The double loop network(DLN)is a circulant digraph with n nodes and outdegree *** is an important topological structure of computer interconnection networks and has been widely used in the designing of local area networks and distributed *** the number n of nodes,how to construct a DLN which has minimum diameter?This problem has attracted great attention.A related and longtime unsolved problem is:for any given non-negative integer k,is there an infinite family of k-tight optimal DLN?In this paper,two main results are obtained:(1)for any k≥0,the infinite families of k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed,where the number n(k,e,c)of their nodes is a polynomial of degree 2 in e with integral coefficients containing a parameter c.(2)for any k≥0, an infinite family of singular k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed.

The microwave absorption efficiency, which is relevant to magnet field and its distribution, is a major parameter of the microwave ion source (MWIS) for the intense neutron tube. Based on previous work, the relations between microwave absorption efficiency and plasma chamber structure and thickness of the microwave introduction window are studied. The microwave absorption efficiency reaches to 100% when plasma chamber is 100mm long and the window thickness is 30mm. The microwave absorption efficiency as a function of pressure is also presented.

It is usually very difficult to directly obtain molecular dissociation energy De and all accurate high-lying vibrational energies for most diatomic electronic states using modern experimental techniques or quantum theories, and it is also very difficult to give accurate analytical expression for diatomic molecular dissociation energy. This study proposes a new analytical formula for obtaining accurate molecular dissociation energy based on the LeRoy and Bernstein’s energy expression in dissociation limit. A set of full vibrational energy spectra for some electronic states of N2 molecule are studied using the algebraic method (AM) suggested recently, and the corresponding accurate molecular dissociation energies are evaluated using the proposed new formula and high-lying AM vibrational energies. The results show that the AM spectra and the new theoretical dissociation energies agree excellently with experimental data, and thereby providing a new physical approach to generating accurate dissociation energies for electronic states of diatomic molecules.

We proposed a lattice Boltzmann model for the Rossler equation. Using a method of multiscales in the lattice Boltzmann model, we get the ditheion reaction as a special case. If the diffusion effect disappeared, we can obtain the lattice Boltzmann solution of the Rossler equation on the mesescopic scale. The numericale results show the method can be used to simulate Rossler equation.

Recently, we have proposed an iterative projection and contraction (PC) method for a class of linear complementarity problems (LCP)([4.). The method was showed to be globally convergent, but no statement could be made about the rate of convergence. In this paper, we develop a modified globally linearly convergent PC method for linear complementarity problems. Both the method and the convergence proofs are very simple. The method can also be used to solve some linear variational inequalities. Several computational experiments are presented to indicate that the method is surprising good for solving some known difficult problems.

ndecatungstogallates K_n[GaW_(11)O_(39)M (H_2O)]· xH_2O (M=Mn, Co , Ni , Cu ,Cr, Fe or Zn) were prepared and their redox properties in solution were investigat-ed using polarographic and cyclic voltammographic methods. Experimental resultsindicated that the heteropolyanions underwent two-step , two-electron tungsten re-duction processes, and each reduction process was accompanied by *** complexes of Cu and Mn exhibit voltammetric redox features corresponding toreduction of Cu￣Ⅰ to Cu￣Ⅰ and oxidation of Mn￣Ⅱ to Mn￣Ⅲ and Mn￣Ⅳ. The title het-eropolyanions show catalysis effect on olefin epoxidation by iodosylbenzene or hy-drogen peroxide.

Using fura-2-acetoxymethyl ester (AM) fluorescence imaging and patch clamp techniques, we found that endothelin-1 (ET-1) significantly elevated the intracellular calcium level ([Ca2+]i) in a dose-dependent manner and activated the L-type Ca2+ channel in cardiomyocytes isolated from rats. The effect of ET-1 on [Ca2+]i elevation was abolished in the presence of the ETA receptor blocker BQ123, but was not affected by the ETB receptor blocker BQ788. ET-1-induced an increase in [Ca2+]i, which was inhibited 4..7% by pretreatment with a high concentration of ryanodine (10 μmol/L), a blocker of the ryanodine receptor. The ET-1-induced [Ca2+]i increase was also inhibited by the inhibitors of protein kinase A (PKA), protein kinase C (PKC) and angiotensin type 1 receptor (AT1 receptor). We found that ET-1 induced an enhancement of the amplitude of the whole cell L-type Ca2+ channel current and an increase of open-state probability (NPo) of an L-type single Ca2+ channel. BQ123 completely blocked the ET-1-induced increase in calcium channel open-state probability. In this study we demonstrated that ET-1 regulates calcium overload through a series of mechanisms that include L-type Ca2+ channel activation and Ca2+-induced Ca2+ release (CICR). ETA receptors, PKC, PKA and AT1 receptors may also contribute to this pathway.

Six series of meso-tetrakis (4.n-alkanoyloxyphenyl) porphyrin Co and Ni complexes (12 kinds) were reported. Nine of the compounds were found to exhibit liquid crystal properties and display a hexagonal columnar discotic columnar (Colh) phase. Molecular structure of all synthesized compounds was confirmed by IR, UV, MS, 1H NIVR, and elemental analysis. These liquid crystalline compounds have been studied by cyclic voltammetry, luminescence, and surface photovoltage spectroscopy.
