The 4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl diphosphate reductase(HDR) is the last step key enzyme of the methylerythritol phosphate(MEP) pathway,synthesizing isopentenyl diphosphate and its allyl isomer dimethylallyl diphosphate,which is important for regulation of isoprenoid *** the full-length cDNA of HDR,designated TwHDR(GenBank Accession ***933412.1),was isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii for the first *** has an open reading frame(ORF) of 1386 bp encoding461 amino *** exhibits high homology with HDRs of other plants,with an N-terminal conserved domain and three conserved cysteine *** cDNA was cloned into an expression vector and transformed into an Escherichia coli hdr *** loss-of-function *** hdr mutant is lethal,the result showed that transformation of TwHDR cDNA rescued the *** hdr *** complementation assay suggests that the TwHDR cDNA encodes a functional HDR *** expression of TwHDR was induced by methyl-jasmonate(MJ) in *** suspension *** expression of TwHDR reached the highest level after 1 h of MJ *** results indicate that we have identified a functional TwHDR enzyme,which may play a pivotal role in the biosynthesis of diterpenoid triptolide in ***.

Metasequoia glyptostroboides(***)is a unique plant species related to relic flora in *** plays a positive role in afforestation and its long-term protection with high paleoclimate research ***,due to the nutrients-supply deficiency,it is a big challenge to cultivate the high-quality seedlings of ****** this study,a pot experiment in a greenhouse environment was carried out to identify the effect of N-exponential fertilization on the growth and nutrient distribution of *** *** ***tostroboides rooted seedlings with 12-month growth were *** N fertilizer levels with conventional fertilization(CF:5.0 g seedling^(−1)),exponential fertilization including EF1,EF2,EF3 and EF4 were *** relevant growth indexes were measured after 210-day *** results indicated that non-significant differences in seedlings’height and ground diameter were found among the above treatments(P>0.05);At the same time,N-exponential fertilization promoted the ***’s biomass in different organs(P<0.05),with the maximum total biomass under EF3 *** N accumulation in root and stem of the N-exponential fertilization treatments were increased in to some extent(P<0.05).The maximum N accumulation was also found under EF3 ***,steady-state nutrition and superior growth performance of ***boides could be obtained by N-exponential fertilization of 5.0 g cutting^(−1).

Tip leakage flow(TLF)in compressors,which can cause flow blockage in blade passage and induce efficiency loss,is also a potential threat to the unsteady flow stability of modern *** paper provides an overview of the significance of tip leakage flow research,and introduces relevant previous *** calculating by different methods,large eddy simulation(LES)is demonstrated again as a suitable compromise between accuracy and computational cost for the unsteady flow *** types of simplified tip leakage flow models using LES are adopted with a focus on the unsteady characteristics of shedding vortices in a cavity *** paper applies these models to study the unsteady tip leakage flow which triggers the onset of acoustic resonance in a multistage axial *** with the detected acoustic resonance frequency of 5.22 rotational frequency(RF)in the previous experiment,the computed combination frequency in the 2-D model is equal to 5.232RF,and the simplified 3-D unsteady tip leakage flow model results in a combination frequency of ***,based on the small relative error between model results and experimental results,the simplified numerical models are validated to be sufficiently accurate,and theoretically provide a useful basis for the subsequent research of unsteady tip leakage flow in turbomachinery.

Real-time six degrees-of-freedom(6D)object pose estimation is essential for many real-world applications, such as robotic grasping and augmented reality. To achieve an accurate object pose estimation from RGB images in real-time, we propose an effective and lightweight model, namely high-resolution 6D pose estimation network(HRPose). We adopt the efficient and small HRNetV2-W18 as a feature extractor to reduce computational burdens while generating accurate 6D poses. With only 33% of the model size and lower computational costs, our HRPose achieves comparable performance compared with state-of-the-art models. Moreover, by transferring knowledge from a large model to our proposed HRPose through output and feature-similarity distillations, the performance of our HRPose is improved in effectiveness and efficiency. Numerical experiments on the widely-used benchmark LINEMOD demonstrate the superiority of our proposed HRPose against state-of-the-art methods.

Nonconventional luminophores have attracted significant attention for their unique photophysical properties and potential applications in different *** classic luminogens consisting of remarkably conjugated segments,nonconventional luminophores generally possess merely nonconjugated or short-conjugated structures based on electron-rich ***,phosphorescence,and even color tunable room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)could be readily obtained from these unique ***,we summarized recent advances in the phosphorescence of nonconventional luminophores,with focus on RTP and color tunable *** clustering-triggered emission(CTE)mechanism could be applied to explain the luminescence as clustering-triggered phosphorescence(CTP).Furthermore,strategies toward the RTP regulation are summarized,and corresponding applications are demonstrated.

In previous studies,a theoretical model was developed after Acoustic Resonance(AR)was experimentally detected in a four-stage compressor,and AR inception was proposed to be triggered by an unknown sound source,which is a pressure perturbation of a specific frequency with a suitable circumferential propagation *** present paper,which is not dedicated to the simulation of acoustic field,aims to identify the specific sound source generated by the unsteady tip leakage flow using the unsteady Computational Fluid Mechanics(CFD)*** a comprehensive analysis of an Unsteady Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)simulation,a pressure perturbation of non-integer multiple of rotor frequency is found at the blade *** the essence of the tip leakage flow is a jet flow driven by the pressure difference between two sides of blade,a simplified tip leakage flow model is adopted using Large Eddy Simulation(LES)in order to simulate the jet flow through a tip *** is found that the convection velocity of shedding vortices fits the expected propagation speed of the sound source,the frequency is also close to one of the dominating frequencies in the URANS simulation,and the resultant combination frequency coincides with the experimentally measured AR *** such a simplified model successfully captures the key physical mechanisms,it is concluded that this paper provides a piece of unambiguous evidence on the role of unsteady tip leakage vortex in triggering the AR inception of the multistage compressor.

In this study,a novel non-intrusive temperature rise fault-identification method for a distribution cabinet based on tensor block-matching is ***-stage data repair is used to reconstruct the temperature-field information to support the demand for temperature rise fault-identification of non-intrusive distribution *** the coarse-repair stage,this method is based on the outside temperature information of the distribution cabinet,using tensor block-matching technology to search for an appropriate tensor block in the temperature-field tensor dictionary,filling the target space area from the outside to the inside,and realizing the reconstruction of the three-dimensional temperature field inside the distribution *** the fine-repair stage,tensor super-resolution technology is used to fill the temperature field obtained from coarse repair to realize the smoothing of the temperature-field information inside the distribution ***-intrusive temperature rise fault-identification is realized by setting clustering rules and temperature thresholds to compare the location of the heat source with the location of the distribution cabinet *** simulation results show that the temperature-field reconstruction error is reduced by 82.42%compared with the traditional technology,and the temperature rise fault-identification accuracy is greater than 86%,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the temperature-field reconstruction and temperature rise fault-identification.

Nonconventional luminophores without large conjugated structures are attracting increasing attention for their unique aggregation-induced emission(AIE)properties and promising applications in optoelectronic and biomedical *** emission mechanism,however,remains elusive,which makes rational molecular design ***,we proposed the clustering-triggered emission(CTE)mechanism to illustrate the *** clustering of electron-rich nonconventional chromophores withπand/or n electrons and consequent electron cloud overlap is crucial to the ***,based on the CTE mechanism,nonaromatic polymers containing multitype heteroatoms(i.e.,O,N,and S)and involving amide(CONH)and sulfide(-S-)groups were designed and synthesized through facile thiol-ene click *** resulting polymers demonstrated typical concentration-enhanced emission,AIE phenomenon,and excitation-dependent ***,compared with polysulfides,these polymers exhibited much higher solid-state emission efficiencies,because of the incorporation of amide units,which contributed to the formation of emissive clusters with highly rigidified conformations through effective hydrogen ***,distinct persistent cryogenic phosphorescence or even room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)was *** photophysical behaviors can well be rationalized in terms of the CTE mechanism,indicating the feasibility of rational molecular design and luminescence regulation.

The self-inhibition behavior due to CO poisoning on Pt metal particles strongly impairs the performance of CO *** is an effective method to use reducible metal oxides for supporting Pt metal particles to avoid self-inhibition and to improve catalytic *** this work,we used in situ reductions of chloroplatinic acid on commercial Fe3O4 powder to prepare heterogeneousstructured Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts in the solution of ethylene *** heterogeneous Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts achieved a better catalytic performance of CO oxidation compared with the Fe3O4 *** temperatures of 50%and 90%CO conversion were achieved above 260℃and 290℃at Pt/Fe3O4,***,they are accomplished on Fe3O4 at temperatures higher than 310℃.XRD,XPS,and H2-TPR results confirmed that the metallic Pt atoms have a strong synergistic interaction with the Fe3O4 *** results and transient DRIFTS results proved that the Pt metal particles facilitate the release of lattice oxygen and the formation of oxygen vacancies on *** combined results of O2-TPD and DRIFTS indicated that the activation step of oxygen molecules at surface oxygen vacancies could potentially be the rate-determining step of the catalytic CO oxidation at Pt/Fe3O4 *** reaction pathway involves a Pt-assisted Mars-van Krevelen(MvK)mechanism.

Effect of alumina and zirconia as binders on the activity of Fe-BEA for NH3-SCR of NO

Fe-BEA catalysts are active for the NH3-SCR of NO. For industrial application, a binder should be added to the Fe-BEA catalysts to make them tightly adhere to the monoliths. The addition of alumina and zirconia as binders to the Fe-BEA led to a different effect on NO conversion. The catalytic activity of the mixed samples was evaluated by the temperature programmed procedure in a flow-reactor sys!em, and themechaism was. analyzedvia SEM, BET, andXPS. Itwas found that larger ironparticles were tbrmed by the migration orparent tron pamcles in the Fe-BEA catalyst with alumina. This led to the increase of Fe3＋ magnitude and iron cluster, enhancing the abilities of NO oxidation and storage. Accordingly, the SCR activity increased slightly in low temperature but decreased sharply in high temperature. For the Fe-BEA with zirconia sample, NO oxidation and storage abilities decreased due to the less iron clusters. The increase of Fe ＋ magnitude resulted in higher catalytic oxidation ability, which gave rise to little change in the SCR activity compared with the Fe-BEA.
