The inertial navigation system(INS),which is frequently used in emergency rescue operations and other situations,has the benefits of not relying on infrastructure,high positioning frequency,and strong real-time ***,the intricate and unpredictable pedestrian motion patterns lead the INS localization error to significantly diverge with *** paper aims to enhance the accuracy of zero-velocity interval(ZVI)detection and reduce the heading and altitude drift of foot-mounted INS via deep learning and equation constraint of dual *** at the observational noise problem of low-cost inertial sensors,we utilize a denoising autoencoder to automatically eliminate the inherent *** at the problem that inaccurate detection of the ZVI detection results in obvious displacement error,we propose a sample-level ZVI detection algorithm based on the U-Net neural network,which effectively solves the problem of mislabeling caused by sliding *** at the problem that Zero-Velocity Update(ZUPT)cannot suppress heading and altitude error,we propose a bipedal INS method based on the equation constraint and ellipsoid constraint,which uses foot-to-foot distance as a new observation to correct heading and altitude *** conduct extensive and well-designed experiments to evaluate the performance of the proposed *** experimental results indicate that the position error of our proposed method did not exceed 0.83% of the total traveled distance.

Background Fatty liver disease causes huge economic losses in the poultry industry due to its high occurrence and lethality ***-dimensional(3D)chromatin architecture takes part in disease processing by regulating tran-scriptional *** study is carried out to investigate the alterations of hepatic 3D genome and H3K27ac profiling in early fatty liver(FLS)and reveal their effect on hepatic transcriptional reprogramming in laying *** Results show that FLS model is constructed with obvious phenotypes including hepatic visible lipid deposi-tion as well as higher total triglyceride and cholesterol in serum.A/B compartment switching,topologically associat-ing domain(TAD)and chromatin loop changes are identified by high-throughput/resolution chromosome conforma-tion capture(HiC)*** genes of these alternations in hepatic 3D genome organization significantly enrich pathways related to lipid metabolism and hepatic damage.H3K27ac differential peaks and differential expres-sion genes(DEGs)identified through RNA-seq analysis are also enriched in these ***,certain DEGs are found to correspond with changes in 3D chromatin structure and H3K27ac binding in their *** motif analysis reveals that candidate transcription factors are implicated in regulating transcriptional ***,disturbed folate metabolism is observed,as evidenced by lower folate levels and altered enzyme *** Our findings establish a link between transcriptional reprogramming changes and 3D chromatin struc-ture variations during early FLS formation,which provides candidate transcription factors and folate as targets for FLS prevention or treatment.

Bioinspired Tactile Sensation Based on Synergistic Microcrack-Bristle Structure Design toward High Mechanical Sensitivity and Direction-Resolving Capability

Natural tactile sensation is complex,which involves not only contact force intensity detection but also the perception of the force direction,the surface texture,and other mechanical ***,the vast majority of the developed tactile sensors can only detect the normal force,but usually cannot resolve shear force or even distinguish the directions of the ***,we present a new paradigm of bioinspired tactile sensors for resolving both the intensity and the directions of mechanical stimulations via synergistic microcrack-bristle structure design and cross-shaped configuration *** microcrack sensing structure gives high mechanical sensitivity to the tactile sensors,and the synergistic bristle structure further amplifies the sensitivity of the *** cross-shaped configuration engineering of the synergistic microcrack-bristle structure further endows the tactile sensors with good capability to detect and distinguish the directions of the applied mechanical *** as-fabricated tactile sensors exhibit a high sensitivity(25.76 N^(−1)),low detection limit(5.4 mN),desirable stability(over 2,500 cycles),and good capability to resolve both mechanical intensity and directional *** promising application scenarios,surface texture recognition and biomimetic path explorations are successfully demonstrated with these tactile *** newly proposed tactile sensation strategy and technology have great potential applications in ingenious tactile sensation and construction of various robotic and bionic prostheses with high operational dexterity.

Lutein-stevioside nanoparticle attenuates H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage in ARPE cells

In order to improve the bioavailability of lutein(LUT),a novel lutein-stevio side nanoparticle(LUT-STE)were prepared previously,but the information about LUT-STE on protecting of eye health was *** study investigated the effect of LUT-STE on antioxidant activity of H_(2)O_(2)-induced human retinal pigment epithelial(ARPE)*** and LUT-STE(final concentration of 5μg/mL)significantly enhanced cell viability from(74.84±5.10)%to(81.92±10.01)%(LUT)and(89.33±4.34)%(LUT-STE),and inhibited the cell apoptosis(P<0.05).After pretreatment with LUT-STE in ARPE cells,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px)in ARPE cells were significantly increased(P<0.05),the contents of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were *** addition,the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels were inhibited by 13.61%and 17.39%,respectively,pretreatment with LUT and *** blotting results showed that the pretreatment with LUT-STE inhibited the expression of caspase-9 and caspase-3 and up-regulated Bcl-2/Bax pathway to inhibit H_(2)O_(2)-induced *** summary,the novel delivery LUT-STE had more pronounced inhibitory effect on H_(2)O_(2)-induced damage in human ARPE cells.

Protein-mediated chromatin interactions can be revealed by coupling proximity-based ligation with chromatin ***,these techniques require complex experimental procedures and millions of cells per experiment,which limits their widespread application in life science ***,we develop a novel method,Hi-Tag,that identifies high-resolution,long-range chromatin interactions through transposase tagmentation and chromatin proximity ligation(with a phosphorothioate-modified linker).Hi-Tag can be implemented using as few as 100,000 cells,involving simple experimental procedures that can be completed within 1.5 ***,Hi-Tag is capable of using its own data to identify the binding sites of specific proteins,based on which,it can acquire accurate interaction *** results suggest that Hi-Tag has great potential for advancing chromatin interaction studies,particularly in the context of limited cell availability.

20世纪中叶,学科互涉现象开始在学术界和教育界普及,并一举成为现代学科发展与知识创新的全新模式。学科互涉是在经典学科理论框架之隐忧日益显露的时候出现的,它并非呼吁取消学科分类,而是为了在学科交汇的中间地带谋求学科的合法性存在。鉴于此,诞生于人文社会科学与自然科学十字路口的传播学,借助学科互涉概念推动学科建设与发展,具有天然的优势。本文以Web of Science数据库1937—2020年收录的传播学学科互涉论文为研究样本,基于学科共现分析方法对传播学领域的学科互涉网络结构及其演化历程进行了定量分析。结果表明,传播学的学科互涉程度越发深入,学科互涉群体间的关系也愈加稳固。在竞争日趋激烈的社会科学领域,传播学想要实现重大学术突破,借助学科互涉框架或许是最佳策略,因为传播学的优势在于它本就是一个多学科互涉空间。

Drug resistance mutation profiles of the drug-nave and first-line regimen-treated HIV-1-infected population of Suzhou, China

Little is known about the prevalence of drug-resistant mutations in HIV-1-positive individuals in Suzhou, China. To elucidate the transmitted drug resistance(TDR) and acquired drug resistance mutation(ADR) profiles, we collected blood specimens from 127 drug-naive and 117 first-line drugtreated HIV-1-infected individuals sampled from 2014 to 2016 in Suzhou. We successfully amplified po/fragments from 100 drug-naive and 20 drug-treated samples. We then determined the drugresistant mutations to protease(PR) and reverse-transcriptase(RT) inhibitors according to the Stanford drug resistance database. Overall, 11 and 13 individuals had transmitted(drug-naive group) and acquired(treated group) resistance mutations, respectively. Six transmitted drugresistant mutations were found, including two mutations(L33F and L76V) in the protease region and four(K70N/E and V179D/E) in the RT region. Only L76 V was a major mutation, and K70N/E and V179D/E are known to cause low-level resistance to RT inhibitors. All 13 treated participants who had major drug resistance mutations demonstrated intermediate to high resistance to efavirenz and nevirapine, and six had a treatment duration of less than three months. No major mutations to RT inhibitors were found, implying that the epidemic of transmitted resistance mutations was not significant in this area. Our results suggest that more frequent virus load and drug resistance mutation tests should be conducted for individuals receiving antiretroviral treatment, especially for newly treated patients. Our research provides insights into the occurrence of HIV-1 drug resistance in Suzhou and will help to optimize the treatment strategy for this population.

本文利用上市企业董事兼任和绿色专利引用数据构建企业关系网络指标,进而基于上市公司数据检验企业数字化及其网络地位对污染减排的影响。研究发现,数字化转型能够显著降低企业的污染排放水平,且企业所处网络位置越优越,越有助于发挥数字化转型的污染减排效应;与社会关系网络相比,绿色技术关联网络对企业数字化转型的作用效果具有更为明显的提升作用。进一步研究发现,企业数字化转型的污染减排效应主要通过绿色技术创新效应、规模经济效应以及要素配置效应来实现,且其作用效果随着“宽带中国”战略和国家级大数据综合试验区的实施而得到明显增强。本文不仅从企业关系网络视角拓展了数字化转型对污染减排的影响机理,而且也为数字经济下企业走好绿色转型发展之路提供了有益借鉴。

目的基于健康行为改变整合理论探讨慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者居家用药安全的影响因素。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,通过目的抽样,选取2022年12月—2023年5月湖南省长沙市3所医院心血管内科病区的22例CHF患者进行半结构式深度访谈,借助NVivo 11.0软件整理和编码资料,采用定向主题分析法分析资料。结果共提炼出知识(疾病知识、用药安全知识)、态度与信念(疾病态度、服药信念)、自我调节(参与用药安全的自我管理、在经验中成长)、社会促进(医院咨询服务、家庭成员支持、客观情境干扰)4个主题和9个亚主题。结论知识、信念、自我调节和社会促进相互联系,共同影响CHF患者居家用药安全行为。医护人员、家庭成员和社会应为患者提供用药安全信息、营造支持性环境,重点提高患者自我调节的意识和能力,坚定其服药信念,保障CHF患者居家用药安全。
