Elucidating the complex dynamic cellular organization in the hypothalamus is critical for understanding its role in coordinating fundamental body functions. Over the past decade, single-cell and spatial omics technologies have significantly evolved, overcoming initial technical challenges in capturing and analyzing individual cells. These high-throughput omics technologies now offer a remarkable opportunity to comprehend the complex spatiotemporal patterns of transcriptional diversity and cell-type characteristics across the entire hypothalamus. Current single-cell and single-nucleus RNA sequencing methods comprehensively quantify gene expression by exploring distinct phenotypes across various subregions of the hypothalamus. However, single-cell/single-nucleus RNA sequencing requires isolating the cell/nuclei from the tissue, potentially resulting in the loss of spatial information concerning neuronal networks. Spatial transcriptomics methods, by bypassing the cell dissociation, can elucidate the intricate spatial organization of neural networks through their imaging and sequencing technologies. In this review, we highlight the applicative value of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics in exploring the complex molecular-genetic diversity of hypothalamic cell types, driven by recent high-throughput achievements.

Electric spark energy,E_(ES),for a 50%probability of initiation of the 14 nitramines was determined using a measuring instrument in which the electrodes are in direct contact with the *** proportional relationships were established between the logarithm of the E_(ES)values and the length of the longest N-N bond in the nitramine *** finding is compatible with the mechanism of the first step in the electro-reduction of the nitramine *** proportional relationships were found to exist between the E_(ES)values and the crystal lattice free volumes,ΔV(*** increase in theΔV values increases the nitramine's resistance to electric sparks)but there were several nitramines with the opposite course of this *** a semilogarithic relationships between the E_(ES)values and a ratio of intrinsic volumes of molecule,V_(int),to theΔV values were described as well as ambiguous linear dependence between these energies and a sum of the positive and negative extremes of the molecular surface electrostatic potentials,V_(S,∑).Several nitramines studied(always the same ones)display roughly the same distribution in the coordinate systems of relationships with lengths of the longest N-N bonds,the Vint/ΔV ratio and the sum V_(S,∑)as the independent *** was found that,typically,such relationships start from a single identical point,in effect a point corresponding to data for a structural unit from which tho studied nitramines can be hypothetically generated,and/or are converging on another point,often the one corresponding to the data for *** the findings point to a fundamental influence of the intermolecular forces on reactivity of nitramines exposed to electric sparks.

Wood plastic biocomposites of biodegradable poly（butylene succinate）（PBS） and Padauk sawdust was successfully pre- pared by using a twin screw extruder and an injection molding machine. The effects of water absorption and sunlight exposure on some properties of the composites were investigated. Water absorption of PBS composites was found to follow the Fick＇s law of diffusion, while the diffusion coefficient increased with increasing wood content. Maximum water absorption of around 4.5% was observed at 30 wt.% sawdust. Optical micrograph indicated the swelling of wood particles by around 1% - 3% after 30 days of water immersion. The tensile and flexural strengths reduced slightly both under the water immersion and sunlight exposure. After 90 days of exposure, the composites clearly looked paler than the non-weathered ones. Thermal scan indicated the re- duction of crystalline region due to the plasticization effect derived from water molecules.

Filtering is a recursive estimation of hidden states of a dynamic system from noisy *** problems appear in several branches of science and technology,ranging from target tracking to biomedical monitoring.A commonly practiced approach of filtering with nonlinear systems is Gaussian *** early Gaussian filters used a derivative-based implementation,and suffered from several drawbacks,such as the smoothness requirements of system models and poor stability.A derivative-free numerical approximation-based Gaussian filter,named the unscented Kalman filter(UKF),was introduced in the nineties,which offered several advantages over the derivativebased Gaussian *** the proposition of UKF,derivativefree Gaussian filtering has been a highly active research *** paper reviews significant developments made under Gaussian filtering since the proposition of *** review is particularly focused on three categories of developments:i)advancing the numerical approximation methods;ii)modifying the conventional Gaussian approach to further improve the filtering performance;and iii)constrained filtering to address the problem of discrete-time formulation of process *** review highlights the computational aspect of recent developments in all three *** performance of various filters are analyzed by simulating them with real-life target tracking problems.

The purpose of this work was to fabricate three-dimensional porous scaffolds by using the salt leaching *** technique is simple and it does not need the pressure or dislike expensive *** study selected polycaprolactone blended with carboxymethylcellulose that is the *** ratios of them were derived from mixture design in Minitab program that was 98/2(P1),93.5/6.5(P2),89/11(P3),84.5/15.5(P4),and 80/20(P5),*** scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was applied to assess the physical properties and the pore size dimension of the scaffold from SEM *** results of SEM present the scaffolds happened interconnected porous structures that are found in all of the P1-P5 *** pore size dimension of all sample scaffolds is in the range of 264.11-348.28μ*** the largest and the smallest of pore size are the sample of P3 and P2,respectively,while the porosity ranges from 98.06%-98.88%that the sample of P5 is the greatest and the sample of P4 is the slightly *** conclusion,the blended PCL/CMC scaffolds P1-P5 were formed by salt leaching technique suitable to use in tissue engineering ***,the amount of CMC blended with PCL should be reasonable in order to adjust the hydrophilic of the scaffold.

The conventional Kalman filter is based on the assumption of non-delayed measurements. Several modifications appear to address this problem, but they are constrained by two crucial assumptions: 1) the delay is an integer multiple of the sampling interval, and 2) a stochastic model representing the relationship between delayed measurements and a sequence of possible non-delayed measurements is known. Practical problems often fail to satisfy these assumptions, leading to poor estimation accuracy and frequent track-failure. This paper introduces a new variant of the Kalman filter, which is free from the stochastic model requirement and addresses the problem of fractional *** proposed algorithm fixes the maximum delay(problem specific), which can be tuned by the practitioners for varying delay possibilities. A sequence of hypothetically defined intermediate instants characterizes fractional delays while maximum likelihood based delay identification could preclude the stochastic model requirement. Fractional delay realization could help in improving estimation accuracy. Moreover, precluding the need of a stochastic model could enhance the practical applicability. A comparative analysis with ordinary Kalman filter shows the high estimation accuracy of the proposed method in the presence of delay.

Effect of bending temperatures on the microstructure and springback of a TRIP steel sheet

Transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP)steel possesses high strength and formability,enabling the use of a thinner gauge material and allowing for the fabrication of complex *** this research,we measured the effect of bending temperatures on the microstructure and air-bending springback angle of TRIP steel at temperatures from 25 to 600***-time in situ X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used for pre-and postbending *** the prebending temperature increased from 25C to 600C,the retained austenite(RA)volume fraction decreased,and the RA transformed to bainite at temperatures above 400*** springback angle was positively correlated with the prebending RA volume fraction,with the smallest springback angle achieved at 400***,the springback angle was positively correlated with the bending angle,because the RA transformation ratio contributed to increased strain *** microstructure analysis revealed that the RA became elongated in the tension direction as the bending temperatures increased.

Properties of Renewable Biocomposite from Poly（butylene succinate） and Teakwood Sawdust before and after Accelerated Weathering Condition

A new kind of renewable biocomposite was prepared by compounding bio-based poly（butylene succinate）（PBS） with teakwood sawdust which sieved sawdust were used as received or treated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxy silane （APS）. The PBS/teakwood composites were compounded in the weight ratio of 90/10 wt%, 80/20 wt%, 70/30 wt% and 60/40 wt%. Thermal properties and morphology of the composites were investigated. The accelerated weathering testing was carried out for 60 h under water spraying and cycle of UV ex- posure at 60 ~C. Tensile and flexural properties before and after the accelerated weathering condition were analyzed. It was found that teakwood sawdust did not effect on the melting temperatures of PBS but reduced the degree of crystallinity. The composites showed lower thermal stability due to the degradation ofhemicellulose and silane. Interfacial adhesion between PBS and APS-treated teakwood sawdust was achieved showing less pull-out of sawdust. Tensile and flexural modulus of composites increased with respect to sawdust content, in which the APS-treated composites had higher modulus. After passing the accelerated weathering condition, tensile modulus of the composites slightly increased while flexural properties decreased in the composites added sawdust content higher than 20 wt%. Loss of flexural properties was more pronounced than tensile properties due to the hydrolytic degradation introduced by hydrophilicity of lignocellulosic fillers.
