Waste-to-Energy treatment is a promising path to environment and energy management in the *** work detailed a binary molten salt thermal treatment methodology for the detoxification of spent cathode carbon block(SCCB)waste and the recycling of carbonaceous *** thermal behavior of SCCB and SCCB blended with molten salts was *** was found that the NaCl-Na_(2)CO_(3)binary molten salts significantly contributed to reducing pyrolysis onset temperature by 334.3 K compared to that of SCCB itself(i.e.,activation energy of pyrolysis reaction was reduced from 4.24×10^(5)to 2.30×10^(5)J/mol),thus helping to lower thermal treatment energy *** the addition of binary molten salts,the residue after thermal treatment in a horizontal tube furnace experiment was separated into two *** bottom-layer residue was mainly composed of molten *** fluorine content in the form of NaF and CaF_(2)of top-layer residue was reduced significantly while the carbon content remained ***,the leaching concentration of fluoride ion was decreased from 4620 mg/L to 856 mg/*** is noted that the NaF and CaF_(2)can be removed through water-leaching and hydrothermal acid-leaching methods and thus the carbonaceous materials with a calorific value of 17.5 MJ/kg were obtained.

Tunnel seismic advance prediction can effectively reduce the construction risk during tunnel *** with the 2-D method,the 3-D method is more conducive to describing the spatial characteristics of the geological body by adding the seismic data in the vertical ***,some drawbacks still need improvement in the current 3-D tunnel seismic prediction method.(1)The geometry is complex,which is destructiveness,high cost,and time-consuming,and will delay the tunnel construction schedule.(2)Illumination of the anomalous body is insufficient,and the precision of migration imaging is low.(3)Shot points are far away from the tunnel face,the energy loss at the shot points is more serious.(4)The received signals at the tunnel wall have the surface wave with strong energy when the shot points are placed on the tunnel wall.(5)The geometry is not linear,so the directional filtering method cannot be used to extract the reflection *** overcome the drawbacks of the current prediction method,a new 3-D symmetrical tunnel seismic prediction method is *** geophones are installed on the tunnel wall,two on the left side,two on the right side,and two on the top ***-four shot points are placed on the tunnel face and near both sides of the tunnel wall,twelve shot points on the left side and twelve shot points on the right *** shot points will move along with the forward excavation of the *** wavefield analysis,illumination statistics,and 3-D reverse time migration imaging are used to evaluate the proposed *** result of modeled data indicates that the proposed 3-D geometry has some advantages:(1)the geometry is simple and the geophone installation time is short;(2)it has high illumination energy,wide illumination range,and can improve the prediction distance and imaging accuracy;(3)the proposed 3-D method can better estimate the velocity of surrounding rock and is more conducive to extracting the reflection wave with high resolut

The deformation and fracture evolution mechanisms of the strata overlying mines mined using sublevel caving were studied via numerical ***,an expression for the normal force acting on the side face of a steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beam in the surrounding rock was deduced based on limit equilibrium *** results show the following:(1)surface displacement above metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities shows significant step characteristics,and(2)the behavior of the strata as they fail exhibits superimposition ***,failure first occurs in certain superimposed strata slightly far from the ***,with the constant downward excavation of the orebody,the superimposed strata become damaged both upwards away from and downwards toward the *** process continues until the deep part of the steeply dipping superimposed strata forms a large-scale deep fracture plane that connects with the *** deep fracture plane generally makes an angle of 12°-20°with the normal to the steeply dipping *** effect of the constant outward transfer of strata movement due to the constant outward failure of the superimposed strata in the metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities causes the scope of the strata movement in these mines to be larger than *** strata in the metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities mainly show flexural toppling ***,the steeply dipping structural strata near the goaf mainly exhibit shear slipping failure,in which case the mechanical model used to describe them can be simplified by treating them as steeply dipping superimposed cantilever *** taking the steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beam that first experiences failure as the key stratum,the failure scope of the strata(and criteria for the stability of metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities mined using sublevel caving)can be obtained via iterative computations from the ke

深部煤炭资源开采过程中,强矿震事件屡有发生,已经成为制约深部煤矿安全高效生产的重要原因。以东滩煤矿63_(上)06工作面为研究背景,运用PFC^(2D)数值软件模拟煤层开采过程中上覆多关键层的破坏过程,分析其采动应力场变化规律,并运用单广义位移厚梁力学理论推导多关键层破断的力学机制。结果表明:上覆关键层的破断模式分为悬空破断和悬伸破断2种;因采动应力场变化的力拱效应,煤层采动过程中上覆关键层竖直应力逐渐减小,而水平应力增加;推导了关键层悬空破断和悬伸破断前受到的最大拉应力公式和最大悬空距和悬伸距,揭示了深部采煤上覆关键层破断力学机制。研究结果对于发展和完善深部采煤覆岩运移理论具有重要的意义。

深厚软土地基上建设大面积重载散货堆场面临工程造价高、工期长且运营期仍将出现不均匀沉降需维修改造的问题。天津港区某矿石堆场项目采用“常规真空预压地基处理+运营期矿石分级压载”建设方式,基于软土地基持续固结特性实现堆场堆存能力提升,具有工序简单、建设周期短、经济效益好等优势。以该项目为依托介绍了地基处理方案及相应设计参数,运用考虑土体强度增加的地基承载力分析方法确定了矿石分级压载方案,制订了地基承载能力达标且固结稳定后堆场维护改造方案。实测数据表明地基土在矿石压载下继续固结,土体强度增加,地基承载力得到提高,改造后堆场沉降变形较小,达到了堆存能力提升扩容改造的目标,可为类似项目的建设运营提供参考。

对于港口铁路散货作业线,装卸作业过程中如货物撒落会污染道床,造成钢轨、扣件加速老化,信号不畅,影响生产安全及效率,同时难以清扫的货物造成货损。在港口铁路散货装卸线上设铺面能够使上述问题得到缓解改善。本文分析几种铺面结构的特点、比较其优缺点,以天津港某铁路散货装卸线铺面改造工程为例,对铺面结构进行技术经济比选,在不同路段进行不同结构的铺设,实施效果达到预期。对类似工程的应用有参考作用。

为了给砂土邓肯-张模型参数的确定提供一种不做三轴试验条件下的获取途径,以大量的砂土三轴试验数据为基础,利用机器学习算法(支持向量机),用平均粒径、不均匀系数、曲率系数、相对密实度、干密度等较容易测得的基本物理参数作为输入值,以邓肯-张本构模型参数作为输出值,建立砂土本构参数的预测模型。从输入参数与输出参数的相关性看,输入参数中的干密度对输出参数影响最大;从不同核函数对支持向量机(SVM)预测效果的影响看,RBF核函数预测效果最好;在此基础上,预测邓肯-张本构模型参数。利用建立的参数预测模型,只需进行简单的室内物理性质试验获得基本物理性质参数,即可推定用于工程数值计算的邓肯-张模型参数,提高工程分析的效率和准确性,也可以用于判断室内三轴试验结果的正确性等。

深部煤矿强矿震震源参数分析及震源机制研究

我国煤炭资源开采逐渐走向深部,山东、内蒙等多个矿井大能量矿震频发,严重制约了煤矿的安全高效生产。对强震震源机制的解析是强矿震预警及防控的前提。通过深度剖析东滩煤矿63上06工作面回采过程中发生的27次强矿震事件,利用现场监测和理论分析手段对强矿震地震波形进行快速傅里叶变换(FFT)处理,采用Savage震源谱模型拟合获取拐角频率及低频位移幅值,分析强矿震震源参数间的关联性,揭示震源破裂尺度及破裂面产状特征。基于矩张量反演和破裂面产状计算,获取东滩煤矿强矿震震源机制解及破裂面产状,结果表明强矿震事件震源机制以剪切破坏为主、混合剪切破坏次之。煤层上覆厚硬岩层分别沿工作面推进方向及邻近采空区横向方向发生断裂错动,2种矿震诱发机制相互交叉、相互促进。煤层开采引起的上覆厚硬岩层剧烈运动及瞬时断裂从而释放大量应变能是导致强矿震事件频发的主要原因。
