Recent transformation of saudi arabian healthcare sector into a reven-ue producing one has signaled several advancements in healthcare in the *** healthcare management into Smart hospital systems is one of *** hospital management systems which are breach-proof only can be termed as effective smart hospital *** the perspective of saudi Vision-2030,many practitioners are trying to achieve a cost-effective hospital management sys-tem by using smart *** this row,the proposed framework posits the main objectives for creating smart hospital management systems that can only be acknowledged by managing the security of healthcare data and medical ***,the proposed framework will also be helpful in gaining satisfactory rev-enue from the healthcare sector by reducing the cost and time involved in mana-ging the smart hospital *** framework is based on a hybrid approach of three key methods which include:employing the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)and blockchain methodologies for maintaining the security and privacy of healthcare data and medical practices,and using big data analytics methodol-ogy for raising the funds and revenue by managing the bulk volume of healthcare ***,the framework will also be helpful for both the patients and the doctors,thus enabling the Kingdom of saudi arabia(KSA)to meet its goals of Vision-2030 by ensuring low cost,yet credible,healthcare services.

Impact Assessment of Plug-in Electric Vehicle Charging Locations on Power Systems with Integrated Wind Farms Incorporating Dynamic Thermal Limits

The increased presence of electric vehicle charging locations in a power system with high penetration of intermittent wind power potentially leads to operation complexities resulting in abnormal *** paper proposes an innovative framework for assessing the impact of plug-in electric vehicle(PEV)charging locations on a power system with integrated wind farms,incorporating dynamic thermal limits(DTLs).The framework comprises Monte Carlo simulation,which is embedded with stochastic modeling of various uncertainties under the key operating *** part of the modeling framework,the transmission lines are ranked in accordance with the lowest level of expected energy not *** PEV charging demand is then modeled by incorporating DTLs and applied to the least stressed transmission lines,following the IEEE 738-2006 *** new assessment framework is investigated using an IEEE 24-bus test *** results demonstrate that applying DTLs on the least stressed transmission lines in conjunction with the integration of decentralized wind farms and strategic charging location of PEVs significantly improves the security of the energy supply and considerably reduces interruption costs,as opposed to not having such a framework.

In this article,a Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Recovered(SEIR)epidemic model is *** equilibrium analysis and reproduction number are *** conventional models have made assumptions of homogeneity in disease transmission that contradict the actual ***,it is crucial to consider the heterogeneity of the transmission rate when modeling disease *** the heterogeneity of disease transmission mathematically can be achieved by incorporating fuzzy theory.A numerical scheme nonstandard,finite difference(NSFD)approach is developed for the studied model and the results of numerical simulations are *** of the constructed scheme are *** positivity,convergence and consistency of the developed technique are investigated using mathematical induction,Jacobean matrix and Taylor series expansions *** suggested scheme preserves all these essential characteristics of the disease dynamical *** numerical and simulation results reveal that the proposed NSFD method provides an adequate representation of the dynamics of the ***,the obtained method generates plausible predictions that can be used by regulators to support the decision-making process to design and develop control *** of the natural immunity on the infected class are studied which reveals that an increase in natural immunity can decrease the infection and vice versa.

Prediction of Short Stellar Activity Cycles using Derived and Established Empirical Relations between Activity and Rotation Periods

In our previous work,we investigated the occurrence rate of super-flares on various types of stars and their statistical properties,with a particular focus on G-type dwarfs,using entire Kepler *** said study also considered how the statistics change with stellar rotation period,which in turn,had to be *** such new data,as a by-product,we found 138 Kepler IDs of F-and G-type main sequence stars with rotation periods less than a day(P_(rot)<1 day).On one hand,previous studies have revealed short activity cycles in F-type and G-type stars and the question investigated was whether or not short-term activity cycles are a common phenomenon in these *** the other hand,extensive studies exist which establish an empirical connection between a star's activity cycle and rotation *** this study,we compile all available Kepler data with P_(rot)<1 day,and rely on an established empirical relation between P_(cyc)and P_(rot)with the aim to provide predictions for very short 5.09≤P_(cyc)≤38.46 day cases in a tabular *** propose an observation to measure P_(cyc)using a monitoring program of stellar activity(e.g.,activity-related chromospheric emission S-index)or a similar means for the Kepler IDs found in this study in order put the derived empirical relations between P_(cyc)and P_(rot)derived here to the *** also propose an alternative method for measuring very short P_(cyc),using flare-detection algorithms applied to future space mission data.

Heart disease prognosis(HDP)is a difficult undertaking that requires knowledge and expertise to predict early *** failure is on the rise as a result of today’s *** healthcare business generates a vast volume of patient records,which are challenging to manage *** it comes to data mining and machine learning,having a huge volume of data is crucial for getting meaningful *** methods for predictingHDhave been used by researchers over the last few decades,but the fundamental concern remains the uncertainty factor in the output data,aswell as the need to decrease the error rate and enhance the accuracy of HDP assessment ***,in order to discover the optimal HDP solution,this study compares multiple classification algorithms utilizing two separate heart disease datasets from the Kaggle repository and the University of California,Irvine(UCI)machine learning *** a comparative analysis,Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Relative Absolute Error(RAE),precision,recall,fmeasure,and accuracy are used to evaluate Linear Regression(LR),Decision Tree(J48),Naive Bayes(NB),Artificial Neural Network(ANN),Simple Cart(SC),Bagging,Decision Stump(DS),AdaBoost,Rep Tree(REPT),and Support Vector Machine(SVM).Overall,the SVM classifier surpasses other classifiers in terms of increasing accuracy and decreasing error rate,with RAE of 33.2631 andMAEof 0.165,the precision of 0.841,recall of 0.835,f-measure of 0.833,and accuracy of 83.49 percent for the dataset gathered from *** SC improves accuracy and reduces the error rate for the Kaggle dataset,which is 3.30%for RAE,0.016 percent for MAE,0.984%for precision,0.984 percent for recall,0.984 percent for f-measure,and 98.44%for accuracy.

Precision time protocol attack strategies and their resistance to existing security extensions

The IEEE 1588 precision time protocol(PTP)is very important for many industrial sectors and applications that require time synchronization accuracy between computers down to microsecond and even nanosecond ***,PTP and its underlying network infrastructure are vulnerable to cyber-attacks,which can stealthily reduce the time synchronization accuracy to unacceptable and even damage-causing levels for individual clocks or an entire network,leading to financial loss or even physical *** security protocol extensions only partially address this *** paper provides a comprehensive analysis of strategies for advanced persistent threats to PTP infrastructure,possible attacker locations,and the impact on clock and network synchronization in the presence of security protocol extensions,infrastructure redundancy,and protocol *** distinguishes between attack strategies and attacker types as described in RFC7384,but further distinguishes between the spoofing and time source attack,the simple internal attack,and the advanced internal *** experiments were conducted to demonstrate the impact of PTP *** analysis shows that a sophisticated attacker has a range of methodologies to compromise a PTP ***,all PTP infrastructure components can host an attacker,making the comprehensive protection of a PTP network against a malware infiltration,as for example exercised by Stuxnet,a very tedious task.

Over the last few years, an exact solution of the Dirac equation has become an important research topic in quantum mechanics. This solution acquires its importance due to the fact that it is a useful tool to improve theoretical models and numerical solution methods. It is well known that the description of a spin-l/2 particle motion can be attained by the Dirac equation. This equation plays a fundamental role in relativistic quantum mechanics since it can be used to solve problems in high-energy *** techniques have been used for solving the Dirac equation, for example, the super- symmetry （SUSY） technique,shape invariance, the asymptotic iteration method （AIM）,factor- ization method, and the Nikiforov Uvarov （NU） technique.

Green supplier selection is an important debate in green supply chain management(GSCM),attracting global attention from scholars,especially companies and *** frequently search for new ideas and strategies to assist them in realizing sustainable *** of the speculative character of human opinions,supplier selection frequently includes unreliable data,and the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft set(IVPFSS)provides an exceptional capacity to cope with excessive fuzziness,inconsistency,and inexactness through the decision-making *** main goal of this study is to come up with new operational laws for interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft numbers(IVPFSNs)and create two interaction operators-the intervalvalued Pythagorean fuzzy soft interaction weighted average(IVPFSIWA)and the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft interaction weighted geometric(IVPFSIWG)operators,and analyze their *** operators are highly advantageous in addressing uncertain problems by considering membership and non-membership values within intervals,providing a superior solution to other ***,specialist judgments were calculated by the MCGDM technique,supporting the use of interaction AOs to regulate the interdependence and fundamental partiality of green supplier assessment ***,a statistical clarification of the planned method for green supplier selection is presented.

One of the most widely used smartphone operating systems,Android,is vulnerable to cutting-edge malware that employs sophisticated *** malware attacks could lead to the execution of unauthorized acts on the victims’devices,stealing personal information and causing hardware *** previous studies,machine learning(ML)has shown its efficacy in detecting malware events and classifying their ***,attackers are continuously developing more sophisticated methods to bypass ***,up-to-date datasets must be utilized to implement proactive models for detecting malware events in Android mobile ***,this study employed ML algorithms to classify Android applications into malware or goodware using permission and application programming interface(API)-based features from a recent *** overcome the dataset imbalance issue,RandomOverSampler,synthetic minority oversampling with tomek links(SMOTETomek),and RandomUnderSampler were applied to the Dataset in different *** results indicated that the extra tree(ET)classifier achieved the highest accuracy of 99.53%within an elapsed time of 0.0198 s in the experiment that utilized the RandomOverSampler ***,the explainable Artificial Intelligence(EAI)technique has been applied to add transparency to the high-performance ET *** global explanation using the Shapely values indicated that the top three features contributing to the goodware class are:Ljava/net/URL;->openConnection,Landroid/location/LocationManager;->getLastKgoodwarewnLocation,and *** the other hand,the top three features contributing to themalware class are Receive_Boot_Completed,Get_Tasks,and Kill_Background_*** is believed that the proposedmodel can contribute to proactively detectingmalware events in Android devices to reduce the number of victims and increase users’trust.
