Sulfide fluid incluision study on mantle xenoliths of Hannouba has been carried out by EPMA analysis. It is indicated that the Ni/Fe ratios of metal sulfides in sulfide-melt inclusions from Hannuoba seem to be related to host rocks. These data of lherzolite （pentlandite） are obviously higher than those of olivine pyroxenite （mainly pentlandite, partly pyrrhotine）. The LRM analysis shows that sulfur （H2S+SO2） occupies larger proportion in gas composition of CO2 fluid inclusions, generally more than mol 20 %. This may be related to sulfide inclusions which are frequently found.

Aim: To investigate the enhancing effects of chitosan with or without enhancers on nasal recombinant hirudin-2 (rHV2) delivery in vitro and in vivo, and to evaluate the ciliotoxicity of these formulations. Methods: The permeation-enhancing effect of various chitosan formulations was estimated by using the permeation coefficient of fluorescein isothiocyanate recombinant hirudin-2 (FITC-rHV2) across the excited rabbit nasal epithelium in vitro. The effect was further evaluated by measuring the blood concentration level after nasal absorption of FITC-rHV2 in rats. The mucosal ciliotoxicity of different formulations was evaluated with an in situ toad palate model. Results: Chitosan at a concentration of 0.5% with or without various enhancers significantly increased the permeability coefficient (P) and relative bioavailability (Fr) of FITC-rHV2 compared with the blank control. The addition of 1 % sodium dodecylsulfate, 5% Brij35,5% Tween 80,1.5% menthol, 1% glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt (GAM) or 4% Azone into the 0.5% chitosan solution resulted in a further increase in absorption (P<0.05) compared with 0.5% chitosan alone. But co-administration of chitosan with 5% hydroxyl-propyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD), 5% lecithin or 0.1 % ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) was not more effective than using the 0.5% chitosan solution alone. Chitosan alone and with 5% HP-β-CD, 0.1 % EDTA, 1 % GAM or 5%Tween80 was relatively less ciliotoxic. Conclusion: Chitosan with or without some enhancers was able to effectively promote the nasal absorption of recombinant hirudin, while not resulting in severe mucosal ciliotoxicity. A chitosan formulation system would be a useful approach for the nasal delivery of recombinant hirudin.

Human CCL17/TARC (hCCL17) and CCL22/MDC (hCCL22) interact with their receptor CCR4, playing pivotal roles in various Th2 cell-dominant diseases. Rat Ccl17, Ccl22 and Ccr4 share 63.4%, 65.2% and 87.5% homology at the amino acid level, respectively, compared with their human homologues. Rat Ccl22 has been demonstrated to interact with rat Ccr4. However, it is not known whether rat Ccl17 is a functional ligand for rat Ccr4 and whether rat Ccr4 can interact with hCCL17 and hCCL22. In this study, we cloned rat Ccl17 and Ccr4 cDNA from rat thymus and expressed the recombinant rat Ccl17. The binding assay indicated rat Ccl17 could saturably bind rat Ccr4, and this binding could be competitively inhibited by unlabeled rat Cc17, hCCL17 or hCCL22. Both rat and human CCL17 or CCL22 could induce the chemotactic migration and calcium mobilization in rat Ccr4-transfected cells. They could also desensitize each other’s effect on chemotaxis and calcium mobilization. Furthermore, both rat Ccl17 and hCCL17 could induce significant receptor internalization in rat Ccr4-EGFP transfected cells. These results demonstrated the conserved CCL17/CCR4 interaction in rats and the further cross-species interaction of rat Ccr4 with hCCL17 and hCCL22. Likewise, they provided the molecular basis for the investigation of physiological and pharmacological roles of CCR4, its ligands, and their antagonists in rat disease models.

The aim of this consensus is to standardize the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children and to achieve the goal of “eliminating viral hepatitis as a major public health threat by 2030” issued by the World health Organization. Formulated by organized experts of the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases and Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese medical Association;Group of Infectious Diseases, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese medical Association;and the National Clinical Research center for Infectious Diseases (beijing), the consensus provides the latest evidence and recommendations for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children.

Dense coding using superpositions of Bell-states is proposed. The generalized Grover's algorithm is used to prepare the initial entangled states, and the reverse process of the quantum algorithm is used to determine the entangled state in the decoding measurement. Compared with the previous schemes, the superpositions of two Bell-states are exploited. Our scheme is demonstrated using a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)quantum computer. The corresponding manipulations are obtained. Experimental results show a good agreement between theory and experiment. We also generalize the scheme to transmit eight messages by introducing an additional two-state system.

The Songshugou dunite body, which occupies an area of about 20 km2, is the largest ultramafic massif in the eastern Qinling orogenic belt, Central china. The major compo-nent of this body is dunitic rocks including mylonitic dunite and coarse-grained dunite; they oc-cupy about 95 vol% of the total body. Petrography, mineral composition, major and trace ele-ments and primitive melt inclusions have been investigated in this paper; all revealed that this dunite body is the product of melt-rock interaction by porous percolation flow. In comparison with dunite sills or veins in harzburgite from the basal part of Oman ophiolite, this dunite body is characterized by lower contents of Al2O3, CaO and HREE but higher content of highly incom-patible elements and Zr and Hf. The LREE enriched patterns and primitive mantle normalized spidergrams of trace elements are also different from the Oman dunite. Combining with melt in-clusions observed in olivines, we conclude that this dunite body is the product of large- scale porous percolation flow of high-MgO melts within depleted mantle peridotites. The high-MgO magma, in essence, was most probably produced at the hot head of an upwelling mantle plume. The occurrence of the Songshugou dunite body is closely associated with the activity of mantle super-plume in Neo-Proterozoic era in the Yangtze Craton.

The cDNA fragment of human TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand) was cloned into RevTet-On, a Tetregulated and high-level gene expression system. The gene expression system was constructed in a human leukemic cell line: Jurkat. By using RevTet-On TRAIL gene expression system in Jurkat as a cell model, we studied the influence of TRAIL gene on the changes of cellular apoptosis before and after the TRAIL gene expression, which was induced by adding tetracycline derivative doxycycline (Dox). The results indicated that the cellular apoptosis ratio was largely dependent on the TRAIL gene expression level. Moreover, it was found that the apoptosis-inducing TRAIL could cause significant changes in the biophysical properties of Jurkat cells. The cell surface charge density decreased, the membrane fluidity declined, the elastic coefficients K_I increased, and the proportion of α-helix in membrane protein secondary structure decreased.
