The new dual circulation development pattern is not only a far-sighted strategy based on current economic development,but is also grounded in economic theories(such as theory of economic development of large countries,economic growth theory,international trade theory,new economic geography theory,and Marxist political economics theory).Among them,Marxist political economy is the keystone theory as the domestic circulation reflects Marx's theories of capital turnover and social reproduction,the international circulation involves the theories of spatial production and world market put forward in the book Capital,and the"dual circulation"theory,which combines both,shows Marx's theory of the organic composition of *** proposal of"dual circulation"mechanism is an innovative proposition in the theoretical study of socialist political economy with Chinese *** important practical innovation of building the new pattern of development will open a new chapter of socialist development with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the reasons for which are as follows:Scientific understanding of the historical orientation of the new development stage is the foundation for building a new pattern of development,with the domestic circulation leading the international one,and realizing the combination and coordination of efficient market and effective government as the policy base for its smooth *** main means to build the new pattern of development is to deepen reform and expand opening-up.

Optimizing Design on AC Filters in Jinping-Sunan ±800 kV UHVDC Project

In DC transmission systems,AC filters can effectively reduce the hazards of harmonics, and compensate the reactive power requirements of the converters, thus the type and parameter choice of the filters is important. Therefore, based on the system conditions of Jinping-Sunan ± 800 kV UHV DC (ultra-high voltage direct current) transmission project and the main harmonics,three types of filters were designed. The parameters of filter components were determined according to the reactive power compensation. By calculating the filter performance and rating, the results show that the parallel tuning with greatly over-currents appears in the low-voltage arm of BP11/13 filter. In order to avoid this kind of danger, a filter named BP11/BP13 is designed. Studies show that this type of filter can fully meet the filter performance requirements and avoid the over-current. It is concluded that the filter BP11/BP13 can reduce the rating of the components and enhance the stability in the long-term operation.

Coordinated mission decision-making is one of the core steps to effectively exploit the capabilities of cooperative attack of multiple aircrafts. However, the situational assessment is an essential base to realize the mission decision-making. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a mission decision-making method of multi-aircraft cooperatively attacking multi-target based on situational assessment. We have studied the situational assessment mathematical model based on the Dempster-Shafer(D-S) evidence theory and the mission decision-making mathematical model based on the game theory. The proposed mission decision-making method of antagonized airfight is validated by some simulation examples of a swarm of unmanned combat aerial vehicles(UCAVs)that carry out the mission of the suppressing of enemy air defenses(SEAD).

The vibroflotation technique has now become a comparatively perfect method. However, the stone column driving at the sea bottom, which is liable to ebb and flood tides, is seldom tried abroad and has been tried for the first time at home. We have designed a set of construction techniques for driving and installing stone columns at sea. These techniques have been proved successful and highly efficient by practice. At the sea bottom were conducted three groups of large-scale loading tests and the allowable bearing capacity of the composite foundation was obtained as 130 kPa, against that of the natural foundation: 50 kPa. The allowable bearing capacity of the composite foundation showed 2.6 times as much as that of the natural foundation. Also obtained was the distribution ratio of stress, n = 3. The experience and indexes, obtained from the Yantai Harbour Project, have already been justified in the application in reinforcing the coastal highway at the Huaneng Power Plant of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province.

Based on theoretical logics derived from the literature and the historical experience,we take a deep look at the relationship between international policy coordination and RMB *** policy coordination and RMB internationalisation are *** the one hand,an effective policy coordination mechanism needs the support of an efficient international monetary system,thus calling for diversification of international vehicle ***,supported by solid economic fundamentals,can be a good candidate as one of the international vehicle currencies in the diversified international monetary *** the other hand,due to the existence of policy spill-over effects,an appropriate coordination mechanism improves policy effectiveness in China,which promotes RMB internationalisation by enhancing China’s economic and financial strength.

China is one of most biodiverse countries in the world, containing at least 10% of all angiosperm ***, we should anticipate a diverse, pollinator fauna. China also has a long history of applied ethnobiology, including a sustainable agriculture based on apiculture and plant-pollinator ***, the science of pollination ecology is a far younger sub-discipline in China, compared to in the West. Chinese studies in pollination ecology began in the 1970 s. For this review, we compiled a complete reference database(>600 publications) of pollination studies in China. Using this database, we identified and analyzed gaps and limitations in research on the pollination systems of native and naturalized species. Specifically, we asked the following questions: 1) What do we know about the pollination systems of native, Chinese species? 2) How does Chinese pollination ecology compare with the development of pollination research abroad and which aspects of research should be pursued by Chinese anthecologists in the near future? 3) What research on pollination in China will advance our understanding and contribute to our ongoing analyses of endemism and conservation? Subsequently, we segregated and identified prospective lines of future research that are unique to China and can only be done in China. This requires discussing priorities within a systematic approach.

非机械式激光光束扫描系统具有体积小、重量轻、易集成等优势,在激光雷达、激光武器和激光通信等领域具有较大的应用前景,其通光口径决定着设备的工作距离、扫描精度和目标摧毁能力。基于液晶偏振光栅设计了一种全电控制的大口径激光光束扫描系统。采用液晶偏振光栅和液晶空间光调制器的协同工作方式,实现光束的大角度连续扫描;设计了光束扫描系统,并重点分析了级联液晶偏振光栅组的控制策略,给出了具体控制方法。最后,进行了激光光束的初步扫描实验,实现了70 mm口径光束在−16.575°~16.575°的偏转。该研究结果为激光光束的非机械式扫描控制提供了技术支撑,并在大口径激光扫描系统应用方面进行了初步探索。

This paper presents a new method of analysis and measurement. When a semiconductor wafer is illuminated by microwave and light, the microwave transmission coefficient(MTC) through a sample is related to the wavelength of light. When the wavelength of light is continuously changed, the MTC is changed simultaneously. We have theoretically analyzed the relationship among the MTC and the diffusion length, and the lifetime of minority carrier and the surface recombination velocity. All these parameters can be determined by the microwave and light absorption spectroscopy. We made an instrument to measure the MTC at various light wavelengths. This is a contactless measuring method, with a measuring area being circular spot about 7mm2. The sample can be removed freely on the testboard. There is a calculating result with a minimal standard deviation by using a program of nonlinear curve fitting.

目的:观察兰州市西固区学龄前期儿童眼生物学参数及视功能变化特点,为青少年儿童的近视预防提供相关依据。方法:随机抽取2020~2022年兰州市西固区3~5岁儿童作为研究对象,将完整资料的280名儿童共560眼进行研究。结果:2020年检出远视488眼,近视16眼;2021年检出远视156眼,近视100眼;2022年检出远视116眼,近视175眼。2020年其平均球镜度为(0.94±0.90)D,随时间逐渐降低(P<0.05)。2020年平均眼轴长度为(21.9±0.7)mm,随时间逐渐增长(P<0.05)。2年随访间注视稳定性逐渐正常化(P<0.05)。2021年存在中心凹抑制占18.93%,2022年占1.43%。大范围2阶立体2021年正常的构成比为274例(97.86%),2022年正常的的构成比为277例(98.93%)。运动视差立体2021年不通过的21例(7.5%),2022年不通过的8例(2.86%)。精细立体2021年正常比为149例(53.21%),2022年的正常比为263例(93.93%)。两年间的水平及垂直眼位均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:本地区学龄前儿童的正视眼比例逐年增高,近视化趋势明显,鉴于该年龄的幼儿脑视觉功能已发育完善,故应将预防近视的关键时间段放在3岁。
