A VNS-NPGA Approach to Multi-Objective Optimization of Hub-and-spoke Logistics Network

To realize low-cost freight transport in the logistics network and improve the network operation efficiency， a multi-objective optimization model and the corresponding algorithm for a hub-and-spoke logistics network are proposed based on the multi-level location of hub points and channels layout. By considering the structure of the multi-level hub-and-spoke logistics network and the features of the connectivity between the hub and spoke points， the multi-objective optimization model is constructed with two objectives of minimizing the total network operation costs and the total network service time. By considering the characteristics of decision variables and models， a Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS)-Niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm (NPGA) approach with a three-stage encoding structure chromosome is proposed， where the VNS algorithm nested in NPGA is used for individual variable neighborhood search to optimize individual channel level genes， and NPGA is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed VNS-NPGA approach， a real-life case study based on a small-scale Australia Post data set was conducted， and 25 nodes of the Australia Post and 14 nodes of the Gansu Province 3-level hub-and-spoke logistics networks were established， respectively. The analysis results indicated that the network structure of multi-level hub points could avoid the detour problem existing in the traditional hub-and-spoke network， and showed better applicability in the narrow geographical structure. Compared to the traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms， VNS-NPGA can obtain better solutions through the distributed optimization of channel levels， avoiding the problem that a single algorithm cannot effectively deal with coupling relationships in genes.

BACKGROUND The results of existing lower extremity robotics studies are conflicting,and few relevant clinical trials have examined short-term *** addition,most of the outcome indicators in existing studies are scales,which are not objective *** used the combination of objective instrument measurement and scale to explore the short-term efficacy of the lower limb A3 robot,to provide a clinical *** To investigate the improvement of lower limb walking ability and balance in stroke treated by A3 lower limb *** Sixty stroke patients were recruited prospectively in a hospital and randomized into the A3 group and the control *** received 30 min of A3 robotics training and 30 min of floor walking training in addition to 30 min of regular rehabilitation *** training was performed five times a week,once a day,for 2 *** t-test or non-parametric test was used to compare the threedimensional gait parameters and balance between the two groups before and after *** The scores of basic activities of daily living,Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale,FM balance meter,Fugl-Meyer Assessment scores,Rivermead Mobility Index,Stride speed,Stride length,and Time Up and Go test in the two groups were significantly better than before treatment(19.29±12.15 vs 3.52±4.34;22.57±17.99 vs 4.07±2.51;1.21±0.83 vs 0.18±0.40;3.50±3.80 vs 0.96±2.08;2.07±1.21 vs 0.41±0.57;0.89±0.63 vs 0.11±0.32;12.38±9.00 vs 2.80±3.43;18.84±11.24 vs 3.80±10.83;45.12±69.41 vs 8.41±10.20;29.45±16.62 vs 8.68±10.74;P<0.05).All outcome indicators were significantly better in the A3 group than in the control group,except the area of the balance *** For the short-term treatment of patients with subacute stroke,the addition of A3 robotic walking training to conventional physiotherapy appears to be more effective than the addition of ground-based walking training.

[Objectives]To compare the effects of traditional processing and fresh processing on the quality of Polygonatum odoratum decoction piece.[Methods]The effects of fresh processing and traditional processing on the quality of *** decoction piece were compared and analyzed with appearance characteristics,total ash content,extract content,total polysaccharides content,and total flavonoids content as the evaluation indexes.[Results]Fresh processing method in different production areas has different effects on *** decoction *** was dried in oven of 50℃.When moisture content was 41.44%-59.67%,it was *** complete drying at 50℃,the moisture content of dried *** was 8.94%-9.60%,and ethanol-soluble extract content was 77.29%-78.20%,and water-soluble extract was 77.7%-78.14%.At this time,the appearance characteristics of section of *** decoction piece were better than that of traditional processing,which was yellowish *** total polysaccharide content was higher than that of traditional processing,and the content of total flavonoids was statistically significant different from that of traditional processing.[Conclusions]The quality of *** decoction piece by fresh processing is better than that of the traditional processing,and it is feasible to use fresh processing.

To the Editor:With the wide application of next-generation sequencing(NGS),a number of EML4-ALK fusion partners or coexisting(non)-EML4-ALK and non-EML4-ALK have been detected in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Although targeted therapies for patients with metastatic NSCLC and actionable mutations dramatically change how these patients are treated,studies have demonstrated differences in progression-free survival(PFS)among patients based on different ALK fusion partners.

Lonicerae Flos(LF)derived from the dried flower buds or opening flowers of four Lonicera plants(Lonicera macranthoides,***,***,and ***),is a popular traditional Chinese *** the four origin plants are very similar in morphology,it is difficult to control the quality of LF in actual *** the past decade,many reports have pointed out the differences among them,including the botanical characteristics and active ***,there is still a lack of rapid methods that can be applied to the identification of the four *** this study,comparative analysis of the four chloroplast genomes was performed,and they showed low diversity(Pi=0.00267),three variation hotspots regions(rbcL-accD,rps12-ndhF and rps12-trnN-trnG)were identified as potentially molecular marker of highly ***,the most obvious difference in SSR comparative analysis is reverse and complement repeats were only identified in *** and ***,***,the phylogenetic tree showed that *** is more closely related to ***,while *** is closer to *** study systematically revealed the differences among the four chloroplast genomes,and it provides valuable genetic information for identifying the origin of LF.

Unveiling the impact of residual Li conversion and cation ordering on electrochemical performance of Co-free Ni-rich cathodes

The residual Li and Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation mixing play essential roles in the electrochemical properties of Ni-rich ***,a general relationship between the residual Li conversion,cation mixing,and their effects on the Li^(+)kinetics and structural stability has yet to be established,due to the presence of cobalt in the ***,we explore the synergistic impact of the residual Li conversion and cation ordering on a Co-free Ni-rich cathode(i.e.,LiNi0.95Mn0.05O_(2)).It discloses that the rate capability is mainly affected by residual Li contents and operating ***,residual Li can be electrochemically converted to cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)below 4.3 V,thus inducing high interphase resistance,and decomposes to produce CO_(2)-dominated gas at 4.5 V,causing temporary enhancement of Li^(+)diffusivity but severe surface degradation during ***,the cycling performance of Co-free Ni-rich cathode is not only determined by Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation-ordered superlattice,which enhances the structural stability as it functions as the pillar to impede lattice collapse at a highly charged state,but also by the robust CEI layers which protect the bulk from electrolyte attack under 4.3 *** findings promote an in-depth understanding of residual Li conversion and Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation ordering on Co-free Ni-rich cathode.
