Objective： To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on cardiac function in rats with diabetic cardiomyo- pathy, and the mechanism by which tea polyphenols regulate autophagy in diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods： Sixty Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats were randomly divided into six groups： a normal control group （NC）, an obesity group （OB）, a diabetic cardiomyopathy group （DCM）, a tea polyphenol group （TP）, an obesity tea polyphenol treatment group （OB-TP）, and a diabetic cardiomyopathy tea polyphenol treatment group （DCM-TP）. After successful modeling, serum glucose, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels were determined; cardiac structure and function were inspected by ul- trasonic cardiography; myocardial pathology was examined by staining with hematoxylin-eosin; transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the morphology and quantity of autophagosomes; and expression levels of autophagy-related proteins LC3-11, SQSTM1/p62, and Beclin-1 were determined by Western blotting. Results： Com- pared to the NC group, the OB group had normal blood glucose and a high level of blood lipids; both blood glucose and lipids were increased in the DCM group; ultrasonic cardiograms showed that the fraction shortening was reduced in the DCM group. However, these were improved significantly in the DCM-TP group. Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed disordered cardiomyocytes and hypertrophy in the DCM group; however, no differences were found among the remaining groups. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that the numbers of autophagosomes in the DCM and OB-TP groups were obviously increased compared to the NC and OB groups; the number of autophagosomes in the DCM-TP group was reduced. Western blotting showed that the expression of LC3-11/I and Beclin-1 increased obviously whereas the expression of SQSTM1/p62 was decreased in the DCM and OB-TP groups （P〈0.05）. No samples from the Moon’s far side have been returned to ***,lunar meteorite study can deepen the understanding of the Moon’s far side(if we can identify which lunar meteorites came from the Moon’s far side).The Northwest Africa(NWA)15528 meteorite is a lunar feldspathic regolith breccia meteorite and we speculated it might originate from the Feldspathic Highlands Terrane(FHT)on the far side of the ***,we report detailed petrography,major and trace elements,and noble gas(He,Ne,and Ar)isotopes for the clasts and matrix,*** results show that the NWA 15528 lunar meteorite contains diverse clasts,including anorthosite,granulite,basalt,and impact melt *** coarse,wellcrystallized,uniform chemical composition minerals may come from intrusive plutonic *** the anorthosite clasts,the norite/olivine clasts originate from the deep lunar crust,whereas the other anorthosite clasts are from lunar *** Sm concentrations in NWA 15528 were similar to those in the fourth group of Apollo 16 melt samples,demonstrating that NWA 15528 has a typical plagioclase highland meteorite *** with the Apollo sample data and remote sensing results,the chemical composition of NWA 15528 indicated strong affinities with the FHT area and ferroan anorthosite(FAN)material from the far side of the *** noble gas isotopic composition of NWA 15528 is consistent with a binary mixture of solar wind and cosmogenic components;during stepwise pyrolytic extractions,we observed that the abundance of cosmogenic components decreased,whereas that of solar wind components increased with increasing *** average cosmic-ray exposure(CRE)age of the matrix and granulite is 42±6 Ma,with a shielding depth in the same range of 10-20 g cm^(−2).The gas retention age of NWA 15528 is 2.14 Ga,and the antiquity age of NWA 15528 is(0.69-0.74)±0.2 Ga(considering 50%40Arm is 40Artrap)which indicates the different clasts of NWA 15528 are assembled after 0

BACKGROUND Peutz-Jeghers syndrome(PJS) is an autosomal dominant genetic disease with skin mucosal pigment spots and gastrointestinal(GI) multiple hamartoma polyps as clinical characteristics. At present, it is considered that the germline mutation of STK11 gene is the genetic cause of PJS. However, not all PJS patients can be detected STK11 germline mutations. The specific clinical characteristics of these PJS patients without STK11 mutation is an interesting clinical question. Or, like wild type GI stromal tumor, whether these PJS without STK11 mutation are also called PJS is worth discussing. Therefore, we designed the study to understand the clinical characteristics of these PJS patients without STK11 *** To investigates whether PJS patients with known STK11 mutations have a more severe spectrum of clinical phenotypes compared to those *** A total of 92 patients with PJS admitted to the Air Force Medical Center from 2010 to 2022 were randomly selected for study. Genomic DNA samples were extracted from peripheral blood samples, and pathogenic germline mutations of STK11 were detected by high-throughput next-generation gene sequencing. Clinicalpathologic manifestations of patients with and without STK11/LKB1 mutations were *** STK11 germline mutations were observed in 73 patients with PJS. A 56-year-old man with a long history of alcoholism and a palpable raised mass about 23 cm×12 cm in size on his neck was diagnosed with Madelung’s disease(MD);the patient also had *** day 1,he underwent neck lipoma tissue resection and suddenly had dyspnea 9 h after the operation,which was followed by cardiac *** heart rate resuscitation,he developed a heartbeat,but he remained in a coma and died 9 days after the *** obvious pathological tracheal compression from a hematoma was observed while evaluating the patient’s neck on *** microscopy,the patient had an extensive pulmonary fat embolism,partial alveolar septal rupture and hemorrhage,and fat particles,and there was extensive infiltration of macrophages,which had phagocytosed fat particles,in the alveolar *** was also evidence of pulmonary infection and hypoxic-ischemic *** cause of death was postoperative pulmonary fat embolism resulting in pneumonia and central nervous system *** is the first report of a patient with MD who died of a fatal pulmonary fat embolism after neck lipoma tissue *** experts and clinicians should pay sufficient attention to this case.
