Ethylene carbonate(EC)is the conventional and promising solvent to achieve high energy lithium metal ***,the innate low energy level of lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)in EC makes it incompatible with lithium metal,causing uncontrolled lithium growth and low Coulombic efficiency(CE).Herein,we introduced bis(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)carbonate(TFEC),a carbonate with a strong electron-withdrawing effect(-CF_(3)),which enhances the stability of EC at electrode interface by reducing ion-dipole interactions between li^(+)and *** the interaction between li and EC weakens,TFEC and more PF_(6)^(-)anions coordinate with li^(+),promoting the formation of contact ion pairs(CIPs)and aggregates(AGGs),thereby increasing the inorganic composition within the solid electrolyte ***,the distinct solvated sheath structure favors the decomposition of fluorinated solvents and PF_(6)^(-)anions,forming inorganic-rich electrode-electrolyte interfaces(SEI and CEI),thereby ensuring high stability for both the li anode and high-voltage ***,when applied in the full-cell li||liMn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)PO_(4),it displays consistent cycling performance,exhibiting minimal capacity decay with a retention rate of 62.5%after800 cycles,substantially surpassing that of cells using base electrolytes(29.8%).

准确的场景相似性评估对于优化测试场景集极为重要。然而,现有的基于轨迹的评价方法未能充分捕捉城市交叉口中车辆间的复杂动态交互特征,从而影响评价结果的准确性。针对此问题,本研究提出了一种基于有向图的城市交叉口场景相似性评价方法,该方法通过比较两个场景中车辆的全局交互拓扑关系在时空上的匹配程度来量化场景之间的相似性。首先,使用有向图来表征各个交叉口中车辆间的交互拓扑结构。然后,通过比较不同交叉口场景的有向图结构匹配程度来估计它们之间的交互相似性。最后,采用动态时间扭曲算法在时间维度上对齐场景,实现两个不同长度测试场景序列的有效比较。3对典型评价案例的定性分析结果显示,该方法能够细粒度地区分不同相似度水平的场景。进一步地,为定量验证方法的有效性,开展了场景相似度与自动驾驶系统性能之间的方差分析实验。实验结果表明,在不同相似度水平场景簇的测试条件下,系统的安全性和效率均表现出显著的差异,从而证实了该方法的有效性。最终,该方法应用于Apollo的测试场景集的优化,结果表明方法能够有效指导测试场景集中同质化场景的剔除,从而提高测试效率。

The proteasome, an evolutionarily conserved proteolytic complex comprising the 20S core particle and 19S regulatory particles, performs both shared and distinct ***, a highly complex developmental process, relies on proteasome activity at multiple stages to regulate protein turnover. In this study, we selected the20S subunit PSMA1 and 19S regulatory subunit PSMD2 to investigate the potential functions of the proteasome in spermatogenesis. Using Psma1-EGFP and Psmd2-mCherry knock-in mouse models, we confirmed the expression of both subunits in all spermatogenic cell types,with pronounced presence in early germ cell *** further clarify their functional significance, we specifically knocked out Psma1 and Psmd2 in germ *** of either PSMA1 or PSMD2 led to disrupted spermatogenesis, characterized by the complete absence of sperm in the epididymis. Subsequent analysis indicated that loss of these proteasome components impaired meiotic initiation. Psma1 and Psmd2 knockout germ cells showed accumulation of DMRT1, a key regulator of mitosis-to-meiosis transition, leading to a reduction in STRA8 levels and consequent disruption of meiosis initiation. This study sheds light on the molecular mechanisms that govern meiotic initiation and identifies potential genes associated with male infertility.

Developing a cost-effective and environmentally friendly process for the production of valuable chemicals from abundant herbal biomass receives great attentions in recent ***,taking advantage of the“lignin first”strategy,corn straw is converted to valuable chemicals including lignin monomers,furfural and 5-methoxymethylfurfural via a two steps *** key of this research lies in the development of a green and low-cost catalytic process utilizing magnetic Raney Ni catalyst and high boiling point ethylene *** utilization of neat ethylene glycol as the sole slovent under atmospheric conditions obviates the need for additional additives,thereby facilitating the entire process to be conducted in glass flasks and rendering it highly convenient for scaling *** the initial step,depolymerization of corn straw lignin resulted in a monomer yield of 18.1 wt%.Subsequently,in a dimethyl carbonate system,the carbohydrate component underwent complete conversion in a one-pot process,yielding furfural and 5-methoxymethylfurfural as the primary products with an impressive yield of 47.7%.

The gut microbiota and the associated metabolism play a pivotal role in maintaining human health,yet their assessment is challenging due to their inherent diversity,variety,and ***,we developed a multichannel sensor array based on a single fluorescent probe,allowing for rapid and robust profiling gut microbiota and their key metabolites including cysteine(Cys),glutathione(GSH),and homocysteine(Hcy).The assay leverages the single fluorescent probe that is with multiple binding sites and the cross-reactive sensing principle to specifically recognize different biological *** analyzing the pattern of biological thiols,the assay is capable of rapidly identifying six gut-derived bacteria including probiotics,neutral,and pathogenic strains based on fluorescent fingerprints within 5 min,and also discriminating bacteria and their mixtures with different *** the assay that enables the simultaneous measurement of multiple gut-derived bacteria and their metabolites,the designed array achieved an accuracy of 0.99 when discriminating colorectal cancer(CRC)patient feces samples from healthy ***,the as-prepared sensor array can also be used to identify various stages of *** simplicity,rapidness,and cost-effectiveness of our approach render it a robust platform for the analysis of gut microbiota.

Metal-organic cages can undergo structural transformations due to the dynamic nature of dative bonds,however,the mechanism of transformation processes is often *** we report four metal-organic cages featuring Pd3L6-type and Pd4L8-type tubular structures by self-assembly of Pd（II） and two types of bidentate *** Pd3L6-type MOCs were synthesized in H2O while the Pd4L8-type cages were formed in dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO）,indicating the solvent is critical for the *** structure transformation between Pd3L6and Pd4L8metal-organic cages can be interconverted when switching the DMSO and H2O in a relatively high *** cages partly disassemble into the metalloligands and Pd2+ions due to the competitive coordination of DMSO/H2O at low concentrations,achieving a concentration-controlled transformation ***,the structure transformation was monitored by ESI-MS,and the species of intermediate were detected,which provided direct clues for deciphering the mechanism of structural transformation.
