Herein,we report the dynamic kinetic resolution asymmetric acylation ofγ-hydroxy-γ-perfluoroalkyl butenolides/phthalides catalyzed by amino acid-derived bifunctional organocatalysts,and a series of ketals were obtained in high yields(up to 95%)and excellent enantioselectivities(up to 99%).In terms of synthetic utility,the reaction can be performed on a gram scale,and the product can be converted into potential biological nucleoside analog.

Aiming at the gas discharge problem in electric aircraft,this work studies the gas discharge characteristics at low-temperature sub-atmospheric pressure.A gas discharge shooting platform was built,and the discharge process was photographed by intensified charge-coupled device(ICCD).A two-dimensional axisymmetric model of needle-plate electrode gas discharge was established,and three sets of Helmholtz equations were used to solve the *** results show that under the same voltage,the electric field intensity in the discharge process increases first,then decreases and finally increases *** discharge speed increases with the increase of altitude,and the electron density in the streamer decreases with the increase of *** development speed of the streamer in the middle stage is higher than that in the early stage,and the speed increases more obviously with the increase of *** development speed of the streamer in the later stage is lower than that in the middle stage,but with the increase of altitude,the development speed of the streamer in the later stage is higher than that in the middle stage.

随着慢性肾脏病患病率的逐年增高,肾性继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(secondary hyperparathyroidism,SHPT)的发生率也处于较高水平。SHPT病程初期以内科治疗为主,但约10%的患者最终需行甲状旁腺切除术。此类手术的麻醉过程中需全面考虑原发性疾病、继发性疾病的病理与生理改变及手术因素的影响,因此对麻醉管理要求较高。本文对SHPT病理特点、治疗现状及麻醉要点进行总结,旨在为SHPT患者实施更安全、优质的麻醉管理提供参考依据。

Airlines adjust their flight schedules to satisfy more stringent airport capacity constraints caused by inclement weather or other unexpected *** problem will be more important and complicated if uncertain disruptions occur in hub airports.A two-stage stochastic programming model was established to deal with the realtime flight schedule recovery and passenger re-accommodation *** first-stage model represents the flight re-timing and re-fleeting decision in current time period when capacity information is deterministic,while the second-stage recourse model evaluates the passenger delay given the first-stage solutions when one future scenario is *** at the large size of the problem and requirement for quick response,an algorithmic framework combining the sample average approximation and heuristic method was *** computational results indicated of that the proposed method could obtain solutions with around 5% optimal gaps,and the computing time was linearly positive to the sample size.

分析了不同放电形式的等离子体在氨分解领域的研究现状,着重讨论了介质阻挡放电等离子体的反应器结构参数和运行工况对氨分解效果的影响。分析了等离子体协同各类催化后对氨分解过程的影响规律和强化机制,指出通过催化剂的载体、金属活性组分等的调控优化可有效强化等离子体与催化剂的协同效应,进而提升氨分解效果并降低反应能耗。在此基础上,指出改进介质阻挡放电反应器和开发低温下高效的廉价过渡金属催化剂是基于等离子体的氨分解制氢方法的重要发展方向。

Improved clustering method based on artificial immune

An improved clustering method based on artificial immune is proposed. To obtain the better initial solution, the initial antibody network is introduced by self organizing map （SOM） method. In the process of the clustering iteration, a series of optimization and evolution strategies are designed, such as clustering satisfaction, the threshold design of scale compression, the learning rate, the clustering monitoring points and the clustering evaluations indexes. These strategies can make the clustering thresholds be quantified and reduce the operator’s subjective factors. Thus, the local optimal and the global optimal clustering simultaneously are proposed by the synthesized function of these strategies. Finally, the experiment and the comparisons demonstrate the proposed method effectiveness.

We propose a novel symplectic finite element method to solve the structural dynamic responses of linear elastic *** the dynamic responses of continuous medium structures,the traditional numerical algorithm is the dissipative algorithm and cannot maintain long-term energy ***,a symplectic finite element method with energy conservation is constructed in this paper.A linear elastic system can be discretized into multiple elements,and a Hamiltonian system of each element can be *** single element is discretized by the Galerkin method,and then the Hamiltonian system is constructed into the Birkhoffian ***,all the elements are combined to obtain the vibration equation of the continuous system and solved by the symplectic difference *** the numerical experiments of the vibration response of the Bernoulli-Euler beam and composite plate,it is found that the vibration response solution and energy obtained with the algorithm are superior to those of the Runge-Kutta *** results show that the symplectic finite element method can keep energy conservation for a long time and has higher stability in solving the dynamic responses of linear elastic systems.

Pesticides applied to sloping farmland may lead to surface water contamination through rapid transport processes as influenced by the complex topography and high spatial variability of soil properties and land use in hilly or mountainous regions. However, the fate of pesticides applied to sloping farmland has not been sufficiently elucidated. This article reviews the current understanding of pesticide transport from sloping farmland to surface water. It examines overland flow and subsurface lateral flow in areas where surface soil is underlain by impervious subsoil or rocks and tile drains. It stresses the importance of quantifying and modeling the contributions of various pathways to rapid pesticide loss at catchment and regional scales. Such models could be used in scenario studies for evaluating the effectiveness of possible mitigation strategies such as constructing vegetated strips, depressions, wetlands and drainage ditches, and implementing good agricultural practices. Field monitoring studies should also be conducted to calibrate and validate the transport models as well as biophysical-economic models, to optimize mitigation measures in areas dominated by sloping farmland.

Quantification of greenhouse gases[nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)and methane(CH_(4))]and nitric oxide(NO)emissions from subtropical conventional vegetable systems through multi-site field measurements are needed to obtain accurate regional and global estimates.N2 O,NO and CH4 emissions from subtropical conventional vegetable systems were simultaneously measured at two different sites with hilly topography in the Sichuan basin,southwest China by using the static chamber gas chromatography *** showed that annual soil N_(2)O and NO fluxes for the treatment receiving N fertilizer ranged from 6.34-7.71 kg N ha^(-1) yr^(-1) and 0.69-0.85 kg N ha^(-1) yr^(-1),respectively,while decreased soil CH4 uptakes by 26.4%as compared with no N fertilizer addition across our two sites of ***,the average direct N2 O and NO emission factor(EFd)were 0.71%and 0.12%,respectively,which were both lower than the available EFd for subtropical conventional vegetable *** finding indicates that current regional and global estimates of N_(2)O and NO emissions from vegetable fields are likely *** N_(2)O emissions(3.42-3.62 kg N ha^(-1) yr^(-1))from the subtropical conventional vegetable systems were relatively high as compared with available field measurements worldwide,suggesting that background N_(2)O emissions cannot be ignored for regional estimate of N_(2)O emissions in subtropical ***,the significantly intra-and inter-annual variations in N_(2)O,CH_(4) and NO emissions were also observed in the present study,which could be explained by temporal variations of environmental variables(*** temperature and moisture).The differences in N_(2)O and NO EFd and CH_(4)emissions between various vegetable systems in particular under subtropical conditions should be taken into account when compiling regional or global inventories and proposing mitigation practices.
