The precision measurement of Doppler frequency shifts is of great significance for improving the precision of speed *** paper proposes a precision measurement scheme of tiny Doppler shifts by a parametric amplification process and squeezed vacuum *** scheme takes a parametric amplification process and squeezed vacuum state into a detection system,so that the measurement precision of tiny Doppler shifts can exceed the Cram′er–Rao bound of coherent ***,a simulation study is carried out on the theoretical basis,and the following results are obtained:for the signal light of Gaussian mode,when the amplification factor g=1 and the squeezed factor r=0.5,the measurement error of Doppler frequency shifts is 14.4%of the Cramer–Rao bound of the coherent light in our *** the same time,when the local light mode and squeezed vacuum state mode are optimized,the measurement precision of this scheme can be further improved by√(2n+1)/(n+1)times,where n is the mode-order of the signal light.

Bumblebees play an important role in maintaining the balance of natural and agricultural ecosystems,and the characteristic gut microbiota of bumblebees exhibit significant mutualistic *** has the highest diversity of bumblebees;however,gut microbiota of Chinese bumblebees have mostly been investigated through cultureindependent ***,we analyzed the gut communities of bumblebees from Sichuan,Yunnan,and Shaanxi provinces in China through 16S ribosomal RNA amplicon sequencing and bacterial *** revealed that the bumblebees examined in this study harbored two gut enterotypes as previously reported:one is dominated by Gilliamella and Snodgrassella,and the other is distinguished by prevalent environmental *** gut compositions obviously varied among different individual *** then isolated 325 bacterial strains and the comparative genomic analysis of Gillianiella strains revealed that galactose and pectin digestion pathways were conserved in strains from bumblebees,while genes for the utilization of arabinose,mannose,xylose,and rhamnose were mostly *** two strains from the Chinese bumblebees possess the multidrug-resistant gene emrB,which is phylogenetically closely related to that from the symbionts of soil entomopathogenic *** contrast,tetracycline-resistant genes were uniquely present in three strains from the *** results illustrate the prevalence of strain-level variations in the metabolic potentials and the distributions of antibiotic-resistant genes in Chinese bumblebee gut bacteria.

Geiger mode avalanche photodiode detector （Gm-APD） possesses the ultra-high sensitivity. Photon counting chirped amplitude modulation （PCCAM） light detection and ranging （lidar） uses the counting results of the returned signal detected by Gm-APD to mix with the reference signal, which makes PCCAM lidar capable of realizing the ultra-high sensitivity, and this is very important for detecting the remote and weak signal. However, Gm-APD is a nonlinear device, different from traditional linear detectors. Due to the nonlinear response of Gm-APD, the counting results of the returned signal detected by Gm-APD are different from those of both the original modulation signal and the reference signal. This will affect the mixing effect and thus degrade the detection performance of PCCAM lidar. In this paper, we propose a response probability correction method. First, the response probability correction model is established on the basis of Gm-APD Poisson prob- ability response model. Then, the response probability correction model is used to adjust the original modulation signal that is used to drive laser, in order to make the counting results of the returned signal detected by Gm-APD better mix with the local reference signal in the same form. Through this method, the detection performance of PCCAM lidar is enhanced efficiently.

Dystocia is a serious problem for pregnant women, and it increases the cesarean section rate. Although uterine dysfunction has an unknown etiology, it is responsible for cesarean delivery and clinical dystocia, resulting in neonatal morbidity and mortality;thus, there is an urgent need for novel therapeutic agents. Previous studies indicated that statins, which inhibit the mevalonate (MVA) pathway of cholesterol synthesis, can reduce the incidence of preterm birth, but the safety of statins for pregnant women has not been thoroughly evaluated. Therefore, to unambiguously examine the function of the MVA pathway in pregnancy and delivery, we employed a genetic approach by using myometrial cell-specific deletion of geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase (Ggps1) mice. We found that Ggps1 deficiency in myometrial cells caused impaired uterine contractions, resulting in disrupted embryonic placing and dystocia. Studies of the underlying mechanism suggested that Ggps1 is required for uterine contractions to ensure successful parturition by regulating RhoA prenylation to activate the RhoA/Rock2/p-MLC pathway. Our work indicates that perturbing the MVA pathway might result in problems during delivery for pregnant females, but modifying protein prenylation with supplementary farnesyl pyrophosphate or geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate might be a strategy to avoid side effects.

Lithium argyrodites with high ionic conductivity and low cost are considered as one of the most prospective solid electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium ***,the poor chemical stability and compatibility with lithium metal limit their ***,Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2solid electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 11.49 m S cm-1and improved chemical stability is synthesized by iodine *** ultra-thin Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2membrane with thickness of 10μm can be obtained by wet coating process,exhibiting a high ionic conductivity of 2.09 mS cm-1and low areal resistance of 1.17Ω***,iodine doping could in-situ form LiI at the lithium/electrolyte interface and improve the critical current density of Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.6from 0.8 to 1.35 mA *** resultant LiCoO2/Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2/Li battery shows excellent cycling stability at 1 C,with a reversible specific capacity of 110.1 mA h g-1and a retention of 80.5% after 1000 *** addition,the assembled LiCoO2/Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2membrane/Li pouch cell delivers an initial discharge capacity of 110.4 mA h g-1and 80.5% capacity retention after 100 cycles.

Rechargeable aqueous zinc-metal batteries （AZMBs） are promising candidates for large-scale energy storage systems due to their low cost and high ***,their performance and sustainability are significantly hindered by the sluggish desolvation kinetics at the electrode/electrolyte interface and the corresponding hydrogen evolution reaction where active water molecules tightly participate in the Zn（H2O）62+solvation ***,learnt from self-generated solid electrolyte interphase （SEI） in anodes,the dielectric but ion-conductive zinc niobate nanoparticles artificial layer is constructed on metallic Zn surface （ZNB@Zn）,acting as a rapid desolvation *** zincophilic and dielectric-conductive properties of ZNB layer accelerate interfacial desolvation/diffusion and suppress surface corrosion or dendrite formation,achieving uniform Zn plating/stripping behavior,as confirmed by electronic/optical microscopies and interface spectroscopical measurements together with theoretical ***,the as-prepared ZNB@Zn electrode exhibits excellent cycling stability of over 2000 h and robust reversibility （99.54%） even under high current density and depth of discharge ***,the assembled ZNB@Zn-based full cell displays high capacity-retention rate of 80.21%after 3000 cycles at 5 A g-1and outstanding rate performance up to 10 A *** large-areal pouch cell is stabilized for hundreds of cycles,highlighting the bright prospects of the dielectric but ion-conductive layer in further application of AZMBs.
