像进行多分辨率分解,然后依据高、低频层系数的特点采用不同的加权融合规则进行融合,最后用IHS逆变换得到融合图像。实验结果表明,相比于常用的基于小波变换等融合算法,新算法在光谱信息的保持和空间信息的增强上取得了更好的效果。

Storing reclaimed water in lakes is a widely used method of accommodating changes in the consumption of reclaimed water during wastewater reclamation and reuse. Solar light serves as an important function in degrading pollutants during storage, and its effect on dissolved organic matter（DOM） was investigated in this study. Solar light significantly decreased the UV_（254） absorbance and fluorescence（FLU） intensity of reclaimed ***, its effect on the dissolved organic carbon（DOC） value of reclaimed water was very limited. The decrease in the UV_（254） absorbance intensity and FLU excitation–emission matrix regional integration volume（FLU volume） of reclaimed water during solar light irradiation was fit with pseudo-first order reaction kinetics. The decrease of UV_（254） absorbance was much slower than that of the FLU volume. Ultraviolet light in solar light had a key role in decreasing the UV_（254） absorbance and FLU intensity during solar light irradiation. The light fluence-based removal kinetic constants of the UV_（254） and FLU intensity were independent of light intensity. The peaks of the UV_（254） absorbance and FLU intensity with an apparent molecular weight（AMW） of 100 Da to 2000 Da decreased after solar irradiation, whereas the DOC value of the major peaks did not significantly change.

Comparative Study of Tensile and Charpy Impact Properties of X70 and X80 Linepipe Steels After Ultra Fast Cooling Processing

Ultra fast cooling（UFC） processing after hot deformation was conducted on X70 and X80 linepipe steels. Tensile and charpy impact properties of both steels have been investigated in this work. The results have shown that the mechanical properties satisfy all the standard requirements of the X70 and X80 steels. UFC results in a presence of microstructure containing quasi polygonal（QF）, acicular ferrite（AF） and granular bainite（GB）. The alloying elements and UFC enhance the strengthening contribution caused by solid solution, dispersion, dislocation and precipitation strengthening. The size and distribution of precipitates in the linepipe steels are fine and dispersed. MA is also homogeneously dispersed due to UFC. Average grain size in the X80 steel is finer than that in the X70 steel. The volume fractions of secondary phases in the X80 steel are greater than those in the X70 steel. The X80 steel remains finer and more dispersed precipitates compared to the X70 steel. As a result, the tensile properties of X80 steel are higher than those of X70 steel. The Charpy absorbed energies of X70 and X80 steels at-10 ℃ reached 436 and 460 J, respectively. They reached 433 and 461 J at-15 ℃, respectively. This is mainly attributed to the presence of larger amounts of AFs in the X80 steel. A microstructure of AF for the X80 steel results in combining high strength and high toughness.

Isolation and Functional Analysis of the bZIP Transcription Factor Gene TaABP1 from a Chinese Wheat Landrace

In plants, basic leucine zipper （bZIP） transcription factors play important roles in regulatory processes, including stress response, pathogenic defense and light response as well as organ and tissue differentiation. Chinese wheat landrace Pingyaoxiaobaimai （PYXBM）, an original parent of drought tolerant wheat varieties grown in northern China, is significantly tolerant to abiotic stresses such as drought, cold and nutrient deficiencies. In order to isolate key stress-responsive genes and then improve stress tolerances of conventional varieties, a bZIP transcription factor gene was isolated from a cDNA library of drought-treated PYXBM using the in situ plaque hybridization method, and was designated as Triticum aestivum L. abscisic acid （ABA）-responsive element binding protein 1 （TaABP1）. It encodes 372 amino acids, and contains three conserved domains （C1-C3） in the N terminal and a bZIP domain in the C terminal which is a typical protein structure for the group member of bZIP family. Transcriptional activation analysis showed that TaABP1 activated the expression of downstream reporter genes in yeast without ABA application. TaABP1 protein fused with green fluorescent protein （GFP） demonstrated that the localization of TaABP 1 protein is in the nucleus. Expression pattern assays indicated that TaABP1 was strongly induced by ABA, high salt, low temperature and drought, and its expression was stronger in stems and leaves than in the roots of wheat. Furthermore, overexpression of TaABP1 in tobacco showed significant improvement of drought tolerance. Data suggested that TaABP1 may be a good candidate gene for improving stress tolerance of wheat by genetic transformation and elucidation of the role of this gene will be useful for understanding the mechanism underlying drought tolerance of Chinese wheat landrace PYXBM.

A water-conducting polyacrylamide/montmorillonite coating was prepared by *** coating was coated on fiber and then composited with polymer to form a composite film material that used for water saving and tree planting in arid and desert *** coating＇s water-conducting characteristics and dynamic self-adjusting behavior were investigated by Fourier transform infrared（FTIR）spectroscopy,thermal analysis（TG-DTA）,and environmental scanning electron microscopy（ESEM）.The results showed that the coating＇s water-conducting rate increased but water-retention capacity weakened with increasing montmorillonite *** water-loss rate was positively related to temperature and negatively related to soil *** potential greatly influenced the water-conducting rate of the coating during its water conduction *** the coating was at a low water potential,the montmorillonite particles interconnected and water was conducted quickly via montmorillonite layers,whereas when the coating was at a high potential,the montmorillonite particles disconnected and water was conducted slowly via the swelled polyacrylamide net *** rate can be regulated by changing the proportion of polyacrylamide and montmorillonite to guarantee a reasonable water supply for trees and make trees easier to ***,the survival rate of trees can be increased and the use of water resources can be significantly reduced.

In contention-based networks, ALOHA and CSMA are the most popular random access protocols,wherein a station transmits packets after a certain delay according to a particular backoff policy, such as binary exponential backoff(BEB). When a contention-based network is heavily loaded, system performance, in terms of transmission success rate and throughput, degrades dramatically under random backoff policies without considering the backoff choices of the neighborhood. To alleviate this problem, we propose and verify in this paper a highly efficient backoff policy, namely "ACK-based adaptive backoff "(AAB), which takes into account the total number of successful packet transmissions(with ACKs) among neighboring stations in determining a station’s subsequent backoff period before its next packet(re)transmission. By doing this, AAB can effectively reduce the overall packet collisions under heavy-loaded conditions, even with hidden-stations. On comparing with BEB and its modified policy, multiple increase linear decrease(MILD), AAB can achieve about 17% and10% performance gains of transmission success rate under CSMA protocol in a network with 20 stations with new packet arrival rate of 0.9, and 43% and 16% performance gains of energy efficiency respectively when the former two protocols reach their saturated points.
