Phenanthrene(Phe)is one of the common polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the environment,and recent studies show that it can cause cardiac developmental toxicity and ***,it is still unknown whether it can affect the hematopoietic development in aquatic *** address this question,zebrafish(Danio rerio)were chronically exposed to Phe at different *** found that Phe caused structural damage to the renal tubules in the kidney,induced malformed erythrocytes in peripheral blood,and decreased the proportion of myeloid cells in adult zebrafish,suggesting possible negative impacts that Phe posed to hematopoietic ***,using in situ hybridization technology,we found that Phe decreased the expression of primitive hematopoietic marker genes,specifically gata1 and pu.1,accompanied by an obstruction of primitive erythrocyte ***,Phe impaired definitive hematopoiesis,increased aberrations of the transient hematopoietic site(PBI),and reduced the generation of hematopoietic stem cells,ultimately influencing the number of erythrocytes and myeloid *** findings suggested that Phe could induce hematopoietic toxicity in zebrafish embryos and pose unknown ecological risks.

Herein we report novel photocatalysts ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-Ag-LaFeO_(3) with the core-shell structured materials prepared by hydrothermal *** order to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants,LaFeO_(3) was prepared by hydrothermal followed by calcination,and further Ag nanoparticle(NP)was loaded onto the spherical structure of LaFeO_(3) by photolysis of silver nitrate,and finally the spherical Znln_(2)S_(4)-Ag-LaFeO_(3) photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method *** structure and properties of the as-prepared materials were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence *** results show that the synthesized composite photocatalysts display a significant improvement in photocatalytic efficiency relative to the single LaFeO_(3) and ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and form a core-shell ***,the effect of the ratio of each component on the photocatalytic efficiency was investigated in detail,and it is discovered that at an Methylene Blue(MB)concentration of 0.219 mol/L,the degradation rate of MB is 95%at 120 min using 0.02 g of catalyst with an ideal ZnIn_(2)S_(4):Ag:LaFeO_(3)ratio of 10:0.5:*** possible mechanisms to improve the photocatalytic efficiency were explored.

BACKGROUND At present,the influencing factors of social function in patients with residual depressive symptoms are still *** depressive symptoms are highly harmful,leading to low mood in patients,affecting work and interpersonal communication,increasing the risk of recurrence,and adding to the burden on *** the influencing factors of their social function is of great *** To explore the social function score and its influencing factors in patients with residual depressive *** This observational study surveyed patients with residual depressive symptoms(case group)and healthy patients undergoing physical examinations(control group).Participants were admitted between January 2022 and December *** functioning was assessed using the Sheehan Disability Scale(SDS),and scores were compared between *** influencing SDS scores in patients with residual depressive symptoms were analyzed by applying multiple linear regression while using the receiver operating characteristic curve,and these RESULTS The SDS scores of the 158 patients with depressive symptoms were 11.48±*** with the control group,the SDS scores and all items in the case group were *** scores were higher in patients with relapse,discon-tinuous medication,drug therapy alone,severe somatic symptoms,obvious residual symptoms,and anxiety scores≥*** history,medication compliance,therapy method,and residual symptoms correlated positively with SDS scores(r=0.354,0.414,0.602,and 0.456,respectively).Independent influencing factors included disease history,medication compliance,therapy method,somatic symptoms,residual symptoms,and anxiety scores(P<0.05).The areas under the curve for predicting social functional impairment using these factors were 0.713,0.559,0.684,0.729,0.668,and 0.628,respectively,with sensitivities of 79.2%,61.8%,76.8%,81.7%,63.6%,and 65.5%and specificities of 83.3%,87.5%,82.6%,83.3%,86.7%,and 92.1%,respectively.C

目的对刚地弓形虫1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸还原异构化酶(TgDXR)基因进行克隆、表达、纯化和生物学特性分析。方法收集、纯化RH株弓形虫速殖子,提取cDNA和基因组DNA;PCR扩增TgDXR的基因片段;构建成熟TgDXR/pET-24b重组原核表达载体;经双酶切、PCR及测序鉴定阳性克隆;在大肠杆菌BL21中用IPTG诱导表达。亲和层析纯化重组TgDXR蛋白,并对该蛋白的生物学特性和酶的动力学活性进行分析。结果从弓形虫RH株的cDNA和基因组DNA中分别扩增出长度为1 542bp和5 464bp的TgDXR片段,成功构建重组质粒;SDS-PAGE结果表明,目的基因在大肠杆菌中高效表达。重组蛋白的相对分子量约50kDa。酶活性实验显示,Mg2+、Mn2+是最佳金属螯合离子,反应最佳pH值为7.5,该酶活性抑制剂膦胺霉素(Fosmidomycin)对该酶蛋白的IC50为0.52μmol/L。结论 RH株刚地弓形虫TgDXR可在原核表达系统中高效表达,该重组蛋白具有生物学活性,并有望作为弓形虫特异性药物靶标。

Poly（ethylene oxide）-based polymer all-solid-state lithium metal batteries（ASSLBs） have received widespread attention due to their low cost,good process ability,and high energy ***,the growth of li dendrites within polymer solid-state electrolytes damages the reversibility of li anodes and still impedes their widespread *** efficient strategy is to construct a superior solid electrolyte ***,a stable interface enriched with li3N and liF is in-situ formed between li anode and a terna ry salt *** terna ry salt electrolyte is innovatively designed by introducing lithium bis（trifluoromethane sulfonyl）imide（liTFSI）,lithium bis（fluorosulfonyl）imide（liFSI）,and liNO3to poly（ethylene oxide） *** characterization indicates that liNO3and liFSI contribute to forming a li3N-liF-enriched interface and meanwhile liTFSI ensures excellent ***,among various li compound components,li3N has high ionic conductivity,which is beneficial for reducing overpotential,while liF has high interfacial energy which can enhance nucleation energy and suppress the formation of li *** experimental results show that ASSLBs coupled with liFePO4cathode display extremely excellent cycle stability approximately 2200 cycles at 2 C,with a final and corresponding discharge specific capacity of 96.7 mA h g-1. Additionally,a schematic illustration of the working mechanism for the li3N-liF interface is proposed.

BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αceramics exhibit superior conductivity among related ***,the hightemperature sintering makes it difficult to prepare electrochemical devices with a BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αmultilayer film,and very few studies have examined the conductivity and transport properties of unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-α.In nominally dry conditions,the instability of this material in a watercontaining atmosphere can be minimized,allowing the unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αto be applied in some particular test environment as a component of electrochemical ***,the conductivity of unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αin dry conditions was measured via AC impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 500-800℃.The unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αexhibits high conductivity and hydration ability,as well as low proton activation *** addition,it shows high oxygen vacancy and low proton transport numbers at high temperature,limited by its grain *** work provides insights into the conductivity and proton transport of unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αand demonstrates its potential as a proton-conducting electrolyte.

Ultralow frequency waves in the South Atlantic anomaly:Application of FY-3E observations

On 5 July 2021, the China FY-3E satellite was successfully launched, equipped with instruments to measure ultralow frequency waves(ULF) and charged particle populations deep within the magnetosphere. In this study, we report two ULF wave events observed by the FY-3E satellite, which are closely associated with magnetospheric substorms, in conjunction with observations from the Swarm satellite. We noticed a significant similarity between the ULF waves recorded by FY-3E and Swarm, indicating that these satellites captured the same wave events. The presence of a 180° phase shift across L shells and an oscillating field aligned Poynting flux suggest that the observed ULF waves exhibit characteristics of field line resonance(FLR).This work also characterizes essential differences in the behavior of ULF pulsations affected by the South Atlantic anomaly(SAA) in comparison to a conjugate region outside. Wave packets in the SAA region exhibit higher amplitudes than the pulsations in the northern hemisphere. This difference is likely influenced by the north-south asymmetry of the geomagnetic field and ionospheric conductivities, which, in turn, control the standing wave structure along the field line.
