Effect of Guanxin-V Mixture Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan on Cardiac Function after PCI in STEMI Patients

[Objectives]To observe the effect of Guanxin-V Mixture combined with Sacubitril Valsartan on cardiac function in patients after PCI for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STE-MI).[Methods]41 cases of STEMI patients(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction)hospitalized in nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine affiliated to nanjing university of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into 21 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group,and the two groups were given standardized Western medicine treatment as soon as possible after *** control group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan,and the treatment group was treated with Guanxin-V Mixture on the basis of treatment in the control *** patients in the two groups were treated for 3 months,and the TCM syndrome score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT-proBNP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels,and the incidence of heart failure and adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment were recorded.[Results]After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score and serum NT-proBNP,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels of the two groups significantly decreased(P0.05).[Conclusions]Guanxin-V Mixture combined with Sacubitril Valsartan could significantly improve cardiac function in STEMI patients undergoing PCI,and its effect may be related to the suppression of inflammatory response.

To investigate the potential of direct ultrasonic vibration on improving the performance of magnesium alloys,this study first employed the ultrasonic vibration compression(UVC)on the solid solution treated AZ91 alloy,and explored its microstructure evolution and mechanical properties under *** only two seconds,the UVC alloys showed large deformation strains of 34.8–54.4%,and sudden increase of sample temperature to 243℃.Microstructure characterizations proved that UVC promoted the formation of abundant shear bands,fine grains,and the bimodal distribution of Mg17Al12 precipitates consisting of submicron particles located within the shear bands and nano-sized ones within the *** to the unique microstructure,the micro-hardness(and nano-hardness)value of UVC alloy was increased by 37.7%(35%)when compared with the solution-treated ***,the nano-modulus of the developed AZ91 alloy was also significantly increased to 62 GPa by statistical nanoindentation tests,which could be ascribed to increased Mg_(17)Al_(12) precipitates and decreased c/a value to some *** general,this work provides a new insight into the design and preparation of high-performance magnesium alloys by UVC at room temperature.

Full utilization of the excited species at both singlet states(1R*)and triplet states(3R*)is crucial to improving electrochemiluminescence(ECL)efficiency but is challenging for organic luminescent ***,an aggregation-induced delayed ECL(AIDECL)active organic dot(OD)containing a benzophenone acceptor and dimethylacridine donor is reported,which shows high ECL efficiency via reverse intersystem crossing(RISC)of non-emissive 3R*to emissive 1R*,overcoming the spin-forbidden radiative decay from 3R*.By introducing dual donor-acceptor pairs into luminophores,it is found that nonradiative pathway could be further suppressed via enhanced intermolecular weak interactions,and multiple spin-up conversion channels could be *** a consequence,the obtained OD enjoys a 6.8-fold higher ECL efficiency relative to the control AIDECL-active ***-crystal studies and theoretical calculations reveal that the enhanced AIDECL behaviors come from the acceleration of both radiative transition and *** work represents a major step towards purely organic,high-efficiency ECL dyes and a direction for the design of next-generation ECL dyes at the molecular level.

Effects of dense planting patterns on photosynthetic traits of different vertical layers and yield of wheat under different nitrogen rates

A two-year field experiment was conducted to measure the effects of densification methods on photosynthesis and yield of densely planted ***-plant and inter-row distances were used to define ratefixed pattern(RR)and row-fixed pattern(RS)density ***,four nitrogen(N)rates(0,144,192,and 240 kg N ha-1,termed N0,N144,N192,and N240)were applied with three densities(225,292.5,and 360×10^(4)plants ha^(-1),termed D225,D292.5,and D360).The wheat canopy was clipped into three equal vertical layers(top,middle,and bottom layers),and their chlorophyll density(Ch D)and photosynthetically active radiation interception(FIPAR)were *** showed that the response of Ch D and FIPAR to N rate,density,and pattern varied with different layers.N rate,density,and pattern had significant interaction effects on Ch *** maximum values of whole-canopy Ch D in the two seasons appeared in N240 combined with D292.5 and D360 under RR,*** two growing seasons,FIPAR values of RR were higher than those of RS by 29.37%for the top layer and 5.68%for the middle layer,while lower than those of RS by 20.62%for the bottom layer on *** a low N supply(N0),grain yield was not significantly affected by density for both *** N240,increasing density significantly increased yield under RR,but D360 of RS significantly decreased yield by 3.72%and 9.00%versus D225 in two seasons,*** an appropriate and sufficient N application,RR increased the yield of densely planted wheat more than ***,the maximum yield in two seasons appeared in the combination of D360 with N144 or N192 rather than of D225 with N240 under both patterns,suggesting that dense planting combined with an appropriate N-reduction application is feasible to increase photosynthesis capacity and yield.

Weighted sum power maximization for STAR-RIS-aided SWIPT systems with nonlinear energy harvesting

The conventional reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS) is limited to reflecting incident signals,thereby imposing constraints on the placement of the transmitter and receiver, which hinders achieving comprehensive signal coverage across an entire area. This paper investigates a simultaneously transmitting and reflecting(STAR)-RIS-aided simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT) system with a nonlinear energy harvesting model under three different RIS transmission protocols: energy splitting(ES),time switching(TS), and mode switching(MS). The objective of this paper is to maximize the weighted sum power(WSP) of all energy harvesting receivers(EHRs) while ensuring fairness in the collected power among them. This is achieved by jointly optimizing the transmit beamforming at the base station(BS)and the transmission and reflection coefficients at the STAR-RIS, subject to rate constraints for information decoding receivers(IDRs), transmit power constraint at the BS, and coefficient constraints of each element at the STAR-RIS corresponding to the three protocols. Solving this optimization problem poses challenges because of the complicated objective function and numerous coupled optimization variables of the ES STAR-RIS. To address this complexity, an efficient alternating optimization(AO) approach is proposed as an iterative solution method that achieves suboptimal results. The AO algorithm is then extended to MS STAR-RIS and TS STAR-RIS. Specifically, for MS STRA-RIS, binary constraints in the STAR-RIS coefficient optimization subproblem are handled using the first-order approximation technique along with the penalty function method. Critical behavior of quasi-two-dimensional ferromagnet Cr_(1.04)Te_(2)

The self-intercalation of Cr into pristine two-dimensional(2D) van der Waals ferromagnetic CrTe_(2),which forms chromium tellurides(Cr_(x)Te_(2)),has garnered interest due to their remarkable magnetic characteristics and the wide variety of chemical compositions ***,comprehensive basic characterization and magnetic studies are conducted on quasi-2D ferromagnetic Cr_(1.04)Te_(2) *** of the isothermal magnetization curves are conducted around the critical temperature to systematically investigate the critical ***,the critical exponents β=0.2399,γ=0.859,and δ=4.3498,as well as the Curie temperature T_(C)=249.56 K,are determined using various methods,including the modified Arrott plots,the Kouvel-Fisher method,the Widom scaling method,and the critical isotherm *** results indicate that the tricritical mean-field model accurately represents the critical behavior of Cr_(1.04)Te_(2.A magnetic phase diagram with tricritical phenomenon is thus *** investigations confirm that the critical exponents obtained conform to the scalar equation near T_(C),indicating their self-consistency and *** work sheds light on the magnetic properties of quasi-2D Cr_(1.04)Te_(2),broadening the scope of the van der Waals crystals for developments of future spintronic devices operable at room temperature.
