AIM:To explore the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in the IL33/IL1RL1 gene region with the susceptibility to Behcet’s disease(BD)in a Chinese Han ***:A total of eight SNPs in the candidate gene region(rs11792633,rs7025417,rs10975519 and rs1048274 in IL33;rs2310220,rs12712142,rs13424006 and rs3821204 in IL1RL1)were genotyped in783 BD patients and 701 healthy controls by the Sequenom Mass Array i PLEX ***:A statistically significant association was observed between IL1RL1 rs12712142 and BD *** frequency of IL1RL1 rs12712142 variant allele A was significantly lower in BD patients than that in controls(OR=0.8,95%CI:0.69-0.94,Pc=0.039);the genotype distribution(Pc=0.043)and additive and dominant genetic model analyses(OR=0.8,95%CI:0.69-0.94,Pc=0.040 and OR=0.72,95%CI:0.58-0.88,Pc=0.011)also indicated a strong association between rs12712142 and BD ***:This is the first study to reveal the association between IL1RL1 rs12712142 variant allele A and the decreased risk of BD in the Chinese Han population,indicating a protective role of IL1RL1 in the pathogenesis of BD.

Photovoltaic (PV) modules, as essential components of solar power generation systems, significantly influence unitpower generation *** service life of these modules directly affects these costs. Over time, the performanceof PV modules gradually declines due to internal degradation and external environmental *** cumulativedegradation impacts the overall reliability of photovoltaic power generation. This study addresses the complexdegradation process of PV modules by developing a two-stage Wiener process model. This approach accountsfor the distinct phases of degradation resulting from module aging and environmental influences. A powerdegradation model based on the two-stage Wiener process is constructed to describe individual differences inmodule degradation processes. To estimate the model parameters, a combination of the Expectation-Maximization(EM) algorithm and the Bayesian method is employed. Furthermore, the Schwarz Information Criterion (SIC) isutilized to identify critical change points in PV module degradation trajectories. To validate the universality andeffectiveness of the proposed method, a comparative analysis is conducted against other established life predictiontechniques for PV modules.

Background： Systemic lupus eiLythenaatosus （SLE） is a prototypic autoimmune disease wida complex genetic inheritance. This study was conducted to examine whether the association ofa proliferation-inducing ligand （APRIL）, spermatogenesis associated 8 （SPATA8）, platelet-derived growth lhctor receptor-alpha （PDGFRA）, and DNA polymerase beta （POLB） with SLE can be replicated in a Chinese Han population. Methods： Chinese SLE patients （n = 1247） and ethnically and geographically matched healthy controls （n 1440） were genotyped for the APRI L, SPATAS. PDGFRA, and POLB single-nucleotide polymorphisms （SN Ps）, rs3803800 rs8023715, rs1364089 and rsl2678588 using the Sequenom MassARRAY System. Results： The Chinese Hart SLE patients and controls had statistically similar liequencies of alleles and genotypes of four gene polynlorphisms. Moreover, no association signal was detected on different genetic models （additive, dominant, and recessive, all, P〉 0.05） or in SLE subgroups stratified by various clinical nlanifestations （all, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： Different genetic backgrounds from different ancestries and various populations may result in different genetic risk litctors for SLE. We did not detect any significant association with SNPs of APRIL SPATAS, PDGFRA, and POLB.

Renewable Energy Systems(RES)provide a sustainable solution to climate warming and environmental pollution by enhancing stability and reliability through status acquisition and analysis on cloud platforms and intelligent processing on edge servers(ES).However,securely distributing encrypted data stored in the cloud to terminals that meet decryption requirements has become a prominent research ***,managing attributes,including addition,deletion,and modification,is a crucial issue in the access control scheme for *** address these security concerns,a trust-based ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE)device access control scheme is proposed for RES(TB-CP-ABE).This scheme effectivelymanages the distribution and control of encrypted data on the cloud through robust attribute key *** introducing trust management mechanisms and outsourced decryption technology,the ES system can effectively assess and manage the trust worthiness of terminal devices,ensuring that only trusted devices can participate in data exchange and access sensitive ***,the ES system dynamically evaluates trust scores to set decryption trust thresholds,thereby regulating device data access permissions and enhancing the system’s *** validate the security of the proposed TB-CP-ABE against chosen plaintext attacks,a comprehensive formal security analysis is conducted using the widely accepted random oraclemodel under the decisional q-Bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent(q-BDHE)***,comparative analysis with other schemes demonstrates that the TB-CP-ABE scheme cuts energy/communication costs by 43%,and scaleswell with rising terminals,maintaining average latency below 50ms,ensuring real-time service *** proposed scheme not only provides newinsights for the secure management of RES but also lays a foundation for future secure energy solutions.

为了更好地利用桑葚这一药食同源果品,采用高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱对桑葚提取物中黄酮类和多酚类成分进行分析研究。采用Syncronis C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,流速0.2mL/min,梯度洗脱分析。根据高分辨质谱提供的准分子离子峰和碎片离子信息,分析得到化合物的相对分子质量和结构信息。结合化合物的保留时间、对照品和相关文献数据,共鉴定出5种黄酮类成分和3种多酚类成分,分别为芦丁、异槲皮素、山奈酚-7-葡萄糖苷、二氢槲皮素、槲皮素、原儿茶酸、绿原酸和咖啡酸。通过讨论化合物的质谱碎裂规律,为化合物的结构鉴定提供依据。该方法可快速分析桑葚中黄酮类和多酚类成分,为合理开发桑葚的药用、食用价值奠定化学基础。
