A double-effect reactive distillation(DERD)process was proposed for the production of propylene glycol methyl ether from propylene oxide and methanol to overcome the shortcoming of low selectivity and high-energy consumption in the tubular plug-flow reactor.A single-column reactive distillation(RD)process was conducted under optimized operating conditions based on sensitivity analysis as a *** results demonstrated that the proposed DERD process is able to achieve more than 95%selectivity of the desired *** that,a design approach of the DERD process with an objective of the minimum operating cost was proposed to achieve further energy savings in the RD *** proposed DERD configuration can provide a large energy-savings by totally utilization of the overhead vapor steam in the high-pressure RD column.A comparison of the single-column RD process revealed that the proposed DERD process can reduce the operating cost and the total annual cost of 25.3%and 30.7%,respectively,even though the total capital cost of DERD process is larger than that of the RD process.

Interfacial solar-driven evaporators have presented great potential for water purification owing to their low energy consumption and high steam generation efficiency. However, their further applications are hindered by the high costs and complicated fabrication processes. Here, a scalable bilayer interfacial evaporator was constructed via an affordable technique, in which carbon black deposited nonwoven fabric(CB@NF) was employed as the upper photothermal layer, as well as PVA/starch hybrid hydrogel for selffloating and water transport. Under simulated one sun irradiation, CB@NF layer displayed excellent photothermal conversion performance, whose temperature could increase 30.4 ℃ within 15 min. Moreover,the introduction of starch into PVA endowed the hybrid hydrogels with considerable water-absorption capability on the premise of ensuring mechanical properties. The resultant CB@NF/PVA/starch composites achieved superior interfacial adhesion performance with interfacial toughness at about 200 J *** with good evaporation performance, salt-rejection property and high purification efficiency on pollutants, this evaporation system would become a promising candidate to alleviate water shortage.

As wafer circuit width shrinks down to less than ten nanometers in recent years,stringent quality control in the wafer manufacturing process is increasingly *** to the coupling of neighboring cluster tools and coordination of multiple robots in a multi-cluster tool,wafer production scheduling becomes rather *** a wafer is processed,due to high-temperature chemical reactions in a chamber,the robot should be controlled to take it out of the processing chamber at the right *** order to ensure the uniformity of integrated circuits on wafers,it is highly desirable to make the differences in wafer post-processing time among the individual tools in a multicluster tool as small as *** achieve this goal,for the first time,this work aims to find an optimal schedule for a dual-arm multi-cluster tool to regulate the wafer post-processing *** do so,we propose polynomial-time algorithms to find an optimal schedule,which can achieve the highest throughput,and minimize the total post-processing time of the processing *** propose a linear program model and another algorithm to balance the differences in the post-processing time between any pair of adjacent cluster *** industrial examples are given to illustrate the application and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The rise of multi-cloud systems has been *** safety-critical missions,it is important to guarantee their security and *** address trust constraints in a heterogeneous multi-cloud environment,this work proposes a novel scheduling method called matching and multi-round allocation(MMA)to optimize the makespan and total cost for all submitted tasks subject to security and reliability *** method is divided into two phases for task *** first phase is to find the best matching candidate resources for the tasks to meet their preferential demands including performance,security,and reliability in a multi-cloud environment;the second one iteratively performs multiple rounds of re-allocating to optimize tasks execution time and cost by minimizing the variance of the estimated completion *** proposed algorithm,the modified cuckoo search(MCS),hybrid chaotic particle search(HCPS),modified artificial bee colony(MABC),max-min,and min-min algorithms are implemented in CloudSim to create *** simulations and experimental results show that our proposed method achieves shorter makespan,lower cost,higher resource utilization,and better trade-off between time and economic *** is more stable and efficient.

Modeling light olefin production was one of the main concerns in chemical engineering *** this paper,machine learning model based on artificial neural networks(ANN)was established to describe the effects of temperature and catalyst on ethylene and propene formation in n-pentane *** establishment procedure included data pretreatment,model design,training process and testing process,and the mean square error(MSE)and regression coefficient(R2)indexes were employed to evaluate model *** was found that the learning algorithm and ANN topology affected the calculation ***24223,CGB2423,and LM24223 models were established by optimally matching the learning algorithm with ANN topology,and achieved excellent calculation ***,the stability of GD24223,CGB2423 and LM24223 models was investigated by gradually decreasing training data and simultaneously transforming data *** with GD24223 and LM24223 models,CGB2423 model was more stable against the variations of training data,and the MSE values were always maintained at the magnitude of 10^-3-10^-4,confirming its applicability for simulating light olefin production in n-pentane cracking.

The quest for widespread applications especially in extreme environments accentuates the necessity to design materials with robust mechanical and thermodynamic *** all existing materials yield temperature-variant mechanical properties,essentially determined by their different atomic bonding *** general,weak non-covalent interactions are considered to diminish the structural anti-destabilization of covalent crystals despite the toughening ***,starting from multiscale theoretical modeling,we herein reveal an anomalous stabilizing effect in cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)by the cooperation between the non-covalent hydrogen bonds and covalent glucosidic skeleton,namely molecular levers(MLs).It is surprising to find that the hydrogen bonds in MLs behave like covalent bindings under cryogenic conditions,which provide anomalously enhanced strength and toughness for *** analyses demonstrate that the unique dynamical mechanical behaviors from ambient to deep cryogenic temperatures are synergetic results of the intrinsic temperature dependence veiled in MLs and the overall thermo-induced CNC destabilization/*** the consequence,the variation trend of mechanical strength exhibits a bilinear temperature dependence with~77 K as the turning *** underlying investigations not only establish the bottom–up interrelations from the hydrogen bonding thermodynamics to the crystal-scale mechanical properties,but also facilitate the potential application of cellulose-based materials at extremely low temperatures such as those in outer space.

基于2014~2021年咸阳市PM_(2.5)浓度数据和GDAS全球同化气象数据,采用气流后向轨迹聚类分析法(HYSPLIT)、潜在来源贡献函数法(PSCF)、浓度权重轨迹分析法(CWT)和相关统计学方法,研究关中盆地咸阳市PM_(2.5)污染时空变化特征,厘清咸阳市PM_(2.5)污染来源特征和潜在源区.结果表明,咸阳市2014~2021年PM_(2.5)浓度呈先升后降的特征,2016年浓度年均值最高,达到81.25μg·m^(-3);季节变化呈秋冬高春夏低的特征,冬季ρ(PM_(2.5))最高,达116μg·m^(-3),而夏季ρ(PM_(2.5))最低,仅为31.58μg·m^(-3);咸阳市PM_(2.5)空间分布年均值呈现南部和东南高、自东南向西北递减的污染特征.聚类分析表明咸阳市春、秋和冬季受偏西方向气流影响显著,而夏季则以短距离输送为主;PSCF和CWT分析显示,冬季潜在源贡献高值区域分布较为集中且覆盖范围最广,春秋季次之,夏季高值区域范围最小,潜在源区主要集中在咸阳市周边以及贯穿内蒙古西部、甘肃中东部、宁夏中南部到河南中部呈西北-东南方向的源区带.重污染时间段聚类分析表明咸阳市PM_(2.5)污染以偏西方向气流为主,高PM_(2.5)浓度除受咸阳市周边地区影响外,还受到与冬季潜在源高值区域类似的源区带影响.因此,针对咸阳市PM_(2.5)污染在严格控制本地及周边污染源排放的前提下,实施区域联防联控,防止外来污染源输入,才能有效防范该区域连片污染的发生.

滚动轴承故障信息在分析域中呈现稀疏分布的特点,针对复杂无关信息会严重干扰声发射信号特征提取的问题,提出一种改进稀疏注意力机制结合Autogram的滚动轴承微弱特征提取方法。对声发射时域信号进行平方包络,利用基于改进深度稀疏注意力机制的多尺度卷积神经网络(Convolutional neural networks,CNN),挖掘关键频段信息;将关键频段作为滤波依据进行滤波处理,获取注意力增强信号;进一步,考虑到滚动轴承缺陷引起的声发射信号具有强周期性与脉冲性,引入Autogram方法,利用平方包络的自相关峭度作为筛选指标优选解调频带,以解决谱峭度等方法在低信噪比及非高斯噪声干扰情况下特征提取效果不佳的问题;最后,计算最优解调子信号的平方包络谱,实现滚动轴承微弱故障特征提取。基于滚动轴承内圈、外圈故障实测信号进行验证,并与Kurtogram、Autogram方法进行对比,证明所提方法可实现滚动轴承声发射信号微弱特征增强与故障特征提取。

适量摄入全谷物及杂豆可以改善糖代谢和脂代谢,但摄入量过高可能产生不利影响。由于缺乏相应的换算关系,小鼠饲料中的摄入量无法直接作为人群摄入量的参考。本文介绍小鼠饲料中常见的全谷物及杂豆的添加量,并通过等效系数法、比表面积法、体型系数法、食物比重法、体表面积指数法、能量换算法和营养素换算法探讨了小鼠饲料中全谷物及杂豆添加量与人群膳食推荐量之间的剂量效应关系。研究表明,当人群全谷物及杂豆推荐摄入量为50~150 g时,相当于在每日进食量为3 g的小鼠饲料中添加5%~50%的全谷物及杂豆。对于小鼠而言,饲料中全谷物及杂豆的添加量超过50%可能存在过量摄入的风险。本研究为未来建立全谷物及杂豆在小鼠饲料添加量与人群推荐摄入量之间的换算关系提供了重要参考。
