Plugging technology is one of the leading problems in shale gas drilling engineering,as it causes wellbore stability,shale formation collapse,and so *** order to solve these problems,in this paper,we committed to preparing artificial cores whose original permeability was 1.16×10^(−4)mD,which could be used to simulate the shale formation,and established a sealing evaluation method to assess the effect of plugging technology by measuring permeability reduction rate K'.Verified the good reproducibility of the artificial cores through a lot of high temperature and high pressure(HTHP)filtration *** Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to prove that the permeability reduction rate is a scientific method to evaluate the sealing effect.

Force tracking control for electrohydraulic servo system based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)controller

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to apply a intelligent algorithm to conduct the force tracking control for electrohydraulic servo system(EHSS).Specifically,the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)is selected to improve the control performance for ***/methodology/approach–Two types of input–output data were chosen to train the ANFIS *** inputs are the desired and actual forces,and the output is the *** first type is to set a sinusoidal signal for the current to produce the actual driving force,and the desired force is chosen as same as the actual *** other type is to give a sinusoidal signal for the desired *** the action of the PI controller,the actual force tracks the desired force,and the current is the output of the PI ***–The models built based on the two types of data are separately named as the ANFIS I controller and the ANFIS II *** results reveal that the ANFIS I controller possesses the best performance in terms of overshoot,rise time and mean absolute error and show adaptivity to different tracking conditions,including sinusoidal signal tracking and sudden change signal ***/value–This paper is the first time to apply the ANFIS to optimize the force tracking control for EHSS.

Plastic offers a new niche for microorganisms,the *** everincreasing emission of plastic waste makes it critical to understand the microbial ecology of the plastisphere and associated ***,we present a global fingerprint of the plastisphere,analyzing samples collected from freshwater,seawater,and terrestrial *** plastisphere assembles a distinct microbial community that has a clearly higher heterogeneity and a more deterministically dominated assembly compared to natural *** coexistence patterns—loose and fragile networks with mostly specialist linkages among microorganisms that are rarely found in natural habitats—are seen in the *** microbiomes generally have a great potential to metabolize organic compounds,which could accelerate carbon *** involved in the nitrogen cycle are also altered in the plastisphere,especially in freshwater plastispheres,where a high abundance of denitrifiers may increase the release of nitrite(aquatic toxicant)and nitrous oxide(greenhouse gas).Enrichment of animal,plant,and human pathogens means that the plastisphere could become an increasingly mobile reservoir of harmful *** findings highlight that if the trajectory of plastic emissions is not reversed,the expanding plastisphere could pose critical planetary health challenges.

The spatiotemporal analysis of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in China since the termination of the dynamic zero-COVID policy

China's dynamic zero-COVID policy has effectively curbed the spread of SARS-CoV-2,while inadvertently creating immunity gaps within its *** surges in COVID-19 cases linked to various SARS-CoV-2 lineages post-policy termination necessitate a thorough investigation into the epidemiological *** study addresses this issue by analyzing a comprehensive dataset of 39,456 high-quality genomes collected nationwide over an 11-month period since policy *** lineage assignment,phylogenetic analysis,pandemic pattern comparison,phylodynamic reconstruction,and recombination detection,we found that China's postepidemic period could be divided into three stages,along with dynamic changes in dominant *** clustering of similar lineages implies the importance of cross-border cooperation among neighboring *** to the USA,UK,and Japan,China exhibits unique trajectories of lineage epidemics,characterized by initial lagging followed by subsequent advancement,indicating the potential inﬂuence of diverse prevention and control policies on lineage epidemic *** Kong,Shanghai,and Hubei emerge as pivotal nodes in the nationwide spread,marking a shift in the transmission center from east to central regions of *** China hasn't experienced signiﬁcant variant emergence,the detection and validation of the novel recombination event,XCN lineage,underscore the ongoing virus ***,this study systematically analyzes the spatiotemporal transmission of SARS-CoV-2 virus in China since the termination of the dynamic zeroCOVID policy,offering valuable insights for regional surveillance and evidence-based public health policymaking.
