缅甸自古以来就是中国最重要的贸易合作伙伴。近年来,在“一带一路”政策的推动下,中国企业加快了在缅甸投资的步伐,中缅跨国公司的合作项目建设呈现出前所未有的兴盛景象。在此背景下,公司汉语的市场潜力也日渐巨大。尽管如此,缅甸汉语教学界还未意识到专门用途汉语及公司汉语教学存在巨大的市场需求。本研究运用了文献梳理法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法、实地考察法、课堂观察法和数据统计分析法等多种研究方法对缅甸MYNmar CNICO镍矿公司①汉语教学的教师、教材、教学法与管理制度四个维度进行了全方位的研究并结合问卷调查与访谈提出了相关建议。多种研究方法的运用为本研究奠定了坚实的基础,使得研究成果真实可信。本文的研究过程包括研究前端分析、实地考察、分析现状、数据整理与分析、发掘问题及总结与建议六个步骤。首先在研究前端分析的过程中,笔者采用文献梳理法收集并阅读了大量的关于缅甸汉语教学、专门用途汉语教学、教育学等方面的相关文献,提供自己的研究的理论依据。其次在实地考察的过程中,笔者对缅甸镍矿公司汉语教学现状进行了直观性的实地考察,还以缅甸镍矿公司汉语教学的两个班级——初级班和准中级班(学生共87名)作为研究对象进行了为期4个月的课堂教学并对其学生进行了问卷调查、访谈调查等工作,收集了论文所需要的调查数据与信息,为之后的研究提供了重要的一手资料。在分析现状阶段,笔者基于实地考察与课堂观察对缅甸镍矿公司汉语教学的学习者、教授者、教材、教学法及管理制度的现状进行了详细的介绍与分析。在数据整理与分析阶段,笔者使用统计软件SPSS、EXCEL等对第一手数据进行分析,提供了强有力的论证说服力。在发掘问题阶段,笔者通过问卷调查、访谈调查对公司汉语教学的四个维度(教师、教材、教学法及管理制度)进行总体性评价及差异性评价的分析。通过调查结果与分析,笔者进一步发掘出该公司汉语教学所存在的问题:虽然缅籍员工有强烈的汉语学习愿望,但是由于教师欠缺与学生工作有关的专业知识、教材缺乏针对性、教学法不符合学生性格、管理制度缺乏系统化等多种原因,缅甸的公司汉语仍然滞后于普通汉语教学,不能很好地服务于市场的需求。笔者按照其调查数据与结果反映的问题将其归纳为四个方面(教授者、教材、教学方法及教学管理制度)并分析其产生的根源。最后在总结与建议阶段,笔者根据上述问题,从学习者层面、教授者层面及管理者层面三个层面着手对本研究的四个维度进行研究,并提出了一系列有归纳性、针对性、可操作性的相关建议及对策。本研究对缅甸公司汉语教学具有一定的现实意义,其主要体现在从理论与实践相结合的教学现状分析的基础上提出了一些建议及对策,有利于促进中缅跨国企业双语人才的培养,缓解中缅跨国企业的跨文化冲突。

Rubber is an economically important perennial crop in Myanmar for latex production. As the rubber plantation area increases yearly, the requirement of vigorous rubber seedlings for its establishment plays a central role. The success of rubber plantations depends on some farming practices such as using different compost or other materials in the potting soil-medium, varietal selection for stock and scion in the budding process, and fertilizer application methods. The objective of this study was to assess the farmer’s practices in the establishment of rubber nurseries in mostly rubber planted areas in Myanmar. The survey interviewed 60 respondents from three townships in Mon State, namely Mudon, Kyaikmaraw, and Thanbyuzayat. The response data were analyzed through the descriptive method. This survey exposed the potentially active operators (middle age of 30 - 60 years) in rubber nursery production. Local experienced farmers usually raised the budded seedlings with 15 cm × 23 cm polyethylene bag in all study regions. Most farmers selected multi-clonal seed for stock and BPM 24 for scion according to the local market demand and high latex yield. All survey areas used both organic and inorganic fertilizers for nutrient management. Compost is a chief component of growing medium in their nursery production. However, making compost and high demand of the compost were local constraints. Therefore, this survey suggested improving the proper composting method for rubber nursery establishment.

The environs of Taungoo Township, Bago Region are one of the high biodiversity areas in Myanmar, locating eastern side of the high mountain ranges of Middle Yoma. The dense of every green and deciduous forest in the middle Middle Yoma were logging since 10 - 20 years ago. The birds inhabiting in that area have to refuge in suitable habitats nearby. The resent status of bird species is needed to assess the diversity of birds with the respect to distribution and seasonal variation after the construction of Yangon-Nepyitaw, Myanmar after twenty years ago. A total of 50 species of 27 genera, 22 families under nine orders were recorded. That represented 44 resident species (32 terrestrial species and 12 water bird species), and 6 species of migratory birds (1 terrestrial species and 5 water bird species). As habitat utilization, 24 bird species in paddy fields, 21 species in scattered trees, 33 species in wetland and 25 species in forest habitat types were investigated. Some species used more than one habitat types. According to the assessment of abundance categories based on the calculation of individual numbers of the birds, abundant category (3 species), common bird (1 species), frequent category (5 species), uncommon category (3 species) and rare species (28 species) were categorized. Hence, bird community was still sustainable in this area. In the aspect of conservation status, all recorded bird species were under least concern categories, according to the IUCN Redlist in the study area.

第二语言教学的最终目的是培养学生运用目的语进行交际的能力。课堂就是帮助学生学习和掌握目的语的主要场所。课堂上学生们在教师的帮助和指导下,按照一定的教学计划和步骤,有目的地学习和掌握。课堂教学该包括学生们在课堂上学习和互动,这样的课堂才能让学生感到快乐,同时也会有收获。全文共有四个部分：第一部分介绍了福庆孔子课堂,并对本研究选题的缘由进行了说明。同时回顾了前人对第二语言课堂教学互动以及汉语课堂互动教学模式的研究。第二部分分析了缅甸福庆孔子课堂的汉语教学互动模式,分别对汉语课堂词语、课文、语法以及练习环节中的互动现状进行了描写和分析。第三部分总结了缅甸福庆孔子课堂汉语教学词语、课文、语法和练习的互动流程,并结合笔者的教学实践进行反思性分析研究。第四部分,根据分析提出了缅甸汉语教学建议,指出缅甸学生虽有一定的汉语基础,但大都不愿接受完全用汉语上课,他们普遍认为采用中缅语结合的方式进行教学不仅有利于理解和记忆,且有助于拉近师生间的关系。同时对本研究的局限进行了反思。

Seasonal Prevalence of <i>Aedes aegypti</i>in Semi-Urban Area of Yangon Region, Myanmar

Prevalence rate of Aedes aegypti was conducted in 20 houses from semi-urban areas of Yangon Region. Larval surveys were done at indoors and outdoors water containers of five types. Prevalence rate of larval density larvae was investigated monthly by standard indices. The highest infestation rate of the container index (CI) was in June 2018 (56.52%), the second highest was in July 2017 (48.36%) and the lowest rate was in April 2017 (5.07%);those of the Jar index (JI) was highest (36.49%) in June and second highest rate (23.8%) was in October 2017. Reasoning the Metal drum (MI) was highest (13.95%) in June 2018 and second highest (6.25%) was in July 2017. The larval infestation rate of Earthen pot (EI) was highest (42.1%) in July 2017. The larval incident rate in almost all indices showed that the highest rate was at the beginning of monsoon season, in June and July, while in the remaining months, the larval incident rate was found to decrease due to the application of insecticides in the study area by the Township Public Health Department. However, the application of insecticides did not cover all the breeding sites of the mosquitoes, the water puddles under their houses were left to apply the insecticides. The positive larval incident rate was assessed by Household (HI), Container index (CI), Breteau index (BI). The highest and second highest positive larval incident rates were all in June 2018 and July 2017 in all indices, HI (27.3% and 23.4%), CI (56.52% and 48.36%), BI (17.56% and 16.79%) and SI (28.49% and 24.38%) respectively. The lowest rate in all indices was 2.56% (HI), 5.07% (IC), 2.67% (BI) and 1.91% (SI) in April. In this study, the fluctuation of indices of infestation rates and positive larval index value was positively correlated in similar trends in the study months. Identification of <i>JAK2</i>(V617F) Mutation in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms by Using Allele Specific Polymerase Chain Reaction (AS-PCR)

Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are a group of clonal haematopoietic stem cell disorders characterized by the proliferation of one or more myeloid cell lineages. According to WHO classification, the Janus associated kinase 2 (JAK2) V617F mutation is one of the major diagnostic criteria in BCR-ABL1 negative myeloproliferative neoplasms. The aim of this study is to detect the JAK2 (V617F) mutation in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms to get accurate diagnosis and proper management. A total of 90 clinically diagnosed MPN patients attending to Department of Clinical Haematology, Yangon General Hospital were enrolled in this study. The mean age was 53.4 ± 14 years which ranged from 16 to 81 years old and male and female ratio was 2.4:1. The identification of JAK2 (V617F) point mutation was found to be positive in 44/90 MPN patients (48.9%). According to MPN subtypes, the JAK2 mutation positivity was found in 19 out of 46 polycythemia vera patients (41.3%), 17 out of 25 essential thrombocythemia patients (68%), 8 out of 15 primary myelofibrosis patients (53.3%), 0 of 4 others myeloproliferative neoplasms (0%). Confirmation of each of nine JAK2 mutation positive and negative samples was done by Sanger sequencing. The arterial or venous thrombotic attack was found in 32/44 JAK2 mutation positive cases (72.7%) and 12/44 JAK2 mutation negative cases (27.3%). The association between thrombotic attack and presence of JAK2 mutation was statistically significance with p = 0.000. The diagnosis of myeloproliferative neoplasms mainly relies on the molecular genetics according to WHO classification. The Allele specific PCR reaction is sensitive, simple test and relatively cost-effective. Therefore, the identification of JAK2 (V617F) somatic point mutation by AS-PCR should be implemented as

Diversity of Insect Pest and Predator Species in Monsoon and Summer Rice Fields of Taungoo Environs, Myanmar

Paddy fields are natural and artificial wetland ecosystems that supply rice for the people and provide the wildlife especially insect diversity of different functional aspects. A total of 71 insect species belonging to 40 families under eight orders were observed during the study period. Among the 71 insect species, 18 species of beetles, nine species of bugs, eight species of dragonfly, five species of butterflies, four species of leafhoppers, plant hoppers and moths, three borer and spiders, two crickets, one species of skippers, grass hopper, hispa, ant, weevil, hairy caterpillar, leaf roller, katydid, thrips, maggot and water boatmen were recorded in the study sites. Total of 41 species of pests, 18 species of predators and 12 species of beneficial species (they function as pollinating the flowering plants in the paddy field wetland ecosystem) were recorded in the study sites. In the monsoon season, the 41 species of pest species, 18 species of predator species and 12 species of beneficial species were recorded from monsoon rice field. According to Shannon Evenness value (H'/S = -0.012564), the data showed that the insect species recorded from the one habitat was not the similar to another. In summer paddy fields, 36 species of pest species, 16 species of predator species and 9 species of beneficial species were recorded. Total arthropod insect species were recorded 61 species from the dry rice fields. According to Shannon Evenness value (H'/S = -0.000120), the data showed that the insect species recorded from the one habitat was not the similar to another. Population growth and duration of life cycle of insects is mainly dominated by the temperature, the duration of life cycle is shorter in the high temperature than in the low temperature.
