Liver cirrhosis is the final pathological result of various chronic liver diseases,and fibrosis is the precursor of *** types of cells,cytokines and miRNAs are involved in the initiation and progression of liver fibrosis and *** of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)is a pivotal event in *** and capillarization of liver sinusoidal endothelial cells are major contributing factors to hepatic dysfunction in liver *** Kupffer cells destroy hepatocytes and stimulate the activation of *** cycles of apoptosis and regeneration of hepatocytes contribute to pathogenesis of *** the molecular level,many cytokines are involved in mediation of signaling pathways that regulate activation of HSCs and ***,miRNAs as a post-transcriptional regulator have been found to play a key role in fibrosis and *** animal models of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis,as well as the recently identified critical cellular and molecular factors involved in the development of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis will facilitate the development of more effective therapeutic approaches for these conditions.

Capillary zone electrophoresis was employed for the analysis of histamine in single rat peritoneal mast cells using an amperometric detector. In this method, individual mast cells and then 0.02 mol/L NaOH as a lysing solution are injected into the front end of the separation capillary. A cell injector was constructed for easy injection of single cells. Histamine in single mast cells has been identified and quantified.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that human microRNAs(miRNAs)and diseases are associated and studies on the microRNA-disease association(MDA)have been *** developed a model using a low-rank approximation-based link propagation algorithm with Hilbert–Schmidt independence criterion-based multiple kernel learning(HSIC-MKL)to solve the problem of the large time commitment and cost of traditional biological experiments involving miRNAs and diseases,and improve the model *** constructed three kernels in miRNA and disease space and conducted kernel fusion using *** propagation uses matrix factorization and matrix approximation to effectively reduce computation and time *** results of the experiment show that the approach we proposed has a good effect,and,in some respects,exceeds what existing models can do.

Two new triterpenes, 2α,3β-dihydroxyurs- 12-en- 18,19-epoxy-28-oic acid （1） and 18,19-seco, 2α, 2α-dihydroxyl-19-oxo-urs- 11,13（18）-dien-28-oic acid （2） were isolated from the herbaceous part of Duchesnea indica. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR technique. The isolated compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against HeLa and L929 cell lines.

Thermally grown oxide(TGO)is a critical factor for the service life of thermal barrier coatings(TBC).Numerical simulations of the growth process of TGO have become an effective means of comprehensively understanding the progressive damage of the TBC *** present,technologies of numerical simulation to TGO growth include two categories:coupled chemical-mechanical methods and mechanical equivalent *** former is based on the diffusion analysis of oxidizing elements,which can describe the influence of bond coat(BC)consumption and phase transformation in the growth process of TGO on the mechanical behavior of each layer of TBC,and has high accuracy for the thickness evolution of TGO,but they cannot describe the lateral growth of TGO and the rumpling phenomenon *** latter focuses on describing the final stress and strain state after the growth of a specific TGO rather than the complete growth processes of *** on the measured TGO thickness growth curve,simulations of thickening and lateral growth can be achieved by directly applying anisotropic volumetric strain to oxidized elements and switching elements properties from the BC to the TGO.

The title compound 1,5-diphenyl-3-phenacylthio-1H-1,2,4-triazole 2 （C22H17- N3OS, Mr = 371.45） was prepared by the reaction of 1-benzoyl-3-phenyl-aminothiourea 1 with 2-bromoacetophenone. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P^1-, a = 8.906（3）, b = 9.853（3）, c = 11.226（4）A, α= 100.562（5）, β= 101.285（5）, γ. = 105.096（6）^c, Z = 2, V = 903.7（5） ]A^3, Dc= 1.365 g/cm^3,μ（MoKa） = 0.196 mm^-1, F（000） = 388, the final R = 0.0506 and wR = 0.0985 for 2532 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. Its formation mechanism was proposed.

The microstructures and crystallization behavior of Ti-47 at% Ni-3 at% Fe shape memory alloy wire under the condition of severe cold drawing at room temperature and different post-deformation annealing processes were intensively investigated using transmission electron microscope（TEM） and differential scanning calorimetry（DSC）. It is indicated that the amorphous phase is dominant in the Ti50Ni47Fe3 wire after the cold drawing of 78 % areal reduction. The critical temperature for recrystalization is determined at about 300 °C. The average grain size grows from 7 up to 125 nm when annealing temperature rises from300 to 500 °C. Post-deformation annealing process exerts significant influence on the crystallization temperature which climbs up with the increase of annealing temperature.

SiC films were prepared by heating polystyrene/Si（111） in normal pressure argon atmosphere at different temperatures. The films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared absorption measurements. The thicknesses of SiC films were calculated from FTIR spectra. The growth kinetics of the growth process of SiC films were investigated as well. The thicknesses of the SiC films grown for 1 h with increasing growth temperatures have different trends in the three temperature ranges： increasing slowly （1200-1250 ℃）, increasing quickly （1250- 12.70 ℃）, and decreasing （1270-1300 ℃）. The apparent activation energies of the growth process of SiC films in the three ranges were calculated to be 122.5,522.5, and -127.5 J/mol respectively. Mechanisms of the different growth processes were discussed. The relation between film thicknesses and growth temperatures indicated that the growth process was a 2D mechanism in the first range and 3D mechanism in the second range. In the third range, the thicknesses of SiC films were decreased by the volatility of Si and C atoms.

Copper foils with gradient structure in thickness direction and different roughnesses on two surfaces fabricated by double rolling

Copper foils with gradient structure in thickness direction and different roughnesses on two surfaces were fabricated by double rolling. The two surface morphologies of double-rolled copper foils are quite different, and the surface roughness values are 61 and 1095 nm, respectively. The roughness value of matt surface can meet the requirement for bonding the resin matrix with copper foils used for flexible printed circuit boards, thus may omit traditional roughening treatment; the microstructure of double-rolled copper foils demonstrates an obviously asymmetric gradient feature. From bright surface to matt surface in thickness direction, the average grain size first increases from 2.3 to 7.4 μm and then decreases to 3.6 μm; compared with conventional rolled copper foils, the double-rolled copper foils exhibit a remarkably increased bending fatigue life, and the increased range is about 16.2%.
