[Objective] The paper was to establish prediction model for Dendrolimus punctatus Walker in coastal shelterbeh in zhejiang Province of China. [ Method] Using the principles and methods of SAS software, and according to the correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, we selected the relevant meteorological factors from April 1982 to March 2006 as the variables and the population density of D. punctatus from 1983 to 2006 as the dependent variables, to establish the prediction model between insect population density and meteorological factors for D. punctatas in coastal shelterbelt. [ Result] By fitting test, the his- torical compliance rate of the equation was above 85%. When the related data from 2007 to 2011 were used for prediction test, the occurrence condition had small relative error with prediction results except the years seriously affected by natural disasters. [ Conclusion] The paper provides certain reference for pest control against D. punctatus in coastal shelterbelt.

The Shanxi reservoir earthquakes are significant seismic events in southern zhejiang Province in recent years, an area with fewer and weaker earthquakes. The seismicity showed an intermittent characteristic and group distribution. The epicenters located by the seismic network did not show a predominant direction and the seismogenic structure is not clear. In the study, the nonlinear imaginary wave travel time equation was linearized and solved, and the source position, initial imaginary velocity and travel time residuals were obtained. Then by doubling the standard deviation as time residuals, the maximum error generated from longitude, latitude, depth and imaginary velocity was calculated. The genetic population was structured using the maximum error and the end result of earthquake location was obtained by genetic algorithm. The result of relocation of the Shanxi reservoir earthquakes with this method shows that earthquakes are largely concentrated on a near-vertical, northwest oriented fault plane, and the included angles between the normal of the plane and the due north, due east and vertical directions are 46~, 44~, and 87~, respectively. The result is in agreement with that of comprehensive fault plane solutions of small earthquakes. The average depth of the earthquakes was 4.7km, the maximum depth 9.5kin, and the minimum depth 1.7km. The epicenters showed a northwestward narrow banded distribution, and the focal depth increased along the northwest direction. There was a discontinuous seismic gap of about 3.5km long at the northwest end of the strip. The characteristics of source parameters obtained by using the Borun model were not significantly different from that of tectonic earthquakes. Seismic stress drop was about 0.33MPa, and the average stress drop was 0.88MPa. According to the stress drop＇ spatial distribution, the seismic discontinuities segment at the northwest end of the strip is in a low stress drop zone.

We successfully developed a set of technical methods constructing fine climatic analysis field for regional precipitation considering terrain influence based on PRISM monthly climatic precipitation analysis field and DEM. By using harmonic analysis and Shepard inverse distance interpolation,we quantitatively analyzed precipitation observation data at 68 reference weather stations of zhejiang Province in recent 50 years,and established climatic analysis field of daily precipitation at 1 km grid of zhejiang Province considering terrain influence. Systemic cross-examination of the method was conducted. Result showed that the established fine climatic field for precipitation could reproduce rapid seasonal evolution characteristics of precipitation induced by monsoon migration and typhoon landing with better quantitative accuracy.

Public confidence in government, a symbol representing the government’s influence and appeal, relates to the development of social stability, deepening of economic restructuring and advancement of political system reform. With current trend to build a service-oriented government, as well as more cases occurring on crisis of government confidence, the public are surely to express their despair, dissatisfaction and distrust on the government if the government’s public products and services can not meet their needs of vital interests or expectations. The Article, with ACSI model and public services available in zhejiang province, demonstrates through 348 effective samples relations of 4 factors on public services delivery satisfaction, ie. "Services delivery-based impartiality satisfaction", "Services delivery-based efficiency satisfaction", "Services delivery-based effect satisfaction" and "Services delivery-based economy satisfaction", with 2 factors on the government’s public confidence, ie. "Honesty and credibility" and "Legal compliance", and consequently raising proposals on improvement of government’s public confidence through enhanced delivery of public services.

Background:Human infection of avian influenza virus(AIV)remains a great *** live poultry markets are believed to be associated with human infections,ever more infections have been reported in rural areas with backyard poultry,especially in the fifth epidemic of ***,limited information is available on backyard poultry infection and surrounding environmental ***:Two surveillance systems and a field survey were used to collect data and samples in zhejiang *** total,4538 samples were collected by surveillance systems and 3171 from the field survey between May 2015 and May 2017,while 352 backyard poultry owners were interviewed in May 2017 by questionnaire to investigate factors influencing the prevalence of avian influenza A virus and other AIV ***-PCR was used to test the nucleic acids of *** 10.1 software was used to generate *** and logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify risk factors for AIV ***:Of the 428 poultry premises observed by the surveillance system,53(12.38%)were positive for influenza A *** the 352 samples from poultry premises observed by field survey,13(3.39%)were positive for influenza A *** prevalence of AIV was unevenly distributed and the dominant subtype differed among ***(Shaoxing and Ningbo)and southern(Wenzhou)cities exhibited a higher prevalence of AIV(16.33,8.94,and 7.30%respectively).Contamination of AIV subtypes was most severe in January,especially in 2016(23.26%,70/301).The positive rate of subtype H5/H7/H9 was 2.53%(115/4538).Subtype H5 was the least prevalent,while subtypes H7 and H9 had similar positivity rates(1.50 and 1.32%respectively).Poultry flocks and environmental samples had a similar prevalence of AIV(4.46%vs 5.06%).The type of live birds was a risk factor and the sanitary condition of the setting was a protective factor against influenza A ***:AIV subtypes were prevalent in ba

With the constant increase of farmers' incomes, the declining ratio of low-income farmers and the development of rural economy in the mountainous areas of zhejiang Province, the farmers gain much more transfer income from the secondary allocation and their lives were greatly improved. But due to the uneven economic development, the agricultural development level of different land forms differs greatly and there is still a large gap between the incomes of urban and rural residents. In this paper, through an in-depth analysis of the farmers' income, agricultural industrial structure and urban-rural income gap in different mountainous areas of zhejiang Province, some advices were proposed to increase the farmers' incomes.
