In this study,CdS/ZnO(2:3 mol%)thin films are successfully deposited on quartz substrates by using the sputtering *** images on the structural and optical characteristic features of CdS/ZnO thin films before and after annealing are *** CdS/ZnO thin films are annealed respectively at temperatures of 373 K,473 K,and 573 K and the structural features are examined by XRD,ATR-FTIR,and *** optical properties of CdS/ZnO thin films such as refractive indices,absorption coefficients,optical band gap energy values,Urbach energy values,lattice dielectric constants,and high frequency dielectric constants are determined from spectrophotometer data recorded over the spectral range of 300 nm-2500 *** parameters are investigated by using a single-oscillator *** spectra of CdS/ZnO thin films show an overall decrease in their intensity peaks after *** third-order nonlinear optical parameter,and nonlinear refractive index are also estimated.

Structural optimization of ionomers is an effective strategy for achieving high-performance proton ex-change membranes(PEMs)under low relative humidity(RH)*** this study,sulfonimide group and trifluoromethanesulfonate acid(TFSA)ionic liquids were introduced to the perfluorosulfonic acid(PFSA)side chain,resulting in polymer membranes with varying chain lengths(i.e.,PFC_(2)-TF-SI,PFC_(4)-TF-SI,and PFC_(5)-TF-SI).This dual proton-conducting structure extended the length of the hydrophilic side chain and enhanced the hydrophobic-hydrophilic phase separation,aiding in the formation of proton transport ***,the proton conductivity of PFC_(5)-TF-SI and PFC_(2)-TF-SI membranes reached 7.1 and 10.6 mS/cm at 30%RH and 80℃,respectively,which were approximately 29.1%and 92.7%higher than that of the pristine PFC_(5)-SA membrane(5.5 mS/cm).Furthermore,the maximum power density of the PFC_(5)-TF-SI and PFC_(2)-TF-SI membranes from the built single fuel cell achieved 649 and 763 mW/cm^(2) at 30%RH and 80℃,respectively,which were higher than that of the pristine PFC_(5)-SA membrane(567 mW/cm^(2))by about 14.5%and 34.6%,***,this study provides a strategy for PEM design under low RH conditions.

This paper proposes spread prediction of novel corona virus outbreak using different compartmental models and artificial intelligence(AI)*** data for several months is collected from the Ministry of Health(MOH)website,Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and two compartmental models,namely SIR(susceptible,infectious,recovered)and SEIRD(susceptible,exposed,infectious,recovered,dead)are utilized to best fit the *** methods are well suited for short-and long-term stochastic *** in view the inherent advantages of AI methods,adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)models are trained using the collected data to replicate the dynamic behavior of the COVID-19 spread in Kingdom of Saudi *** prediction comparison for COVID-19 spread is made between the compartmental and ANFIS models for both short-and long-term forecasts of the experimental *** the presented results,ANFIS-based models show superior performance as compared to compartmental models.

Custard apple is a dry land *** leaves exhibit different pharmacological *** the present study,both silver(Ag)nanoparticles and chitosan-coated Ag(Chi-Ag)nanoparticles were fabricated using the aqueous leaf extract of the custard apple *** preliminary phytochemical analysis,various types of phytocompounds were found in the aqueous leaf extract of the same ***,both nanoparticles were physiochemically *** analysis exhibited the fingerprint vibrational peaks of active bioactive compounds in plant extract,Ag nanoparticles,and Chi-Ag ***/Visible spectral analysis revealed the highest absorbance peak at 419 nm,indicating the presence of Ag *** analysis presented the face-centered cubic(FCC)structure of both prepared ***,the average crystalline size of both Ag nanoparticles and Chi-Ag nanoparticles was calculated to be 23 and 74 nm,*** analysis showed the spherical and cubical shapes of Ag nanoparticles and Chi-Ag nanoparticles,*** analysis indicated a peak around 3.29 keV,conforming to the binding energies of Ag *** biogenic nanomaterial also showed strong antibacterial activity against all tested bacterial pathogens.

Currently,the majority of institutions have made use of information technologies to improve and develop their diverse educational methods to attract more *** information technologies,e-learning and learning-on-the go have been adopted by the institutions to provide affordability and flexibility of educational *** of the educational institutes are offering online teaching classes using the technologies like cloud computing,networking,*** institutes have developed their e-learning platforms for the online learning process,through this way they have paved the way for distance *** e-learning platform has to face a lot of security challenges in terms of cyberattacks and data hacking through unauthorized *** computing is one of the new technologies that facilitate control over access to big data,as it acts as a mediator between the cloud and the user to bring services closer and reduce their *** report presents the use of fog computing for the development of an e-learning *** introduced different algorithms to secure the data and information sharing through e-learning ***,this report provides a comparison among RSA,AES,and ECC algorithms for fog-enabled cybersecurity *** Algorithms are compared by developing them using python-based language program,in terms of encryption/decryption time,key generations techniques,and other features *** addition,we proposed to use a hybrid cryptography system of two types of encryption algorithms such as RSA with AES to fulfill the security,file size,and latency required for the communication between the fog and the e-learning *** tested our proposed system and highlight the pros and cons of the Integrated Encryption Schemes by performing a testbed for e-learning website scenario using *** and C#.
