A novel high-Cr CoNi-based superalloy with superior high-temperature microstructural stability, oxidation resistance and mechanical properties

A novel multicomponent high-Cr CoNi-based superalloy with superior comprehensive performance was prepared,and the evaluation of its high-temperature microstructural stability,oxidation resistance,and mechanical properties was conducted mainly using its cast polycrystalline *** results disclosed that the morphology of theγ′phase remained stable,and the coarsening rate was slow during the long-term aging at 900–1000℃.The activation energy forγ′precipitate coarsening of alloy 9CoNi-Cr was(402.51)kJ/mol,which is higher compared with those of CMSX-4 and some other Ni-based and Co-based ***,there was no indica-tion of the formation of topologically close-packed phases during this *** these factors demonstrated the superior microstructural stability of the *** mass gain of alloy 9CoNi-Cr was 0.6 mg/cm^(2. after oxidation at 1000℃ for 100 h,and the oxidation resistance was comparable to advanced Ni-based superalloys CMSX-4,which can be attributed to the formation of a continuous Al_(2.O_(3) protective ***,the compressive yield strength of this cast polycrystalline alloy at high temperatures is clearly higher than that of the conventional Ni-based cast superalloy and the compressive minimum creep rate at 950℃ is comparable to that of the conventional Ni-based cast superalloy,demonstrating the alloy’s good mechanical properties at high *** is partially because high Cr is bene-ficial in improving theγandγ′phase strengths of alloy 9CoNi-Cr.

Voluntary wheel running ameliorated the deleterious effects of high-fat diet on glucose metabolism,gut microbiota and microbial-associated metabolites

Exercise training is critical for the early prevention and treatment of obesity and diabetes ***,the mechanism with gut microbiota and fecal metabolites underlying the effects of voluntary wheel running on high-fat diet induced abnormal glucose metabolism has not been fully elaborated.C57BL/6 male mice were randomly assigned to 4 groups according to diets(fed with normal chow diet or high-fat diet)and running paradigm(housed in static cage or with voluntary running wheel).An integrative 16S rDNA sequencing and metabolites profiling was synchronously performed to characterize the effects of voluntary wheel running on gut microbiota and *** showed that voluntary wheel running prevented the detrimental effects of high-fat feeding on glucose metabolism 16S rDNA sequencing showed remarkable changes in Rikenella and Marvinbryantia *** profiling indicated multiple altered metabolites,which were enriched in secondary bile acid biosynthesis *** conclusion,our study indicated that voluntary wheel running significantly improved glucose metabolism and counteracted the deleterious effects of high-fat feeding on body weight and glucose *** further found that voluntary wheel running could integratively program gut microbiota composition and fecal metabolites changes,and may regulate muricholic acid metabolism and secondary bile acid biosynthesis in high-fat fed mice.

Intelligent chemical sensors have been extensively used in food safety and environmental assessment,while limited sensitivity and homogeneity bring about huge obstacles to their practical ***,novel ionically conductive sensitive materials were elaborately designed based on metal ion decorated graphene oxide(GO)via a facile and general in-situ spin-coating strategy,where the abundant functional groups(-OH and-COOH)of GO layer could provide natural binding sites for various bivalent metal cations(such as Cu^(2.),Ni^(2.),Zn^(2.),Co^(2.),and Mg^(2.))through coordination and electrostatic *** intercalated metal cations on the layered GO nanosheets can be regarded as charge carriers and complexation with targeted gas(cadaverine,Cad),which is a typical metabolites production and food *** contrast,the designed GO@Cu(Ⅱ)sensor exhibited the optimal sensing performance toward Cad molecules at room temperature,including ultra-low detection limit(ca.3 nL),excellent sensitivity,and rapid low concentration detection rate(only 16 s).Interestingly,the sensor exhibited an irreversible and specific response toward Cad,while it showed a transient and reversible response to other interfering gases,implying its outstanding *** addition,the GO@Cu(Ⅱ)sensor enabled real-time monitoring of the decay progression of cheese,and it exhibited great potential for large-scale production via its excellent *** provides an efficient approach to tailoring intelligent chemical sensors for real-time food safety monitoring and human health warning.

To clarify the electromagnetic,vibration,and loss characteristics of the internal components of a converter transformer under DC bias conditions and their influencing mechanisms,a series of studies are conducted using the finite element method and model *** paper quantifies the influence of different DC contents on the magnetic flux density,force,and displacement distribution characteristics of the iron core and winding and analyzes the internal relationship between various *** inflection point of the DC bias coefficient on the vibration is obtained and the contribution mechanism of the different responses of the iron core and winding to this inflection point is *** value of the DC bias coefficient for changing the main vibration frequency is *** the DC bias coefficient is 1.0 and 1.5,the main frequency of vibration moves to the right to 2.0 Hz and 350 *** on the principle of similarity,a DC bias vibration experimental platform for converter transformers is developed,and DC bias magnetic experiments are conducted to verify the reliability of the simulation results.

Unveiling Nb-Ta mineralization processes:Insight from quartz textural and chemical characteristics in the Songshugang deposit,Jiangxi Province,South China

The Songshugang deposit is a large Ta-Nb deposit in South China,with Ta-Nb mineralization associated genetically with the granite and pegmatite.A diversity of quartz from topaz-albite granite,quartz-mica pegmatite,quartz-feldspar pegmatite,and quartz-fluorite pegmatite at Songshugang was studied by CL and LA-ICP-MS in order to constrain enrichment mechanisms of Nb and Ta and to find geochemical indicators of quartz for rare metal *** image illuminates a canvas of complexity,the quartz from topaz-albite granite,quartz-mica pegmatite,quartz-feldspar pegmatite,and quartz-fluorite pegmatite,exhibits numerous dark CL streaks,patches,and a series of healed *** textures suggest that the rocks were fractured because of deep crustal pressure,and underwent later hydrothermal metasomatism and quartz *** quartz from quartz-fluorite pegmatite present limited patches or fractures but distinct growth bands,indicating that the melt fluid composition during the formation of quartz at this stage varies greatly and is less aff ected by mechanical *** LA-ICP-MS analysis of quartz shows that there is a positive correlation between Al and Li in the quartz from topaz-albite granite,quartz-mica pegmatite,quartz-feldspar pegmatite,to quartz-fluorite pegmatite,indicating that Al mainly enters the quartz lattice through charge compensation substitution mechanism with ***,our data deviate from the theoretical Li:Al mass ratio of~1:3.89 in quartz,indicating that there may be competition between H^(+)and Li in a water-rich magmatic *** quartz from topaz-albite granite is enriched in K and Na elements,and the quartz from quartz-fluorite pegmatite is enriched in fluorite with a low Ca content in quartz,further elucidating that these rocks were subjected to hydrothermal *** topaz-albitite granite to quartz-fluorite pegmatite,Al,Li and Ge content and Al/Ti,Ge/Ti,Sb/Ti ratios in quartz gradually increased,but

Micro-nanoarchitectonic of aluminum-hydrogel propellant with static stability and dynamic rheology

The aluminum-water system is a promising propellant due to high energy and low signal characteristics,and the gel form is easier to store and *** this work,hydrogels of water and aluminum particles were prepared using the low-molecular-weight gellant *** various physical properties of gel systems,including the water loss rate,phase transition temperature,and centrifugal stability at different gellant and aluminum contents,were *** properties were assessed through shear thinning tests,thixotropy tests,strain sweep analysis,and frequency sweep *** microstructure of the gel was obtained through scanning electron microscopy *** results show that the aluminum-hydrogel network structure is composed of micron-scale aluminum and agarose nanosheets,and the unique micro-nanostructure endows the gel with excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability,which improve with increasing gellant and aluminum ***,the gel with 2. agarose and 2.% aluminum had the best performance;the storage modulus reached 90647 Pa,which was within the linear viscoelastic region,and the maximum withstand pressure was 111.2.kPa,which was 118.8% greater than that of the pure ***,the gel demonstrates remarkable shear thinning behavior and can undergo gel-sol transformation upon shearing or heating to exceeding 114℃.

Functional thermal fluids and their applications in battery thermal management:A comprehensive review
