Active control of the optical parameters in strontium titanate(SrTiO_(3),STO)thin films is highly desirable for tunable terahertz(THz)integrated devices such as filters,phase modulators,and electro-optical *** this work,optically tuned dielectric parameters of a STO thin film epitaxially grown on a silicon wafer were characterized in the THz region with an 800 nm laser pump-THz detection *** refractive index,extinction coefficient,and complex dielectric constant of the STO thin film were calculated using thin-film parameter *** to carrier transportation and soft-mode oscillation,the above optical parameters changed notably with the pump power of the external *** study is of great significance for rapid and non-contact THz phase-modulation technology and may serve as a powerful tool to tune the dielectric properties of the STO thin films.

Background:There is scant evidence regarding the effects of exercise type and duration on quality of life(QoL)in digestive system cancer(DSC)*** aim to investigate the optimal type and duration of exercise to improve QoL for DSC survivors through a systematic review and network ***:A systematic literature search of PubMed,Embase,and Web of Science was *** for study inclusion was limited to studies that were randomized controlled trials involving all kinds of exercise in adult patients with DSCs,and the comparator was in standard care or other types of *** primary outcome was QoL,including general health,physical health,mental health,and role *** outcomes included cancer-related symptoms such as fatigue,insomnia,depression,anxiety,and duration of hospital *** network meta-analyses were performed using a random-effect ***:The analysis included 32 eligible articles and a total of 2558 *** primary outcome indicated that short-term aerobic exercise significantly enhanced general health(standardized mean difference(SMD)=0.66,95%credible intervals(Crls):0.05 to 1.30),and also contributed to a better mental health(SMD=0.38,95%CrI:-0.05 to 0.81)and role function(SMD=0.48,95%CrI:-0.27 to 1.20).Although without significant changes,short-term resistance exercise tended to increase the physical health of patients with DSCs(SM=0.69,95%CrI:-0.07 to 1.50)and effective in alleviating fatigue(SMD=-0.77,95%CrI:-1.50 to 0.01).Short-term aerobic exercise was related to a lower score of insomnia(SMD=-1.20,95%CrI:-2.40 to 0.06),depression(SMD=-0.51,95%CrI:-1.50 to 0.45),and anxiety(SMD=-0.45,95%CrI:-1.30 to 0.34).All types of exercise related to a trend of declined hospital stays(-0.87 to-5.00 day).Long-term resistance exercise,however,was negatively associated with general health(SMD=-0.33,95%CrI:-1.70 to 1.00),physical health(SMD=-0.18,95%CrI:-1.30to 0.90),and role function(SMD=-1.20,95%CrI:

In this paper, a novel energy functional minimization model is proposed for ultrasound images denoising. A controllable regularized term and the variational method are employed in the process of speckle noise. This model not only improves the plasticity of the model, but also improves the effect and efficiency of noise removal. The new model has different diffusion performance in different regions. At the same time, the diffusion performance is related to the parameters introduced by the proposed model. Numerical simulation results show that different parameters have different denoising effects, and the proposed model for speckle noise removal is superior to traditional models.

结合新工科视角,以学生发展为中心、课程目标为导向,以锂离子电池设计与制作实验为例,通过虚拟仿真与操作实践结合、课内课外结合、实验教学与大学生创新创业活动和课程思政结合,努力打造新工科专业综合设计实验教学的新形态。将虚拟仿真练习与实验实践结合,把锂离子电池的基本实验原理、微观电极反应机制、动态老化机制、离子传输机制等可视化,增强了学习兴趣;通过小组合作,引导学生自行设计锂离子电池的总体实验方案和步骤,通过“虚实结合”提高实验教学的效果。将学术成果前沿与企业需求引入课程,推动理论知识与实际应用的紧密结合,推动实验课程与科研活动和大学生创新创业活动相结合,推动实验教学与课程思政结合,形成课内课外互补的实验教学“双通道”模式。教学过程中采用全过程、多维度考核方式,有效调动学生能动性,提升学生综合素养,锻炼学生综合设计能力、分析问题和解决问题能力,获得了良好的教学效果。

The simple surface current model is extended to study the generation of high-order harmonics for a relativistic circularly polarized laser pulse interacting with a plasma grating surface. Both exact relativistic electron dynamics and optical interference of surface periodic structure are considered. It is found that high order harmonics in the specular direction are obviously suppressed whereas the harmonics of the grating periodicity are strongly enhanced and folded into small solid angles with respect to the surface direction. The conversion efficiency of certain harmonics is five orders of magnitude higher than that of the planar target cases. It provides an effective approach to generate a coherent radiation within the so-called ＇water window＇ while maintaining high conversion efficiency and narrow angle spread.

AIM To investigate the function and mechanism of ubiquitinlike modifier activating enzyme 2(Uba2) in progression of gastric cancer(GC) *** Uba2 level in patients with GC was analyzed by Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. MTT and colony formation assays were performed to examine cell *** cytometry was used for cell cycle *** healing and Transwell assays were conducted to examine the effects of Uba2 on migration and *** levels of cell cycle-related proteins, epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) biomarkers, and involvement of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway was assessed by Western blotting. Activation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway was confirmed by luciferase *** Uba2 expression was higher in GC than in normal *** Uba2 expression was correlated with tissue differentiation, Lauren's classification, vascular invasion,and TNM stage, as determined by the analysis of 100 GC cases(P < 0.05). Knock-down of Uba2 inhibited GC cell proliferation, induced cell cycle arrest, and altered expression of cyclin D1, P21, P27, and Bcl-2, while upregulation of Uba2 showed the opposite effects. The wound healing and Transwell assays showed that Uba2 promoted GC cell migration and invasion. Western blotting revealed alterations in EMT biomarkers, suggesting the role of Uba2 in EMT. Furthermore, the luciferase reporter assay indicated the involvement of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway as a possible modulator of Uba2 oncogenic *** Uba2 plays a vital role in GC cell migration and invasion,possibly by regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and EMT.

Real-Time Pricing (RTP) is proposed as an effective Demand-Side Management (DSM) to adjust the load curve in order to achieve the peak load shifting. At the same time, the RTP mechanism can also raise the revenue of the supply-side and reduce the electricity expenses of consumers to achieve a win-win situation. In this paper, a real-time pricing algorithm based on price elasticity theory is proposed to analyze the energy consumption and the response of the consumers in smart grid structure. We consider a smart grid equipped with smart meters and two-way communication system. By using real data to simulate the proposed model, some characteristics of RTP are summarized as follows: 1) Under the condition of the real data, the adjustment of load curve and reducing the expenses of consumers is obviously. But the profit of power supplier is difficult to ensure. If we balance the profits of both sides, the supplier and consumers, the profits of both sides and the adjustment of load curve will be relatively limited. 2) If assuming the response degree of consumers to real-time prices is high enough, the RTP mechanism can achieve the expected effect. 3, If the cost of supply-side (day-ahead price) fluctuates dramatically, the profits of both sides can be ensured to achieve the expected effect.
