小麦粉加工车间硫酰氟整体熏蒸杀虫效果评估

研究了我国华南地区某小麦粉加工车间B区、C区,长为108 m,宽为25 m,高为35.2 m,总体积为95040 m^(3),有效熏蒸体积为53842 m^(3)的空间,采用硫酰氟剂量为40 g/m^(3)、密闭时间为48 h的整体性结构熏蒸。在不补充硫酰氟熏蒸剂的条件下,熏蒸过程浓度随时间变化的规律,建立了熏蒸剂的日损失率L d和浓度半数衰减时间HLT,分析了各楼层硫酰氟浓度变化规律和熏蒸剂泄漏程度,评估了杀虫效果。熏蒸剂的日损失率符合模型:L_(d)=100×(1-e^(-b))(e为自然常数;b为衰减常数),浓度半数衰减时间HLT符合模型:HLT=ln^(2)/b。熏蒸剂日损失率的变化随着衰减常数的增大而增大,浓度半数衰减时间HLT的变化随着衰减常数的增大而减小。单次熏蒸时衰减常数为固定值,熏蒸剂日损失率、浓度半数衰减时间HLT为恒定变化。经模型评估,6楼~8楼的日损失率L_(d)和半数衰减时间介于56.7%~71.3%和0.56~0.83 d。3、4楼区域损失率L_(d)和半数衰减时间介于85.0%~92.6%和0.27~0.37 d;除8楼硫酰氟熏蒸剂浓度半数衰减时间HLT超过15 h,其余楼层均未超过15 h。熏蒸后22 d,取样检测发现小麦粉加工车间设备和管道中均发现赤拟谷盗幼虫活虫。采用硫酰氟进行建筑物结构40 g/m^(3)剂量、密闭时间48 h方式熏蒸,可将车间空间区域害虫各虫态以及管道和设备中成虫杀死,存在于设备和管道内的卵可能存活且发育成新幼虫或蛹。

Screening current is recognized as one of the critical elements limiting the progression of superconducting magnets toward achieving higher magnetic fields. Currently, most non-insulated(NI) superconducting magnets consider the magnet as insulated when addressing the issue of screening current. However, the bypass current in the NI magnet can modify the actual history of magnetization, so the screening current in NI magnet will be different from that in the insulated magnet. This paper presents a novel method based on the homogenized T-A formulation(T is the current vector potential, and A is the magnetic vector potential), which enables real-time simulation of both the bypass current behavior and the implications of screening current in NI superconducting magnets, even when these magnets contain tens of thousands of turns. We have developed a 32 T NI hybrid superconducting magnet and validated the effectiveness of this method through experiments. Employing this efficacious method,we conducted a comprehensive calculation of screening current in NI magnets, comparing them with insulated magnets in terms of screening current-induced stress(SCIS), screening current-induced field(SCIF), and losses. The results indicate that in the NI insert coils, the sequential excitation of background coils and insert coils induces a reverse screening current, resulting in slightly lower SCIF and SCIS compared to those in the insulated magnets. The method and results can contribute to the enhancement of magnet design and provide valuable insights for the development of ultra-high fields(UHF) NI magnets.

Sleep benefits the restoration of energy metabolism and thereby suppo rts neuronal plasticity and cognitive ***6 is a NAD+-dependent protein deacetylase that has been recognized as an essential regulator of energy metabolism because it modulates various transcriptional regulators and metabolic *** aim of this study was to investigate the influence of Sirt6 on cerebral function after chronic sleep deprivation(CSD).We assigned C57BL/6J mice to control or two CSD groups and subjected them to AAV2/9-CMV-EGFP or AAV2/9-CMV-Sirt6-EGFP infection in the prelimbic cortex(PrL).We then assessed cerebral functional connectivity(FC) using resting-state functional MRI,neuron/astrocyte metabolism using a metabolic kinetics analysis;dendritic spine densities using sparse-labeling;and miniature excitato ry postsynaptic currents(mEPSCs) and action potential(AP) firing rates using whole-cell patchclamp *** addition,we evaluated cognition via a comprehensive set of behavioral *** with controls,Sirt6 was significantly decreased(P<0.05) in the PrL after CSD,accompanied by cognitive deficits and decreased FC between the PrL and accumbens nucleus,piriform cortex,motor co rtex,somatosensory co rtex,olfactory tubercle,insular cortex,and ***6 ove rexpression reve rsed CSD-induced cognitive impairment and reduced *** analysis of metabolic kinetics using [1-13C] glucose and [2-13C] acetate showed that CSD reduced neuronal Glu4and GABA2synthesis,which could be fully restored via forced Sirt6 ***,Sirt6 ove rexpression reversed CSD-induced decreases in AP firing rates as well as the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs in PrL pyramidal *** data indicate that Sirt6 can improve cognitive impairment after CSD by regulating the PrL-associated FC network,neuronal glucose metabolism,and glutamatergic ***,Sirt6 activation may have potential as a novel strategy for treating sleep disorder-related diseases.

In this paper, we present a complete set of procedures to automatically extract a music snippet, defined as the most representative or the highlighted excerpt of a music clip. We first generate a modified and compact similarity matrix based on selected features and distance metrics, and then several improved techniques for music repeated pattern discovery are utilized because a music snippet is usually a part of the repeated melody, main theme or chorus. During the process, redundant and wrongly detected patterns are discarded, boundaries are corrected using beat information, and final clusters are also further sorted according to the occurrence frequency and energy information. Subsequently, following our methods, we designed a music snippet extraction system which allows users to detect snippets. Experiments performed on the system show the superiority of our proposed approach.

In recent years,increasing research has been conducted on transmembrane transport processes and the mechanisms behind the microbial breakdown of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),including the role of membrane proteins in transmembrane transport and the mode of *** article explains the adsorption,uptake and transmembrane transport of PAHs by bacteria,the regulation of membrane protein function during the transmembrane *** are three different regulation mechanisms for uptake,depending on the state and size of the oil droplets relative to the size of the microbial cells,which are(i)direct adhesion,(ii)emulsification and pseudosolubilization,and(iii)interfacial ***,two main transmembrane transport modes are introduced,which are(i)active transport and(ii)passive uptake and active efflux ***,introduce the proteomics and single cell analysis technology used to address these areas of research,such as Isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation(iTRAQ)technology and Nano Secondary ion mass spectrometry(Nano-SIMS).Additionally,analyze the changes in morphology and structure and the characteristics of microbial cell membranes in the process of transmembrane ***,recognize the microscopic mechanism of PAHs biodegradation in terms of cell and membrane proteins are of great theoretical and practical significance for understanding the factors that influence the efficient degradation of PAHs contaminants in soil and for remediating the PAHs contamination in this area with biotechnology.

Short pitch corrugation has been a problem for railways worldwide over one *** this paper,a parametric investigation of fastenings is conducted to understand the corrugation formation mechanism and gain insights into corrugation mitigation.A three-dimensional finite element vehicle-track dynamic interaction model is employed,which considers the coupling between the structural dynamics and the contact mechanics,while the damage mechanism is assumed to be differential *** fastening models with different configurations,boundary conditions,and parameters of stiffness and damping are built up and *** models may represent different service stages of fastenings in the ***,the effect of train speeds on corrugation features is *** results indicate:(1)Fastening parameters and modelling play an important role in corrugation formation.(2)The fastening longitudinal constraint to the rail is the major factor that determines the corrugation *** fastening vertical and lateral constraints influence corrugation features in terms of spatial distribution and wavelength components.(3)The strengthening of fastening constraints in the longitudinal dimension helps to mitigate ***,the inner fastening constraint in the lateral direction is necessary for corrugation alleviation.(4)The increase in fastening longitudinal stiffness and damping can reduce the vibration amplitudes of longitudinal compression modes and thus reduce the track corrugation *** simulation in this work can well explain the field corrugation in terms of the occurrence possibility and major wavelength *** can also explain the field data with respect to the small variation between the corrugation wavelength and train speed,which is caused by frequency selection and jump between rail longitudinal compression modes.
