Thirty-one new 10,12-disubstituted aloperine derivatives were subtly constructed through a selective oxidation on the 10-α-C-H induced by sulfonyl and a nucleophilic substitution with the stereoselectivity and *** them,compound 6b displayed a moderate anti-human coronavirus OC43(HCoV-OC43)potency and blocked the viral entry stage through a host mechanism of *** chemoproteomic techniques,both transmembrane serine protease 2(TmPRSS2)and scavenger receptor class B type 1(SR-B1)proteins,which act as host cofactors of viral entry,were identified to be the direct targets of 6b against ***,6b may deactivate the TmPRSS2 by inducing a change in protein conformation,rather than binding to its catalytic center,thus suppressing the viral membrane ***,our study provided key scientific data for the development of aloperine derivatives into a new class of antiviral candidates against humanβ-coronavirus,including severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).

introduction:This study presented the incidence and mortality rates of cancers affecting the female genital organs in China,along with their trends spanning from 2010 to ***:700 population-based cancer registries provided relevant cancer incidence and mortality data for the year *** these,106 registries had continuous monitoring data suitable for trend analysis from 2010 to *** focused specifically on cancers affecting female genital organs(iCD10=C51-C54,C56)and projected their incidences and mortalities in China for 2022 based on data from 2018 and the trends observed from 2010 to ***-standardized incidence rate(ASiR)and mortality rate(ASmR)were calculated using Segi’s world standard ***:in 2022,there were an estimated 296,300 new cases and 104,900 deaths from female cancers in *** for vulva(C51),vagina(C52),cervix uteri(C53),corpus uteri(C54),and ovary(C56)were 0.32,0.23,13.83,6.84,and 5.68 per 100,000 *** for corpus uteri and ovary cancers were higher in urban *** for vulva,vagina,cervix,corpus uteri,and ovary cancers were 0.14,0.08,4.54,1.05,and 2.64 per 100,000 population,*** for ovarian cancer was higher in urban *** and ASmRs for most female genital organ cancers increased from 2010 to 2018,although the rate of increase for vulvar and cervical cancers in rural areas has slowed ***:Tailored cancer prevention and control programs specific to each region are necessary to address the growing disease burden.

DNA metabarcoding analysis of fungal community on surface of four root herbs

Objective: Angelicae Sinensis Radix(ASR, Danggui in Chinese), Cistanches Herba(CH, Roucongrong in Chinese), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma(PG, Renshen in Chinese), and Panacis Quinquefolii Radix(PQ,Xiyangshen in Chinese), widely used as medicine and dietary supplement around the world, are susceptible to fungal and mycotoxin contamination. in this study, we aim to analyze their fungal community by DNA ***: A total of 12 root samples were collected from three main production areas in China. The samples were divided into four groups based on herb species, including ASR, CH, PG, and PQ groups. The fungal community on the surface of four root groups was investigated through DNA metabarcoding via targeting the internal transcribed spacer 2 region(iTS2).Results: All the 12 samples were detected with fungal contamination. Rhizopus(13.04%-74.03%),Aspergillus(1.76%-23.92%), and Fusarium(0.26%-15.27%) were the predominant genera. Ten important fungi were identified at the species level, including two potential toxigenic fungi(Penicillium citrinum and P. oxalicum) and eight human pathogenic fungi(Alternaria infectoria, Candida sake, Hyphopichia burtonii, malassezia globosa, m. restricta, Rhizopus arrhizus, Rhodotorula mucilaginosa, and Ochroconis tshawytschae). Fungal community in ASR and CH groups was significantly different from other groups,while fungal community in PG and PQ groups was relatively ***: DNA metabarcoding revealed the fungal community in four important root herbs. This study provided an important reference for preventing root herbs against fungal and mycotoxin contamination.

A multi-enzymatic cascade reaction for the synthesis of bioactive C-oligosaccharides

C-Oligosaccharides are rare in nature and possess diverse ***,their chemical synthesis faces many *** this work,enzymatic introduction of C-linked sugar chains to target aglycones was successfully achieved by multi-enzymatic cascade reactions.A C-glycosyltransferase from Aloe barbadensis was employed to introduce the first C-linked glucose and then a cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase from Bacillus licheniformis was used to extend the sugar chain.A total of twenty C-oligosaccharides with 2-6 sugars were synthesized from scale-up reactions and exhibited good water solubility and sodium-dependent glucose transporter 2(SGLT2)inhibitory ***,a glucoamylase was used to control the length of the sugar chain and the C-maltosides were efficiently *** findings not only expanded the structural diversity of C-oligosaccharides,but also provided a strategy for the modification of C-glycoside drugs to improve the druggability.

Association of stage 1 hypertension defined by the 2017 ACC/AHA guideline with cardiovascular events and mortality in Chinese adults
