The focusing modified Korteweg-de Vries(mKdV)equation with multiple high-order poles under the nonzero boundary conditions is first investigated via developing a Riemann-Hilbert(RH)*** begin with the asymptotic property,symmetry and analyticity of the Jost solutions,and successfully construct the RH problem of the focusing mKdV *** solve the RH problem when 1/S_(11)(k)has a single highorder pole and multiple high-order ***,we derive the soliton solutions of the focusing mKdV equation which corresponding with a single high-order pole and multiple high-order poles,***,the dynamics of one-and two-soliton solutions are graphically discussed.

The considerable hazard posed by periprosthetic joint infections underlines the urgent need for the rapid advancement of in-situ drug delivery systems within joint materials. However, the pursuit of sustained antibacterial efficacy remains a formidable challenge. In this context, we proposed a novel strategy that leverages swelling and erosion mechanisms to facilitate drug release of drug-loaded ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE), thereby ensuring its long-lasting antibacterial *** oxide(PEO), a hydrophilic polymer with fast hydrating ability and high swelling capacity, was incorporated in UHMWPE alongside the antibacterial tea polyphenol(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG as representative). The swelling of PEO enhanced water infiltration into the matrix, while the erosion of PEO balanced the release of the encapsulated EGCG, resulting in a steady release. The behavior was supported by the EGCG release profiles and the corresponding fitted release kinetic *** demonstrated by segmented antibacterial assessments, the antibacterial efficiency was enhanced 2to 3 times in the PEO/EGCG/UHMWPE composite compared to that of EGCG/UHMWPE. Additionally, the PEO/EGCG/UHMWPE composite exhibited favorable biocompatibility and mechanical performance, making it a potential candidate for the development of drug-releasing joint implants to combat prosthetic bacterial infections.

Double effects of recrystallization behavior on grain morphology evolution and mechanical properties of Al/Mg/Al composite plate by hard plate rolling

Enhancing the bonding strength, optimizing the microstructure and refining the properties represent effective strategies for the fabrication of heterogeneous composite plates. In this study, composite plates of Al/Mg/Al were fabricated through hard plate rolling(HPR) with a reduction in rolling ranging from 40 % to 80 %. The research primarily concentrates on the substrate in the influence of rolling dynamic recrystallization(DRX) behavior on the grain morphology evolution and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets during the process. The findings indicate that at a compression amount of 60 %, the composite plate exhibits an ultimate tensile strength(UTS), a maximum elongation(EL) of 12.5 %, and improved interface bonding. Comparative analysis reveals the occurrence of DRX on the Mg side, resulting in the formation of small DRXed grains being generated. With an increase in reduction, DRX is facilitated, leading to an initial rise and subsequent decline in the proportion of DRXed grains. The proliferation of fine grains hinder dislocation movement, thereby reinforcing composite ***, an elevation in the degree of recrystallization enhances the initiation of non-basal slip and enhances the plasticity of sheet metal. This study offers valuable scientific guidance and technical assistance for the production of forming high-quality Mg–Al composite plates.

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) operate in complex and harshenvironments;thus, node faults are inevitable. Therefore, fault diagnosis ofthe WSNs node is essential. Affected by the harsh working environment ofWSNs and wireless data transmission, the data collected by WSNs containnoisy data, leading to unreliable data among the data features extracted duringfault diagnosis. To reduce the influence of unreliable data features on faultdiagnosis accuracy, this paper proposes a belief rule base (BRB) with a selfadaptivequality factor (BRB-SAQF) fault diagnosis model. First, the datafeatures required for WSN node fault diagnosis are extracted. Second, thequality factors of input attributes are introduced and calculated. Third, themodel inference process with an attribute quality factor is designed. Fourth,the projection covariance matrix adaptation evolution strategy (P-CMA-ES)algorithm is used to optimize the model’s initial parameters. Finally, the effectivenessof the proposed model is verified by comparing the commonly usedfault diagnosis methods for WSN nodes with the BRB method consideringstatic attribute reliability (BRB-Sr). The experimental results show that BRBSAQFcan reduce the influence of unreliable data features. The self-adaptivequality factor calculation method is more reasonable and accurate than thestatic attribute reliability method.

In this study, an integrated approach for diagenetic facies classification, reservoir quality analysis and quantitative wireline log prediction of tight gas sandstones(TGSs) is introduced utilizing a combination of fit-for-purpose complementary testing and machine learning techniques. The integrated approach is specialized for the middle Permian Shihezi Formation TGSs in the northeastern Ordos Basin, where operators often face significant drilling uncertainty and increased exploration risks due to low porosities and micro-Darcy range permeabilities. In this study, detrital compositions and diagenetic minerals and their pore type assemblages were analyzed using optical light microscopy, cathodoluminescence, standard scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Different types of diagenetic facies were delineated on this basis to capture the characteristic rock properties of the TGSs in the target formation.A combination of He porosity and permeability measurements, mercury intrusion capillary pressure and nuclear magnetic resonance data was used to analyze the mechanism of heterogeneous TGS *** found that the type, size and proportion of pores considerably varied between diagenetic facies due to differences in the initial depositional attributes and subsequent diagenetic alterations;these differences affected the size, distribution and connectivity of the pore network and varied the reservoir quality. Five types of diagenetic facies were classified:(i) grain-coating facies, which have minimal ductile grains, chlorite coatings that inhibit quartz overgrowths, large intergranular pores that dominate the pore network, the best pore structure and the greatest reservoir quality;(ii) quartz-cemented facies,which exhibit strong quartz overgrowths, intergranular porosity and a pore size decrease, resulting in the deterioration of the pore structure and reservoir quality;(iii) mixed-cemented facies, in which the cementation of various authigenic minerals inc

Entity perception of ambiguous user comments is a critical problem of target identification for huge amount of public *** this paper,a Two-Step-Matching method is proposed to identify the precise target entity from multiple entities ***,potential entities are extracted by BiLSTM-CRF model and characteristic words by TF-IDF model from public ***,the first matching is implemented between potential entities and an official business directory by Jaro-Winkler distance ***,in order to find the pre-cise one,an industry-characteristic dictionary is developed into the second matching *** precise entity is identified according to the count of characteristic words matching to industry-characteristic *** addition,associated rate(global indicator)and accuracy rate(sample indicator)are defined for evaluation of matching *** results for three data sets of public opinions about major public health events show that the highest associated rate and accuracy rate arrive at 0.93 and 0.95,averagely enhanced by 32%and 30%above the case of using the first matching process *** framework provides the method to find the true target entity of really wanted expression from public opinions.

BACKGROUND Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm(BPDCN)is a rare,highly invasive malignant *** is no universally accepted standard of care because of its rarity and the dearth of prospective *** is still challenging for some patients to achieve persistent clinical remission or cure,despite the success of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT),indicating that there is still a significant recurrence *** report a case of prevention of BPDCN allograft recurrence by azacitidine maintenance therapy and review the relevant *** SUMMARY We report a 41-year-old man with BPDCN who was admitted to hospital due to skin sclerosis for>5 mo’*** was diagnosed by combined clinical assessment and laboratory *** diagnosis,the patients underwent induction consolidation chemotherapy to achieve the first complete remission,followed by bridging ***-transplantation,azacitidine(75 mg/m2 for 7 d)was administered as maintenance therapy,with repeat administration every 4–6 wk and appropriate extension of the chemotherapy *** 10 cycles,the patient has been disease free for 26 mo after *** assessments of bone marrow morphology,minimal residual disease,full donor chimerism,Epstein–Barr virus,and cytomegalovirus all yielded normal results with no abnormalities *** Azacitidine may be a safe and effective maintenance treatment for BPDCN following transplantation because there were no overt adverse events during the course of treatment.

To the Editor:Rosai-Dorfman disease(RDD),also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy,is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytic proliferative *** is characterized by bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy accompanied by extranodal involvement,with the skin being the most commonly affected organ.[1]Cutaneous RDD(CRDD),affecting only the skin without systemic symptoms,is even rarer.[2]Herein,we report the dermoscopic and reflectance confocal miscroscopy(RCM)findings in a patient with CRDD.
