Surface passivation using pyridinium iodide for highly efficient planar perovskite solar cells

Perovskite solar cells have developed rapidly in the past ***,there are large amounts of ionic defects at the surface and grain boundaries of perovskte films which are detrimental to both the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar ***,an organic halide salt pyridinium iodide(PyI) is used in cation-anion-mixed perovskite for surface defect *** from the treatment with Lewis base pyridine(Py) which can only bind to the under-coordinated Pb ions,zwitterion molecule PyI can not only fill negative charged iodine vacancies,but also interact with positive charged *** with Py treatment,PyI treatment results in smoother surface,less defect densities and nonradiative recombination in perovskite,leading to an improved VOC, negligible J-V hysteresis and stable performance of *** a result,the champion PyI-treated planar perovskite solar cell with a high VOC of 1.187 V achieves an efficiency of 21.42%,which is higher than 20.37% of Py-treated device,while the pristine device without any treatment gets an efficiency of 18.83% at the same experiment conditions.

Akebia species,belonging to Lardizabalaceae,are widespread from subtropical to temperate environments of China,Japan,and *** known Akebia species have medicinal and dietary value and have been widely cultivated as a new fruit crop in many areas of ***,compared with other crop species,the breeding improvement and commercial cultivation of Akebia remain in their *** review systematically introduces the present germplasm resources,geographical distribution,biological characteristics,interspecific and intraspecific cross compatibility,molecular biology,and breeding progress in Akebia *** plants are widely distributed in Shanxi,Henan,Sichuan,Chongqing,Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi,Zhejiang,and Fujian provinces of China,and wild Akebia plants exhibit abundant phenotypic and genetic diversity due to their wide range of geographical distribution and high adaptability in different *** artificial hybridization experiments have been conducted in our Akebia germplasm resources *** results showed that there was no reproductive isolation between Akebia species,and fertile progeny could be *** synthesis of knowledge on these species provides insights for the rational development and utilization of these germplasm resources,and can facilitate the development of new breeding lines or varieties for commercial cultivation or ***,perspectives on Akebia breeding research are discussed and conclusions are *** review provided breeders with new insights into Akebia domestication and breeding,and we also proposed five basic steps in the domestication of new fruit crops.

BACKGROUND Hemorrhagic transformation(HT)is a common complication in patients with cerebral ***,its pathogenesis is poorly *** knowledge of factors that may increase risk for HT may help in improving the safety of thrombolytic *** To investigate the predictive value of serum calcium,albumin,globulin and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)levels for HT after intravenous thrombolysis(IVT)in patients with acute cerebral *** Five hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction who received IVT with alteplase within 4.5 h after the onset of disease between January 2018 and January 2021 at our hospital were selected as the study *** were divided into groups based on computed tomography scan results of the brain made within 36 h after *** patients with HT were enrolled in an observation group and 460 patients without HT were enrolled in a control *** calcium,albumin,globulin and MMP-9 levels were compared between the two *** analysis was used to discuss the relationship between these indices and *** The previous history of hypertension,diabetes,atrial fibrillation,cerebrovascular diseases,smoking and alcohol intake were not associated with HT after IVT in patients with acute cerebral infarction(all P>0.05).The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NHISS)score was associated with HT after IVT in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The serum calcium and albumin levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of globulin and MMP-9 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NHISS score,serum calcium,albumin,globulins and MMP-9 were independent factors influencing the occurrence of HT following IVT in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Serum calcium,albumin,globulin and MMP-9 levels are risk factors for HT after IVT

We proposed and demonstrated an all-optical format conversion fi：om return-to-zero quadrature phase shift keying （RZ-QPSK） to non-return-to-zero QPSK （NRZ-QPSK） at 40 Gb/s using a half bit delay inter- ferometer （DI）. Due to the constructive interference in the DI, the format conversion was achieved with the phase information preserved. Q penalty for the format conversion was less than 1.8 dB for I and Q data.

Quadratic Discrimination Function （QDF） is commonly used in speech emotion recognition, which proceeds on the premise that the input data is normal distribution. In this paper, we propose a transformation to normalize the emotional features, emotion recognition. Features based on prosody then derivate a Modified QDF （MQDF） to speech and voice quality are extracted and Principal Component Analysis Neural Network （PCANN） is used to reduce dimension of the feature vectors. The results show that voice quality features are effective supplement for recognition, and the method in this paper could improve the recognition ratio effectively.

Effect of electrochemical etching current on prepared perforated silicon structures for neutron detectors

Neutron detector based on perforated silicon structures backfilled with neutron converting materials could be operated at a low voltage and improves the detection efficiency of thermal neutron. It is found that the intrinsic detection efficiency of thermal neutron is affected by a lot of factors such as the geometry, size, and depth of the perforation and so on. In this study, the perforated silicon was prepared by electrochemical etching. Effect of etching current on geometry, size, and depth of the perforated silicon structures for neutron detectors was also reported.

Persistent uplift means the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)is an ideal natural laboratory to investigate genome evolution and adaptation within highland ***,how paleogeographic and paleoclimatic events influence the genome and population of endemic fish species remains *** maculatum is an ancient endemic fish found on the QTP and the only critically endangered species in the Sisoridae ***,we found that major transposons in the *** genome showed episodic bursts,consistent with contemporaneous geological and climatic events during the QTP ***,histone genes showed significant expansion in the *** genome,which may be mediated by long interspersed nuclear elements(LINE)repetitive element *** analysis showed that ancestral *** populations experienced two significant depressions 2.6 million years ago(Mya)and 10000 years ago,exhibiting excellent synchronization with Quaternary glaciation and the Younger Dryas,***,we propose that paleogeography and paleoclimate were dominating driving forces for population dynamics in endemic fish on the *** movements and temperature fluctuation likely destroyed the habitat and disrupted the drainage connectivity among *** factors may have caused severe bottlenecks and limited migration among ancestral *** populations,resulting in the low genetic diversity and endangered status of the species today.
