Origin of the Yueguang gold deposit in Xinhua, Hunan Province, South China: insights from fl uid inclusion and hydrogen–oxygen stable isotope analysis

The Yueguang gold deposit is located in Fengjia,Xinhua County,Hunan Province,South China.It represents a recently discovered small-scale gold deposit situated in the southwestern region of the Jiangnan Orogenic Belt,west of the Baimashan granitic batholith.In order to discern the characteristics of the ore-formingﬂuids,the underlying mineralization processes,and establish a foundation for the origin of the Yueguang gold depositﬂuid inclusion micro-thermometry,as well as quartz hydrogen and oxygen isotope analysis,have been carried out on samples obtained from various stages of mineralization.The hydrothermal miner-alization stages within the Yueguang gold deposit can be categorized into three stages:(i)the barren,pre-ore quartz-pyrite stage(Stage Ⅰ),the quartz-pyrite-gold stage(Stage Ⅱ),and the post-ore quartz-carbonate stage(Stage Ⅲ),with the second stage being the main mineralization stage.Theﬂuid inclusions identiﬁed in samples from the main min-eralization stage can predominantly be described with the NaCl–H_(2)O and CO_(2)–NaCl–H_(2)O systems.These inclusions display homogenization temperatures ranging from 158.8 to 334.9℃,and theﬂuid salinity ranges from 0.3%to 4.0%(wt.%NaCl equiv.).Laser Raman spectroscopy analysis of individual inclusions further reveals the presence of gas-phases such as CO_(2),CH_(4),and N_(2).Isotopic analysis indicatesδ^(18)Oﬂuid values ranging from 3.95 to 6.7‰ and δDH_(2)O values ranging from-71.9 to-55.7‰.These results indi-cate that the ore-formingﬂuid of the Yueguang gold deposit belongs to metamorphic hydrothermalﬂuids of middle-low temperature and low salinity.In the process of ore formation,gold is transported in the form of Au(HS)2-complexes,with gold deposition being driven byﬂuid immiscibility.Therefore,the Yueguang gold deposit is categorized as an orogenic gold deposit dominated by metamorphic hydrother-malﬂuid.It may become a new target for gold exploration in the Baimashan region,central Hunan Province.

With plenty of popular and effective ternary organic solar cells(OSCs)construction strategies proposed and applied,its power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)have come to a new level of over 19%in single-junction devices.However,previous studies are heavily based in chloroform(CF)leaving behind substantial knowledge deficiencies in understanding the influence of solvent choice when introducing a third component.Herein,we present a case where a newly designed asymmetric small molecular acceptor using fluoro-methoxylated end-group modification strategy,named BTP-BO-3FO with enlarged bandgap,brings different morphological evolution and performance improvement effect on host system PM6:BTP-eC9,processed by CF and ortho-xylene(o-XY).With detailed analyses supported by a series of experiments,the best PCE of 19.24%for green solvent-processed OSCs is found to be a fruit of finely tuned crystalline ordering and general aggregation motif,which furthermore nourishes a favorable charge generation and recombination behavior.Likewise,over 19%PCE can be achieved by replacing spin-coating with blade coating for active layer deposition.This work focuses on understanding the commonly met yet frequently ignored issues when building ternary blends to demonstrate cutting-edge device performance,hence,will be instructive to other ternary OSC works in the future.

In this paper,we investigate the system performance of a heterogeneous cellular network consisting of a macro cell and a small cell,where each cell has one user and one base station with multiple antennas.The macro base station(MBS)and the small base station(SBS)transmit their confidential messages to the macro user(MU)and the small user(SU)over their shared spectrum respectively.To enhance the system sum rate(SSR)of MBS-MU and SBS-SU transmission,we propose joint antenna selection combined with optimal power allocation(JAS-OPA)scheme and independent antenna selection combined with optimal power allocation(IAS-OPA)scheme.The JAS-OPA scheme requires to know the channel state information(CSI)of transmission channels and interference channels,while the IAS-OPA scheme only needs to know the CSI of transmission channels.In addition,we carry out the analysis for conventional round-robin antenna selection combined with optimal power allocation(RR-OPA)as a benchmark scheme.We formulate the SSR maximization problem through the power allocation between MBS and SBS and propose iterative OPA algorithms for JAS-OPA,IAS-OPA and RR-OPA schemes,respectively.The results show that the OPA schemes outperform the equal power allocation in terms of SSR.Moreover,we provide the closed-form expression of the system outage probability(SOP)for IAS scheme and RR scheme,it shows the SOP performance can be significantly improved by our proposed IAS scheme compared with RR scheme.

为了明确辽宁地区农田土壤微塑料污染情况,本研究以辽宁14个地区的农田土壤为研究对象,采用密度分离和氧化分解的方法,结合显微镜和红外光谱技术测定了土壤及各级团聚体中微塑料的丰度和分布特征。结果表明:辽宁地区农田土壤中微塑料丰度为3605个·kg^(-1),主要包括纤维状、颗粒状、块状和薄膜状4种形状,其中纤维状最多(42.11%),颗粒状和块状次之(29.10%和22.32%),薄膜状最少(6.47%)。纤维状微塑料的主要成分是尼龙,颗粒状微塑料的主要成分是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,块状和薄膜状微塑料的主要成分是聚乙烯。辽宁14个地区农田土壤中微塑料丰度及其形状组成各不相同,其中辽阳、朝阳、本溪、营口地区土壤中微塑料丰度显著高于其他地区。土壤中69.14%的微塑料以与团聚体结合的方式存在,尤其与小团聚体结合的最多,另外30.86%的微塑料以分散态存在。不同形状微塑料在团聚体中的分布也不同,纤维状和颗粒状微塑料主要存在于小团聚体中,薄膜状微塑料主要存在于大团聚体中,而块状微塑料在各级团聚体中的分布没有显著差异。研究表明,辽宁地区农田土壤中普遍存在微塑料污染,但是在空间上分布不均衡。土壤中微塑料主要是纤维,其成分是尼龙。土壤中的微塑料主要以与团聚体结合的方式存在,但是仍有一部分微塑料以分散态存在,在灌溉或降雨条件下存在向下淋失污染深层土壤和地下水的风险。

Projected burden of stroke in China through 2050

Background:Stroke is the leading cause of death in China,and predicting the stroke burden could provide essential information guiding the setting of medium-and long-term health policies and priorities.The study aimed to project trends associated with stroke burden in China through 2050,not only in terms of incidence and mortality but also for prevalence and disability-adjusted life years(DALYs).Methods:Data on stroke rates in incidence,prevalence,deaths,and DALYs in China between 1990 and 2019 were obtained from a recent Global Burden of Disease study.Demographic-specific trends in rates over time were estimated using three models:the loglinear model,the Lee-Carter model,and a functional time series model.The mean absolute percentage error and the root mean squared error were used for model selection.Projections up to 2050 were estimated using the best fitting model.United Nations population data were used to project the absolute numbers through 2050.Results:From 2019 to 2050,the crude rates for all measures of the stroke burden are projected to increase continuously among both men and women.We project that compared with those in 2019,the incidence,prevalence,deaths,and DALYs because of stroke in China in 2050 will increase by 55.58%,119.16%,72.15%,and 20.04%,respectively;the corresponding increases in number were 2.19,34.27,1.58,and 9.21 million.The age-standardized rate is projected to substantially decline for incidence(8.94%),death(40.37%),and DALYs(43.47%),but the age-standardized prevalence rate is predicted to increase by 10.82%.By 2050,the burden of stroke among the population aged≥65 years will increase significantly:by 104.70%for incidence,by 218.48%for prevalence,by 100.00%for death,and by 58.93%for DALYs.Conclusions:With the aging population in China increasing over the next three decades,the burden of stroke will be markedly increased.Continuous efforts are needed to improve stroke health care and secondary prevention,especially for older adults.

Rapid charge carrier recombination rate and insufficient light harvesting capacity are two dominat-ing drawbacks encountered in zinc indium sulfide(ZnIn_(2)S_(4))for photocatalytic applications.Herein,a chemical reduction method was performed to combine bimetallic Ag-Pd alloy nanoparticles(NPs)with spherical-like ZnIn_(2)S_(4)(ZIS).By optimizing Ag:Pd molar ratio and overall loading amount,the optimal Ag_(0.25)Pd_(0.75)-ZIS sample exhibited a maximum H_(2)evolution rate(125.4μmol/h)under visible light,which was higher than that of ZIS,Ag-ZIS and Pd-ZIS.The loading of Ag NPs contribution to PHE reaction by its plasmonic effect was negligible compared to that of Pd loading(Schottky effect).The apparent quan-tum yield(AQY)values over Ag_(0.25)Pd_(0.75)-ZIS sample could reach up to 18.3%at 400 nm and 15.8%at 420 nm.The enhanced activity for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution(PHE)over Ag_(0.25)Pd_(0.75)-ZIS sample was mainly due to the bimetallic synergistic effect that presented as follows.Firstly,the plasmon hy-bridization by loading Ag-Pd bimetallic alloy can significantly increase light harvesting capacity of ZIS.Secondly,the optimal Schottky barrier height formed between Ag-Pd alloy and ZIS interface was benefi-cial for prolonging electron-hole pair lifetimes,promoting charge carrier separation and thus facilitating PHE efficiency.Density functional theory(DFT)analysis indicated that the adsorption energy of H∗over Pd_(0.75)Ag_(0.25)alloy was very close to zero and thus theoretically possessed the highest activity for H_(2)evo-lution,which is in line with experimental results.Combined theoretical calculation with experimental results,a reasonable photocatalytic mechanism was proposed and verified.

目的:分析扩大翼点入路逐步控制性减压手术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月钦州市第二人民医院神经外科收治的重型颅脑损伤患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用大骨瓣减压术联合传统快速减压术治疗,观察组采用扩大翼点入路逐步控制性减压术治疗。比较两组颅内压、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分及预后情况。结果:开颅前,两组颅内压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24、72 h,两组颅内压水平降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后72 h,两组NIHSS评分降低,观察组低于对照组,两组GCS评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组预后良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。结论:扩大翼点入路逐步控制性减压手术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果显著,可降低颅内压水平,改善患者神经功能、昏迷程度及预后。

Early weaning leads to the remodeling of lipid profile in piglet jejunal crypt cells during post-weaning days

Reportedly,proteins involved in lipid metabolism change significantly in the jejunal crypt cells of earlyweaned piglets,but the exact lipid profile change remains uncertain.In the present study,32 piglets weaned at 21 d of age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates.The jejunal crypt cells of a group of piglets on the post-weaning day(PWD)1,3,7,and 14 were isolated per time point.Crypt cell lipid profiles were analyzed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry.This study showed that piglets suffered the greatest weaning stress on PWD 3 in terms of the lowest relative weight of the small intestine,the highest relative weight of the spleen,and the highest levels of malondialdehyde,cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The lipid profile of jejunal crypt cells including carnitine,sulfatide,sphingomyelin,hexosylceramide,and ceramide greatly changed after weaning,especially between PWD3 and 14(P<0.05).The differential lipid species between these 2 d were mainly involved in the glycerophospholipid metabolism pathway.In addition,potential lipid biomarkers for weaning stress in crypt cells such as phosphatidylcholine(PC)(9:0/26:1),PC(17:0/18:2),carnitine(24:0),carnitine(22:0),sphingomyelin(d14:1/22:0),PC(P-18:0/18:4),phosphatidylethanolamine(P-16:0/20:4),phosphatidylinositol(15:1/24:4),and dihexosylceramide(d14:1/26:1)were identified.The changes in lipid profile might be related to the inflammation caused by early weaning.These findings might provide new therapeutical targets for intestinal dysfunctions caused by weaning stress.

Eutrophication and harmful cyanobacterial blooms threaten water resources all over the world.There is a great controversy about controlling only phosphorus or controlling both nitrogen and phosphorus in the management of lake eutrophication.The primary argument against the dual nutrients control of eutrophication is that nitrogen fixation can compensate the nitrogen deficits.Thus,it is of great necessary to study the factors that can significantly affect the nitrogen fixation.Due to the difference of climate and human influence,the water quality of different lakes(such as water temperature,N:P ratio and water residence time)is also quite different.Numerous studies have reported that the low N:P ratio can intensify the nitrogen fixation capacities.However,the effects of temperature and water residence time on the nitrogen fixation remain unclear.Thus,30 shallows freshwater lakes in the eastern plain of China were selected to measure dissolved N_(2) and Ar concentrations through N_(2):Ar method using a membrane inlet mass spectrometer to quantify the nitrogen fixation capacities and investigate whether the temperature and water residence time have a great impact on nitrogen fixation.The results have shown that the short lake water residence time can severely inhibit the nitrogen fixation capacities through inhibiting the growth of nitrogenfixing cyanobacteria,changing the N:P ratio and resuspending the solids from sediments.Similarly,lakes with low water temperature also have a low nitrogen fixation capacity,suggesting that controlling nitrogen in such lakes is feasible if the growth of cyanobacteria is limited by nitrogen.
