Sequence-activated chemiluminescence(CL) technique offers a unique approach to detecting specific biomolecules or cellular events with high sensitivity and spatial resolution. The fundamental principle behind sequence-activated CL probes involves tailoring highly-controllable CL signals in response to specific sequences or events of interest, thus enabling high-contrast signals under complex physiological conditions. This sequential activation could be triggered by enzymes, reactive oxygen species(ROS), biothiols or changes in the microenvironment. These unique sequence-activated CL probes bestow several advantages, including minimal background, deep-tissue penetration, and the ability of non-invasive or minimally invasive detection. The sequence-activated CL techniques represent a significant advancement in molecular imaging and diagnostics. In this mini-review, we focus on the latest developments in sequential CL probes, addressing the technical challenges and discussing the future trajectory by harnessing CL signaling and molecular recognition.

Changes in natural geographic features and landscape patterns directly influence the hydrology and non-point source pollution processes in the watershed;however,to slow down non-point source pollution,it is necessary to distinguish their *** the non-point source pollution process is interactional as a result of multiple factors,and the collinearity between multiple independent variables limits our ability of reason ***,taking the Burhatong River Basin,Northeast China as an example,the methods of hydrological simulation,geographic detectors,and redundancy analysis have been combined to determine the impact of natural geographic features and landscape patterns on non-point source pollution in the *** Soil&Water Assessment Tool(SWAT)has been adopted to simulate the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the *** results show that the proportions of agricultural land and forest area and the location-weighted landscape contrast index(LWLI)are the main indicators influencing the rivers total nitrogen and total *** interaction of these indicators with natural geographic features and landscape configuration indicators also significantly influences the changes in total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP).Natural geographical features and landscape patterns have different comprehensive effects on non-point source pollution in the dry and wet *** and TP loads are affected mainly by the change in landscape pattern,especially in the wet *** the ecological restoration program has improved forest coverage,the purification effect of increased forest coverage on the water quality in the watershed may be offset by the negative impact of increased forest *** high concentration and complexity of farmland patches increase the risk of non-point source pollution spread to a certain extent.

穗粗是一个重要的穗部性状,一般配合力(GCA)是杂交育种中衡量亲本组配能力的一个重要指标。以NCII遗传交配设计组配的537个F1杂交组合为材料,利用7种多位点全基因组关联分析方法(MGWAS)对河南新乡、周口和综合环境穗粗GCA开展定位分析,并研究MGWAS方法挖掘的显著关联位点作为固定效应对穗粗GCA预测准确性的影响,为穗粗GCA关键位点的基因组选择(GS)育种利用提供指导。结果表明,共检测到18个穗粗GCA显著关联SNP(P<8.52E-07),其中6个位点利用2~5种MGWAS方法同时检测到,3个位点在2个环境中均检测到。5种GS随机效应模型对3个环境穗粗GCA预测准确性均较低,为0.32~0.44。3个环境中,显著位点作为固定效应加入预测模型中均能有效地提高穗粗GCA基因组预测能力,可将预测精度提高到0.38~0.64。

星箭力学环境的频谱特性研究对于力学试验环境条件设计非常重要。工程上通常基于冲击响应谱变换获得力学环境参数等效频谱,然而该方法受稳态放大系数Q取值的影响较大。为此,文章提出一种基于短时傅里叶变换–自适应优化核函数(STFT-AOK)融合技术的星箭力学环境等效频谱分析方法。研究结果表明:STFT-AOK方法可在AOK准确定位频率成分和瞬态特征时频区域的基础上,结合STFT的准确幅值,构造出频率分辨率高且幅值准确的时频分布,实现力学环境等效频谱的有效获取,适用于各种复杂瞬态星箭力学环境参数的频谱分析。

The water conservation(WC) function of ecosystems is related to regional ecological security and the sustainable development of water resources, and the assessment of WC and its influencing factors is crucial for ecological and water resource *** Tumen River Basin(TRB) is located in the core of the Northeast Asian ecological network and has been experiencing severe ecological crises and water shortages in recent years due to climate change and human activities. However, these crises have not been fully revealed to the extent that corresponding scientific measures are lacking. This study analyzed the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and drivers of WC in the TRB from 1990 to 2019 based on the water yield module of the Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Tradeoffs(InVEST) model. The results showed that: 1) under the combined effect of nature and socioeconomics, the WC depth of the TRB has slowly increased at a rate of 0.11 mm/yr in the past 30 years, with an average WC depth of 36.14 mm. 2) The main driving factor of the spatial variation in WC is precipitation, there is a significant interaction between precipitation and velocity, the interaction between each factor is higher than the contribution of a single factor, and the interactions between factors all have nonlinear enhancement and two-factor enhancement. 3) Among the seven counties and municipalities in the study area, the southern part of Helong City and the southeastern part of Longjing City are extremely important areas for WC(> 75 mm), and they should be regarded as regional water resources and ecological priority protection areas. It is foreseen that under extreme climate conditions in the future, the WC of the watershed is under great potential threat, and protection measures such as afforestation and forestation should begin immediately. 目的探究LncRNA FAS-AS1对K562白血病细胞生物学行为的影响。方法取对数生长期的K562细胞培养分为空白对照组(正常培养,不做任何处理),阴性对照组(转染LncRNA FAS-AS1空质粒),实验组(Lnc RNA FAS-AS1)。MTT法检测细胞增殖情况,Western blot检测细胞中mTOR、AMPK蛋白含量,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况。结果与空白对照组和阴性对照组相比,实验组K562细胞FAS-AS1 mRNA表达显著上升(P0.05)。随着培养时间的延长,实验组K562细胞的增殖率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。实验组凋亡率显著高空白对照和阴性对照组(P0.05)。实验组K562细胞AMPK蛋白表达水平显著高于空白对照组和阴性对照组(P0.05)。结论LncRNA FAS-AS1过表达对K562白血病细胞的生物学行为有显著影响,能够降低细胞的增殖数量及增殖活性,可能与活化AMPK基因进而阻断mTOR活性相关。

This work is devoted to the aeronautical application of topology optimization for modular structures with multiple assemblies that consist of repeated standard modules and optional *** kinds of structures are widely used owing to their transportability,reconfigurability,low manufacturing and service *** this work,the design of airborne shelves with modular structures characterized by the standard module configuration is formulated for the first time as a topology optimization problem of multiple assemblies and multiple load cases subjected to the volume *** is shown that the weighted compliance design of multiple assemblies is a compromising solution compared to the optimization result of each individual assembly of standard ***,the performance of optimized airborne shelves with the modular structures can effectively be ameliorated with the help of reinforcements.
